今晚約了一家之煮睇話劇,但今晚她沒有什麼胃口,可是睇話劇前總要食點東西,所以我們就去了小雨天食米線啦~一家之煮點了腐竹排骨雲南小鍋米線($36),湯頭清甜但排骨一般,炸得乾乾的,不討好~ 不過腐竹就廷不錯,很吸湯,跟米線很搭配呀!小妹則點了酸菜肉鬆鍋飯($37),原鍋上桌,肉鬆經調味後,鹹鹹香香的,很下飯!加上酸菜爽脆又酸酸的,連小妹平常不愛吃飯,也吃了一大半~因為想食點蔬菜纖維,所以多點了一份豬骨湯野菌($27)~ 想不到是那麼大份的!整整一大碗都是菇及紹菜,放湯是最好! 才一百大洋,就食得飽飽的~ 其實是點太多了,二人食得話,其實一份麵食或飯加一份菜都非常足夠,只怪我們低估了一份的份量呀~~

因為鄧媽媽冇開所以唯有試哩間啦,我最鍾意食鄧媽媽既湯飯,見到哩度餐牌寫住招牌豬軟骨湯飯所以試下,$37蚊 dinner唔包飲品。一黎到個豬軟骨賣相已唔多掂就知中招,連相都冇影。。湯底有好濃0既胡椒味,我覺得都ok. 附上3,4大舊豬軟骨,但賣相唔多好又似白烚,仲要豬軟骨好硬,好似食緊排骨咁,究竟有冇炆過黎架?似白烚又冇味,硬舊舊食到um胃。。我都未試過d豬軟骨係咁硬同難食,又話招牌!!? 食左少少已冇食,下次都係去番鄧媽媽到啦。。

大約 10 分鐘就有得食... lunch time 咁既效率都算ok

將來要去韓國旅遊所以現在開始要儲錢最近少了在較為高級的餐廳用餐今天也決定和老婆仔吃間比較平民的餐廳在這個商場逛最後決定了這裡這裡的粉麵比較有名但我們都很肚餓所以決定了吃飯我要了個36元的特色咖哩脆香雞柳飯老婆仔則要了38元的酸菜冬菇牛腩鍋飯比較適合冬天吃以價錢來說我認為這個特色咖哩脆香雞柳飯比想像中少不過味道還算可以咖哩味非常濃濃得對我來說太辣了不過雞柳有很多塊味道也不錯在冬天吃也是很合適的至於老婆仔的酸菜冬菇牛腩鍋飯老婆仔試了一口就說酸菜太酸了所以她全部都給了我幸好牛腩味道不錯很濃味就像牛腩麵的湯底一樣不過雖然是鍋飯但卻沒有期望有的一點點飯焦若有會更好這裡是非常富香港特色的環境平民餐廳沒有很舒服的椅子但偶爾在這裡吃飯也感覺很地道

筒骨係次要, 重點係個湯, 好鮮好甜, 唔夠膽話冇味精, 最小食完唔乾

筒骨應該係新鮮(冇雪過), 比出而食豬骨煲果d多肉

小食比較唔抵, 太細碟了, 一碟蒜泥白肉10片都冇,

星期日十一點左右出街搵野食,岩岩夾正係早、午餐之間,行經平日人頭湧湧嘅小雨天,今日竟然無乜人,可能早餐時段無乜人會食甘多肉類嘅飯麵類啦~入到去睇睇餐牌,都係例牌點反嗰兩樣,就係豬骨筒同豬軟骨湯飯同湯麵,今次重叫多咗蒜泥牛肉~豬骨筒湯麵 ($37)上海麵上放了3大舊豬骨洞,只有一舊豬骨筒入面有完整既骨筒位,入面有較多骨髓,其餘兩舊只得很少,如果喜歡食肉或比較大食的朋友,就千萬不要選這個了,因為只有少少肉連著骨筒,一定不足意令你飽肚,不過根位部分頗香,而且有點軟骨,平時愛吃骨類的我覺得尚可接受湯底方面,胡椒味比以往輕了很多,以往的湯底喝下時有點胡椒豬肚湯,感覺十分燥熱,現時變得較為清淡,對我來說感覺比較好,而上海麵帶點口感,𣎴會過淋,吸入了濃濃的豬骨湯後,不會淡而無味,還有不能忽視的津白,經骨湯煮過後變得非常的清甜豬軟骨湯飯 ($37)若果點了湯飯,白飯會另外送上,所用的湯底與前者無異。一碗大約有4至5件豬軟骨,視乎其大小而定,軟骨的白色軟骨位煮至非常淋身,現時改以幼骨為主,而且肉比較多,比較懷念之前的粗骨少肉,雖然比較硬身,但嚼感一流!而白飯方面,由於飯粒原本已較淋身,經骨湯浸泡後,變得

上海麵上放了3大舊豬骨洞,只有一舊豬骨筒入面有完整既骨筒位,入面有較多骨髓,其餘兩舊只得很少,如果喜歡食肉或比較大食的朋友,就千萬不要選這個了,因為只有少少肉連著骨筒,一定不足意令你飽肚,不過根位部分頗香,而且有點軟骨,平時愛吃骨類的我覺得尚可接受

湯底方面,胡椒味比以往輕了很多,以往的湯底喝下時有點胡椒豬肚湯,感覺十分燥熱,現時變得較為清淡,對我來說感覺比較好,而上海麵帶點口感,𣎴會過淋,吸入了濃濃的豬骨湯後,不會淡而無味,還有不能忽視的津白,經骨湯煮過後變得非常的清甜

這次店員忘了問辣油需唔需要另上,來到時已挑一些沒有被太多辣油沾上的牛肉,但實在太辣了,要不停地喝凍飲。而牛肉肉質十分淋身,像是落了太多鬆肉粉似的,加上沒有牛肉味,蒜粒亦沒有經炒香,整體味道一般

菜蜜成份不算太多,所以不會太甜,味道清淡,但凍溶解後,變得淡而無味
鴛鴦奶味頗濃,咖啡及奶茶成份之比例不錯,但糖份卻十分高
後記:
於近年雖然加價幅度不高,但整體質素卻有下跌跡像,不過以$37的價格來計,仍是一個不錯的選擇
