睇完雜誌介紹以為好勁,又話用新鮮豬又話全港最好,星期六就去試一試,可能希望越大失望越大既關係,當日中午時候去到叫咗碗燒肉飯,賣相認真差味道又好一般(不過唔知會唔會叫例牌會好D呢),講得衰D求其搵間燒味舖都有差不多水準,再試點心覺得好粗、質數幾差下,環境又唔太乾淨,食食下仲聞到陣臭味添! >_<最後結論:唔食絕對唔係你既損失!!

自從華都開了季季紅,令到我地得到認識。四月有三位友人生日,訂了季季紅乳豬飯,坐了樓上雅座,係咁叫野食,師傅一拿乳豬上台,問我們需要影相嗎?成班人即時起哄圍住隻豬係咁影,好似未見過豬,真失禮。乳豬飯…豬皮好薄好脆,中間肥膏都好多下,肉都好嫩,點埋醬汁同糖,無敵配搭。底層的飯,吸收了乳豬精華,所以會好香,同時個飯會好油。冰淋醬骨…舊舊都好味,食完都唔知咩醬黎,淨係知道好味。仲有蓮藕餅、黃金蝦、金銀蛋浸時蔬、炒娃娃菜、燒肉…皮(林)肉(un),食到個個飽到想嘔。

大年初一去完拜神和拜年後就來了這兒吃晚飯了聽說大家都是為了他們的燒乳豬慕名而來的,不訂的話就吃不到一整隻的呢!可能是新年的關係,食物選擇款式不多,大都是些不太考功夫的小菜蝦禾米釀乳豬我們一行十多個人,當然要一整隻才夠吃乳豬一燒好先來給我們拍個「全相」,拍好後師父才拿入去切上桌後大家都急不及待品嚐!乳豬仔皮脆肉嫩,難怪人人都對它讚不絕口不過覺得有點過肥,咬下去好像啖啖都是脂肪似的除了乳豬外,我們還加了飯飯是墊在乳豬下的,在切乳豬的時候帶著肉香的豬油就會流到飯中兩者混合後就成了最香口美味的飯了,不過可能就是過油的關係,平時吃得清淡的妹妹吃完肚痛了香煎蓮藕餅入口的時候完全想不到這是蓮藕餅,因為豬肉與蓮藕的份量簡直是不成正比肉多到根本感覺不到蓮藕的存在,不過豬肉勝在夠鬆化才不至於給喊冰淋醬烤骨名字很新奇的一道菜,排骨醬汁的味道有點像酸梅醬雖然是說有汁的,但他們做得夠乾身,而且酸中又帶點甜所以很成功的成為了一道受人喜愛的開胃菜!咕嚕雞球醬汁的顏色非常鮮艷,一看就知道是用色素做的入口酸酸甜甜,正常味道,不作多說椒鹽九肚魚這兒的九肚魚是雪白的,炸得不像一般的帶點金黃雖然不金黃但入口也是香脆鬆化的,不

乳豬仔皮脆肉嫩,難怪人人都對它讚不絕口
不過覺得有點過肥,咬下去好像啖啖都是脂肪似的
除了乳豬外,我們還加了飯
飯是墊在乳豬下的,在切乳豬的時候帶著肉香的豬油就會流到飯中
兩者混合後就成了最香口美味的飯了,不過可能就是過油的關係,平時吃得清淡的妹妹吃完肚痛了


香煎蓮藕餅
入口的時候完全想不到這是蓮藕餅,因為豬肉與蓮藕的份量簡直是不成正比
肉多到根本感覺不到蓮藕的存在,不過豬肉勝在夠鬆化才不至於給喊

冰淋醬烤骨
名字很新奇的一道菜,排骨醬汁的味道有點像酸梅醬
雖然是說有汁的,但他們做得夠乾身,而且酸中又帶點甜
所以很成功的成為了一道受人喜愛的開胃菜!


咕嚕雞球
醬汁的顏色非常鮮艷,一看就知道是用色素做的
入口酸酸甜甜,正常味道,不作多說

椒鹽九肚魚
這兒的九肚魚是雪白的,炸得不像一般的帶點金黃
雖然不金黃但入口也是香脆鬆化的,不過切得細塊了一點,吃得不夠滿足


黃金蝦
蛋黃上得算均勻,不過蝦是梅的,大扣印象分!!

咸魚炒生菜
不是很重的咸魚味,但非常的咸

雜錦鍋
自己沒有吃,所以不知味道

結束這頓晚飯後就回家放肆了
但在途中大家都覺得十分口渴,不知是下了味精還是太咸所致
總括來說這兒算不上是好吃,可能是因為新年假期人流太多的關係吧,完全不能發揮水準
希望下次有機會再來的時候會試到他們的「真味」

剛剛燒起0既乳豬仔, 0的皮勁脆, 好香!! 初時阿媽夾0左一件, 想點乳豬醬, 我叫佢唔好點, 就咁吃已經好有味. 真係鎮店之寶!!! 我自己唔太好乳豬, 都吃0左4件!!! 真係好好味!!! 跟住席上人話, 係呢間先最好味, 因為華都0個間0的乳豬仔, 都係0係呢度燒好再運過去華都. XoX… 真係唔知呢!!! 所以要吃的話, 就要0黎總店!

冰淋醬烤骨:
一道令人意外0既餸菜!! 睇佢以為係普通金沙骨+京都骨混合體, 原來係將金沙骨炸完後, 再以糖醋0黎炒, 好惹味!!! 之後再encore多一碟!! 正!! 再0黎必叫!!!

蔥度蒜片爆牛肉: 雖然我唔食蔥, 但佢炒得好有鑊氣, 好香蔥味, 0的牛肉勁腍! 好似乸過咁, 但都好好味!!

蓮藕餅: 話係呢度0既推介之一, 但我個人覺得冇乜特別, 可能唔係特別難食啦… 我唔知呢道餸係咪好難整, 但… 真係無乜特別… 係個餅邊夠脆囉… 咁特唔特別呀?

柚皮火腩脆鱔煲: 因為三樣我都唔吃, 所以無試過. 但吃柚皮0既阿媽同細妹都話好好味, 0的柚皮好腍好入味, 0的鱔都好新鮮.

蠔豉炆腩仔: 都係我唔吃0既0野, 所以都無試過. 老公吃0左, 佢話0的腩仔好正, 索晒0的蠔豉汁.

椒鹽九肚魚: 好乾身, 好脆口, 但唔係粉, 真係大大舊魚0黎!! 但唔夠椒鹽, 再多0的就perfect!

瑤柱扒豆苗: 食材本身新鮮, 所以好味, 正常0既一碟菜.

玉蘭炒腊味: 即係菜心炒腊腸膶腸, 我只吃菜心, 係菜遠0黎, 好嫰. 媽話0的腊味都OK.

白切雞: 個個吃完都話隻雞好靚, 係新鮮雞, 唔係雪雞, 所以0的肉好滑, 0的皮好脆…

仲有兩個湯, 都係味精湯!! 仲要係強勁0既味精湯, 好似出前一丁個湯咁! 0岩晒細妹!

後補兩個菜:
蒜蓉菜心: 勁香0既蒜蓉味, 好夠鑊氣, 勁正!! 食0左好多!!!
腐乳生菜: 0的腐乳好香, 想吃時已經冇晒…

如是者吃得勁飽0既一餐~~!! 連20支啤酒+半打汽+18碗白飯+4碗瀨粉= $2000 有找! 超值~!!

一定會再0黎吃!!!

試左幾次華都間分店,分店質素麻麻,所以今日專程去返總店吃晚飯,點知大失所望試過多次乳香豬同冰淋醬燒骨等多人叫既菜後,今次叫左個炭燒肉,叫左好耐都未黎,點知一催佢,佢即刻上菜碟燒肉係凍既,我當佢燒耐放凍左,點知佢d燒肉無味,肉質粗"鞋"之餘,仲要有部分係未燒好,塊皮仲係白色,好難食!另外可能由於人多關係,服務質素亦都頗差例如問佢塊燒肉點解會咁,個曲髮戴眼鏡既女部長只係話"哎呀! 我都唔知呀! 之後先答你",之後就繼續傾電話走左去,無左答我地連埋單,俾左張單出左,等左十幾分鐘,都仲係無回應,要三催四請先拎張單過黎特別一提,佢連d杯碟都洗得唔乾淨,有好多迹..........係咪d食店一出名,質素就會愈來愈差?人多服務差都算,d食物質素,真係差左好多好多,完全唔係以前既水平我諗我唔會再返去食

季季紅已被男友仔屋企人欽點為飯堂, 好多時星期六日都會特意揸車黎食晚飯, 由於太多人關係, 我地一般都會六點多到逹. 必點乳豬. 其實食左幾次, 大致上都知道乳豬係呢度既招牌菜, 可惜每次我地只有四個人, 唔能夠一試佢既"反轉豬肚係炒飯" 但例牌乳豬都已經夠四人食用. 乳豬皮燒得非常甘香鬆脆, 上枱時仍然係熱辣辣的~! 佢地多選用乳豬仔, 因為肉質較嫩滑, 而且肥膏較少. 今次我地都試左d新野, 其中點左一款例湯, 今次係豬肺湯. 豬肺唔腥, 湯幾清甜, 應該無味精吧~另外有東瀛牛柳粒, 牛柳粒非常淋, 而且入味. 不過建議唔食wasabi的食客就唔好點了, 因為牛柳入面係完完全全滲入wasabi味道. 雖然唔係太濃味, 但如果唔食wasabi的人食落真係好難頂呢~ 之後有百花釀豆腐, 豆腐好滑, 雖然呢味餸好清, 但絕唔會無味! "獻"汁味道中規中矩. 上面的蝦肉幾爽口, 整體幾清新味美! 最後蒸了一條鱸魚, 魚好新鮮, 肉好滑, 一點都唔腥, 蒸得剛剛好. 老實講, 服務就認真麻麻, 但呢個價錢, 算幾唔錯了!
