知道朋友鐘意食法國菜,趁佢生日就選左間法日Fusion菜,一齊來試試8道菜的晚餐😜餐廳位於Zing! 10樓,有一種「私房菜」的感覺,廚房也屬半開放式😋可能由於疫情關係,晚上嘅客人就唔算多😂👉 Light refreshment一開始先上左由法式薯球🥔、Madeleine及蓮藕片組成的finger food 拼盤俾大家開開胃🙆🏻♀️,最特別係個法式薯球仲帶有少少🤏🏻煙肉同忌廉香😋👉 Japanese Saba Sashimi 前鯖魚🐟刺身配上乾西厘茄🍅莎莎醬整體入口海水味🌊好足,不過就鯖魚有dd腥🙊👉 Matsutake 黑松露雜菌配北海道🇯🇵帶子軟嫩的帶子配上脆薄的炸紫菜令整個菜式的口感非常好👍🏻👉 Oyster Espuma 廣島蠔泡沫湯🥣最最最推薦俾大家的菜式💁🏻♀️,雖然睇落去平平無奇,但係鮮甜豐富的蠔湯入口超級有驚喜😍配埋飽滿肥美的廣島蠔簡直係一絕🤤👉 Abalone Risotto 鮑魚西班牙飯鮑魚入口鮮甜,但最特別係個西班牙飯,質感有d似薏米😂👉 Kagoshima A5鹿兒島和牛🐮配黑松露醬另一個推薦係e個A5和牛🐮
