下午三時左右去到,無需等位。餐廳環境衛生,整潔,唔會油淋淋,抵讚。餐廳同時提供 Stone Grill 同網燒,但係分開兩層的,有選擇困難症嘅,去之前最好諗定食哪邊先 😅點餐都係以自助形式,接受八達通、信用卡等電子支付,都算方便。不過得一台點餐機,人多時可能要等一下嘞。今次試咗石燒,食物方面,點咗牛肩、封門柳,兩件都揀咗 250g,另外叫咗檸檬薏米水。跟餐有湯、沙律、飯(飯量自選),唔夠食可以 Refill 一次。肉質方面,封門柳係好腍,但牛肩性價比更高。調味方面,有岩鹽、黑胡椒、日式醬汁,隨便落。其實簡簡單單加一點鹽己很好。薏米水就有啲「澀」,應該係啲檸檬皮處理得唔好,要留意改善啦!

請媽咪去佐敦攞嘢,順便搵埋嘢食醫肚,佢話唔想食茶記或者中式嘢叫我安排。上網搵到依間覺得幾靚感覺會坐得幾舒服嘅牛扒店。我哋食石燒牛套餐,首先揀咗自己想食邊款嘅牛,再去售賣機度買飛,牛扒有分6款唔同嘅種類,唔同嘅級數,同唔同嘅重量,果然係有得揀先好呀,起碼你知道自己想食幾多同你想食咩部位嘅牛。有牛板腱,牛肩,下腰西冷,我哋揀咗牛肩同埋下要西冷,每個套餐包括羅宋餐湯,沙律同白飯一碗。其實兩款牛都好正,牛味濃郁,兩塊都完全無根,肉質都好幼嫩,而且厚切,配合飯一起食,相當飽肚。依種牛係美國400日穀飼牛肉,以高營養榖物飼餵養至400天以上。為確保牛牛攝取均衡的營養,穀物飼料有五種以上的穀麥成份,令肉質特別柔軟,一百二十蚊左右一塊咁好質素嘅扒加沙律同餐湯,性價比好高呢!

佐敦呢頭又開左一間新既石燒牛餐廳, 坊間有間連鎖既我都食過幾次, 所以就好奇下一d 小店舖頭既會唔會有所不同。 餐廳既裝修好靚,光線同採光都好足, 餐廳名都幾得意, 應該係想表達d 牛有52度既熟成度有密切的關係。 食物方面: 今次我就叫左一份封門柳set同埋下腰西冷既套餐。 先講下腰西冷牛味真係好突出, 牛肉的肉質相對比較淋, 刀切落去都相對容易。 而封門柳比較有咬口, 未熟前切開咗嚟睇, 西冷就係上層既脂肪比較厚, 油脂味好香。 套餐就已包一碗羅宋湯、一碗沙律、一碗白飯和飲品。 整體上都好夠飽, 食得好滿足。
