To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚去咗高鐵站溜走一圈,打卡影幾張照片,見識一下大堂設施,就走去佐敦食晚飯,沒有目標在街邊逛邊看,就無意看見一間相信是新張不久的食肆,[澳門咖喱王新鮮腩     ],看看門口兩個大餐牌,就很想在這裏吃飯了。坐滿人客的店鋪,幸好尚有一個四座位,未打開餐牌,就被牆壁上的海報吸引著,首先是兩張「必食」海報大餐牌。$69川醬乾炒牛河和$55招牌特級清湯腩飯,那麼就一於先落這兩個柯打,再往下望一張大張海報,是衆多藝人來幫趁的合照。除了川醬乾炒牛河和清湯腩飯,我們還點選$98即煎酒糟肉餅(例牌)和$98沙薑雞(例牌)。我曾經自家烹調即煎肉餅,不過,做不到今晚的酒糟煎肉餅咁好食和軟滑,不用擔心有酒味,只有香滑和美味,伴隨煎肉餅還有椰菜。我挺喜歡載沙薑雞的碟子,雞肉夠嫩滑,肉味略嫌偏淡,但沙薑和蔥油呢個好拍檔,肉味立刻得到提升。可以選擇辣度的川醬乾炒牛河,我們揀BB辣,特幼的河粉,令人感覺沒有太多油脂,牛肉軟綿有鮮牛肉味道。我久違了清湯腩吃來特別滋味,却是第一次配白飯吃,晚上吃飯耐飽肚,都是對的配合。

今日相約舊同事於佐敦吃飯,大家加班後才出來已經很晚,途經這間澳門餐廳,感覺很新很乾淨,便進來了。由於太餓,眼濶肚窄的我們,想也不想便瘋狂點了幾款菜,哈哈哈… 想不到每款味道都很不錯,而且店員亦很親切有禮,小店就有這種親切感。“即煎酒糟肉餅飯” 肉餅看來很有家的感覺,但味道大不同,夾開來有種香氣噗鼻,店員說是酒香,加上肉汁甜美,我真的忍不住食多了。“川醬干炒牛河” 牛肉很軟,牛味重,炒河熱騰騰很香。幸好店員一問,她說川味可以炒得很辣很惹味,但一知道我們怕大辣,便將辣度降低一點。“招牌牛坑腩” 牛味香濃,肥肉多一點的部位果然肉質較軟,白蘿蔔吸了肉汁味又淋又甜。本來想試崩沙腩,可惜已售罄,只能下次再來。“口水雞” 我很喜歡吃,喜歡它的麻辣香及啖啖雞肉,這裡的味道也不錯。

這家店就在家的對面,從裝修開始,就諗是開什麼類型的食肆呢?終於看見招牌了。 非常之搶眼的招牌,原來是澳門咖哩餐廳。 佐敦也很少有這類的餐廳。今天下午比較清閒,所以拉埋老公二人去吃午餐連下午茶。 打正招牌做咖哩,當然要叫咖哩吃看見有咖哩牛脷 在其他咖哩店很少見到有牛脷做咖哩的吃法,本身也很喜歡吃牛脷 😄所以就選擇了這款。看見份量嚇了一大跳 ,這個份量可以三四個人吃, 牛脷也是厚切,煮得非常之軟腍入味,雖然咖哩味道濃郁但也蓋不過牛脷的香味😋。薄餅用來沾咖哩汁吃一流👍。老公叫了豬排公仔麵,我也嚐了几口,豬排有少許咖哩香味。跟餐還有火腿奄列和半個脆豬包一杯飲品,很飽的一個餐☺。咖哩終於吃不完,打包回家當晚餐。

看見份量嚇了一大跳 ,這個份量可以三四個人吃, 牛脷也是厚切,煮得非常之軟腍入味,雖然咖哩味道濃郁但也蓋不過牛脷的香味😋。
