估唔到相隔一星期,又回到太古食飯,今次選了同一幢大廈的陳儀興尚潮樓食晚飯!陳儀興已經有幾間分店,對佢嘅出品一直都好滿意。因為都係二人小聚,所以點得不多。坐低先送上了功夫茶,清一清味蕾。20年老菜甫燉鮮豬肚我想飲的湯,望落好清,但味道好濃,豬肚唔乾好好食!咸菜花甲湯花甲好鮮味,配番茄、咸菜的配搭好清新,咸咸地又酸酸地,好開胃。滷水鵝片件件都厚肉又肥美,好有鵝味,點少許醋已經好好味。底下的滷水豆腐都唔可以錯過!凍大眼雞擺盤好精美,原條去骨切開一塊塊,好方便。肉質結實有彈性,咸鮮味好突出,再點上豆瓣醬,送飯和白粥都一流!乾貝春菜煲份量好多,菜夠嫩,加上滿滿的乾貝絲鋪面,簡單又好食,個菜湯都好飲!清心丸綠豆爽福果甜芋泥足料的兩碗糖水,尤其鍾意其熱辣辣。清心丸煙韌,芋泥細緻幼滑,好好食!

去開鰂魚涌,諗住搵間中菜,於是見到呢間陳儀興尚潮樓有咁多好評,所以就嚟試下晚餐兩個人食潮州嘢真係好難叫餸,今晚叫咗凍花甲,超級肥美,醃料嚟講有好重嘅羅勒味,唔會太鹹,好味再叫咗一個護國菜,初初以為係上湯煮番薯葉,點知原來佢係打咗獻,好似一個湯羹嘅質地,上面有啲金華火腿絲,味道係好嘅,不過我覺得稍稍有點鹹咗少少另外再叫咗一個糯米釀雞翼,冇諗過佢係會有用炸漿炸,呢個比較油,另外糯米飯又好重酒味,同我所期望嘅糯米釀雞翼味道有少少距離,可能呢個係潮州版本,不過我比較鍾意港式版本嘅糯米飯普寧豆腐係菜單上面寫明每日由普寧新鮮直送到港,豆香味好重,一定要趁熱食,另外佢同出面嘅普寧豆腐有啲唔同,佢唔係點鹽水,佢係點一碟綠色嘅嘢,其實點咗我都唔知係乜嘢,不過就係鹹鹹地,最後當然係唔少得我每次食潮州菜都一定要食嘅芋泥啦!

這間位於鰂魚涌的潮州菜餐廳,晚市主打多款傳統的潮州小菜及湯,當然不少得最出名的滷味。店員會先送上功夫茶及酸菜。大眼雞魚飯大眼雞很乾爽,魚肉雪白,肉質鮮甜嫩滑,配上普寧豆醬更能提鮮。鹹菜花蛤湯花蛤無沙而且新鮮,帶點胡椒及鹹菜味,十分鮮甜。招牌鵝三寶有鵝肉、仲有鵝肝、鵝腸,下面墊上嫩滑豆腐,鵝肝十分嫩滑,鵝腸爽脆,鵝肉滷得入味又不會過咸,鵝肉有肉汁。乾貝春菜煲很香瑤柱及蝦米香味,春菜煮至嫩腍,而且有菜香。臨近中秋,餐廳有潮式月餅,有幾款味道,甚有特色。
