呢間伊麵店真係我慕名而來!!因為網上好多人都話要排一個鐘先食到,所以喺佢未開門之前已經要來排定隊先🥲🥲建議大熱天時就唔好搵命博啦,因為見證住前面嘅女仔因為排得太耐而暈倒啊🫠🌟海蝦濃湯燒牛肉伊麵($85)好食就一定好食,因為老闆真係慢工出細貨,我哋喺出面排咗咁耐隊,就睇住佢整咁耐🤣好不容易排到入去,落咗單之後老闆先會燒香啲牛肉👍🏻👍🏻保證夠熱夠惹味!牛肉食落口又香又有油脂味,好好味呀🤩🤩至於湯底,睇呢個顏色都知夠濃😋蝦味當然十足,更唔會飲到味精味👍🏻👍🏻而麵底軟硬適中,用伊麵配合海蝦湯底,真係勁夾呀🤤📍總結:如果唔係太多人排隊真係想食多幾次呀🥺

牛肉肉質都算唔錯!幾有牛肉味!老闆係用火槍將牛肉燒熟👍🏻不過我嗰日碟嘅牛肉的確比較生,個底比較生感覺似medium rare,面頭就OK嘅!如果大家唔想食咁生一定要同老闆講聲!

講返個湯底先!今次叫左2碗麵

飲落去嘅感覺就好似有好多隻櫻花蝦一樣,超級濃味!都唔算太口渴、太味!

伊麵方面不算太掛湯,不過喺香港好少識到伊麵湯面,所以感覺都幾特別👍🏻

見viu套<宵夜宵到過埋夜>介紹覺得好吸引,搵左個星期日去試試。2:00 鐘開門,唸住1:45早d到希望第一批入到,點知前面比我地早排隊既人已經好多,最後要等到第3批先入到,嗰時已經3:15。之前已經知道店主係一個人做曬所有嘢,有心理準備要等,只係黎到先知道店內得3張2人位,所以有d surprise,亦明白點解要等咁耐。我地叫左蝦濃湯燒牛肉伊麵,等左大概3-4個字。燒牛肉真係好好食,本身牛肉質素高,店主再用火槍炙燒,油脂同香味逼曬出黎🤤 伊麵質感正常,無乜特別。但蝦湯底真係有d失望,見comment好多都話好濃好好飲,但嗰日我食既湯底,顏色係好橙色,但味道就唔濃,可能期望太高,有失望到。總結,如果排咁耐隊,但overall 得牛肉比較出色,就未必會有下次喇。

伊面第一可能會想起感激我遇見這首歌,也會想起都市傳說的蟹肉或蝦球伊麵,d人話去飲時入席前點返個蝦球伊麵或者蟹肉伊麵,人情就可以返本!有上面的想法就知我甚麽年代的香港人了!這店子就有齊這八九十年代的風格,上世紀d人先有食伊面的習慣,佢有八九十年代的去食餐飯一定要等位的習慣,加上伊面比人有一種高級食材的想法,八九十年代想法,如果沒有排隊的餐廳就不要去吃了。其次是沒有人會提供服務(例如斟茶遞水),由於店舖內只有老闆一人,服務是下單,準備食物,收錢,有冇客人要回水呢(只是開玩笑)?店名叫三碗麵,但約三個人去就…所以最好約二個人去,全店只人得六個位,所以唔好約多過六個人。強烈要求老闆快d開大舖,請多幾個伙記,由於伊面在湯底下會出油,令到食到最後時個湯好油,加設冷伊面麵食法或者沾麵這種食法,或食到最後可以比一碗白飯做一個米炊的食法,就可飲灑這個湯底,不會浪費煲湯的心血。牛肉正湯正麵是少數餐廳做。老闆等你開大舖!等待真係太久

韓國街嘅一間好細嘅小店,唔留神,隨時行過都冇發現到。留意呢間店舖其實下午2點先開,但係未夠1:30 ,就有人開始排隊。經過嘅人都會好好奇咁樣問吓究竟係邊間店舖排咁長龍!細細嘅店舖只有三張兩人枱,全店只有一個人負責煮,加洗碗,加收錢,加樓面,所以絕對要係放鬆嘅心情去食,唔會好似出邊快餐咁樣嘅速度。雖然係等咗好耐,但係由喺出邊排隊開始,直至坐喺入邊,最後到自己親口品嚐得到,就會知道個湯底係幾咁有心機同真材實料!我地叫左海蝦濃湯同金華火腿煲雞濃湯伊麵,每份都配一碟灸燒牛肉。湯底濃郁又冇味精又唔油膩,絕對慢工出細貨!個人比較喜歡海蝦湯底,因為未試過咁清又香同濃嘅湯底,而金華火腿就有d似屋企落重料嘅老火湯。由於牛肉係等麵煮好時火炙,所以到上枱已有d凍咗,不過依然美味。有牛肉味,面頭熟背地生,係我鍾意嘅口感同未到,加上有多蔥同櫻花蝦,包住一口食落去好正!雖然menu有漢堡,但未必食到,要睇老闆心情,真係要睇彩數!

Everyone is different, but surprisingly I am highly hooked with their noodles here, in fact even the peppery Roast Beef is of very good quality.. 牛肉上面堆蔥同櫻花蝦, 食到後半碗我會放埋落個湯度. 因為本身索咗啲牛油香味, 溝埋落D湯又有另外一番後勁, 再次味蕾爆發過第2次層次 👍🏻👍🏻.

講完之後, 已經又想再去食 😊😜

這家店只有三款湯麵,也只有店家1人工作,3張枱共6個位,收工就過來,在門口等了約30分鐘,坐下後也等了約15分鐘,終於有得食😋。點了金華火腿雞湯伊麵和蝦湯伊麵,都是烤牛肉。烤牛肉好好味,🦐蝦湯也很有蝦香,不過可能我以前在新加坡的市場吃過十分濃郁的蝦湯麵,這裡的蝦湯有蝦味但覺得有點薄。至於雞湯就很好吃,🐔雞湯真有金華火腿香味,喝了也不會口渴。伊麵能掛湯,十分好的配搭。只有1個人處理的小店,要有耐心才能吃到的,就像在新馬的食店一樣。😁😃
