最近去咗觀塘的名人館,點咗幾道菜,感覺不錯,分享一下我的體驗。第一道是香蒜竹炭豆腐。豆腐外脆內滑,竹炭的味道不會太重,剛好有點香蒜的香氣,開胃又不油膩,還不錯。然後試咗潮式凍鳥頭。一啖咬下去,肉質好彈牙,搭配的醬汁也挺有味道,真係讓人想再來一份。椒鹽鳥頭皮就更吸引,外脆內嫩,椒鹽的味道剛剛好,吃的時候非常開心,值得推薦,必點之選!醉香乳鴿是我最期待的。鴿肉鮮嫩,酒香味不會太強,適合喜歡這種口味的人。搭配的醬汁也不錯,整體味道和諧。蠔仔粥的米粒煮得恰到好處,蠔仔的鮮味讓粥更有層次,每一口都很好吃,是粥迷的福音。最後是香芒大蝦球脆窩巴。蝦球外脆內嫩,香芒的味道清新,讓整道菜有了不少夏日的感覺。整體來說,觀塘的名人館是一個不錯的選擇,菜式多樣,味道也好。如果有機會,大家可以去試試!

杏汁燉豬肺湯真係超級正!湯料好豐富又清甜,杏仁香氣濃郁,豬肺炆到好軟腍,仲有雞腳同埋螺片一齊煲,飲完成個人暖笠笠!
潮州菜之中最鍾意食滷水鵝肉,滷水鵝肉拼鵝翼,仲有滷水滑豆腐墊底,滷水汁唔會太鹹濃度剛剛好,呢盤滷水拼盤已經值回票價!
個撈麵都好出色,麵條爽口加上海量的櫻花蝦,令平凡的撈麵口感更豐富!

女女考完試,爸爸帶我哋去食晚飯慶祝下,我哋去完觀塘買小提琴,由係附近揾好嘢食。老公話記得之前同事生日去過觀塘帝盛酒店一樓名人館食飯,食物不錯又坐得舒適。坐低無耐,就有兩位招呼週到嘅待應推介小菜比我哋,由於我女好鍾意食咕嚕肉,就試下個冰鎮咕嚕肉啦,估唔到呢道小菜看似普通,但呢度嘅冰鎮咕嚕肉竟然一反傳統,唔只有菠蘿做搭配,仲有藍莓,士多啤梨,哈密瓜等,又酸又甜好好味。而爸爸就叫左個三葱爆汁牛小排,呢味真係無得頂,牛小排鮮嫩多汁,味道夠濃,加上有少少麻辣味,十分開胃🤤而我,當然要清清地叫左個上湯杞子浸菜芯,杞子好靚好大粒,菜芯又嫩綠又靚,仲好甜😍要值得一讚嘅係佢哋中菜廳嘅服務態度非常友善,對自己的食物好有要求,亦都會問客人攞意見,希望食物質素可以再好啲。計我話,食物質素已經好唔錯了,唯一缺點就係無分店🤣🤣希望呢種咁優質嘅中菜館可以開多幾間分店,我哋啲食家又有多啲選擇😉😉😉

要值得一讚嘅係佢哋中菜廳嘅服務態度非常友善,對自己的食物好有要求,亦都會問客人攞意見,希望食物質素可以再好啲。
計我話,食物質素已經好唔錯了,唯一缺點就係無分店🤣🤣
希望呢種咁優質嘅中菜館可以開多幾間分店,我哋啲食家又有多啲選擇😉😉😉

凍蟹係潮州菜代表之一,今次雖然比較細隻,但有驚喜,蟹殼比較軟身,好容易拆蟹吾駛用牙力,配有薑絲紅醋,食落鮮甜無比。

凍食,豬手份量都不少,豬手經過陳醋醃製,酸酸地,食落爽口兼彈牙,越食越開胃。

鹵水鵝掌翼
餐廳招牌菜之一,廚師鹵得夠入味,有骨的鹵水掌翼好有肉味,又比較嫩滑,食到停吾到口。

招牌撈麵內有櫻花蝦,芽菜,X0酱,辣椒,香蔥,,廚師烹調有一手,煮到麵身彈牙兼爽口。

居然畀我發現呢度有杏汁白肺湯飲,即時落單,不負眾望,白肺湯好飲到不得了,有胡椒味,鮮甜熱飲暖胃。
