星期五嘅一點左右去到,店內都有兩三枱客,地下係食石燒,網燒要上樓上。我地兩個人都唔太肚餓,所以叫咗一份石燒同一份烏冬share食。180g 封門柳(跟飯、沙律同羅宋湯)$158唔想食生肉的話,記得要切開先,快熟啲枱邊有燒肉汁,味道一般偏淡,反而加岩鹽味道比較香。雞肉羅宋湯烏冬 $60辣度酸度濃度都恰到好處,撈烏冬同撈飯都好食。人手唔多,用自助點餐機落單,上菜速度偏慢。枱面較細,兩個餐盤岩岩好位,張櫈幾好坐。店內有得斟水,而最欣賞係有洗手盤,食完飲啖水再洗個手,大滿足。

鍋上面已經加咗油脂 放入京蔥燒香
先再放入和牛煎香 再放入醬汁調味
😋醬汁口味相對濃烈 再沾上蛋汁
😋和牛既油脂 加埋蛋汁 口感相當滑溜
煮完牛肉之後 用留低嘅醬汁同油脂去煮蔬菜
