雖然每碟份量較小,但正好可以每部份牛肉也試一碟,價錢亦貼地,其他配料選擇不多,海鮮控就別妄想這店可以滿足你!但正因如此,專注品嚐牛每一個部位,店主概念應是朝著牛肉火鍋專門店出發,應該繼續堅持!香港太缺乏專注做好一款料理的食店,有誠意的經營手法👍🏻

無食過都已經成肚火,cancel左个booking,不過餐廳就Mark 做no show, 之後同open rice confirm 返,餐廳先再返做cancelled餐廳就早五餐前confirm 佢得,仲係俾人Mark no show, 都傻既!Book左枱先call你話得100分鐘食如果你係有time 限定嘅話 點解吾係book枱前係个apps 到講清楚,係電話到同人講 係Apps book 既就係得100分鐘 邊q夠時間打邊爐 你食俾我睇!

夜晚7點去到,無需等位可以直接入座,就憑這一點已經知道616不會很好吃。餐單上沒錯是有很多不同部位的牛,大部份從未聽過,看了餐紙,知道了是什麼部位,其實也不知道是口感/味道是什麼,因為一行8人,所以基本上每碟都叫來吃了。送到上枱,其實大部份都不知道是什麼,雖然侍應把印有部位名稱的小紙留下來了,但8人把肉傳來傳去,很快就搞不清了,只是個別一兩款是白色才分辨得到。味道方面只是略有牛肉味(跟牛涮X這類日式火鍋比較,616的牛肉味竟然較淡),沒有太多筋,普普通通,不是特別好吃,也未至於難吃,各款不同部位的牛肉吃來也沒太大分別(當然牛骨髓和一種白色的特別爽口例外)。牛肉餃加了一種香料,我不知道是什麼,但我不喜歡。牛肉以外,其他可以點的配料極少!!!是我吃過的火鍋店裡最少的一間!最好味是醬料區的秘制牛肉汁.........有點像甜甜的燒肉汁賣單後送了一張優惠券,我們8人沒有一個人想要,因為大家也沒打算回顧.....

味道方面只是略有牛肉味(跟牛涮X這類日式火鍋比較,616的牛肉味竟然較淡),沒有太多筋,普普通通,不是特別好吃,也未至於難吃,各款不同部位的牛肉吃來也沒太大分別(當然牛骨髓和一種白色的特別爽口例外)。

牛肉餃加了一種香料,我不知道是什麼,但我不喜歡。

牛肉以外,其他可以點的配料極少!!!是我吃過的火鍋店裡最少的一間!

最好味是醬料區的秘制牛肉汁.........有點像甜甜的燒肉汁

賣單後送了一張優惠券,我們8人沒有一個人想要,因為大家也沒打算回顧.....

發現附近開咗一間好專門食牛嘅地方,親星期六夜晚就約男朋友一齊去食。好彩有book枱,六點左右去食個場已經full得7788。叫咗好多唔同牛嘅部位,例如:牛駝峰、牛扑肉、牛心、牛腩心、胸口膀等上菜期間,佢送上左哈密瓜俾你食住等。雖然佢點菜嘅時候係用iPad ,每樣嘢食已經附上左圖,但係送到黎嘅時候佢會喺碟牛旁邊加上紙仔話俾你知咩部位😍而且佢點完餐就會送上一個沙漏,只要材料超過20分鐘未上,之後嘅就會免費。不過基本上超快上菜😂5分鐘左右就上齊了。係醬料方面,佢有特製嘅牛嘅肉汁俾你,同埋漿料區嘅材料都算好多,可以自己調配岩口味嘅醬汁。d牛真係唔使講,水準一流之餘仲好新鮮,完全冇凍肉味,質素好高,而且一碟先至$48到$68 ,份量都唔細,兩個人食既話叫3 4碟其實都幾足夠有餘。

粟米/菜果D就無乜特別~但價錢合理~~2X-3X喳~~其他火鍋店起碼4X以上...而且份量足

最後我地加單左個牛丸~唔記得影相~~TOTAL 有10粒..我地兩個人食到好滯....味道偏鹹~~

但平時我唔食牛丸都覺得好食!!質感彈牙~~又重牛味~~但建議多人先好叫...如果唔係真係食牛丸都飽...

整體會再黎試下其他款既牛肉~~

火鍋先送來了,我們的是鴛鴦湯底,一邊是牛骨清湯,一邊是麻辣湯底。

我們三人都偏愛辣,無奈辣湯雖然有三四根辣椒浮來浮去...但味道......還蠻淡的。
牛骨湯..食料沒有很多,三個去肉骨頭,兩塊牛筋,兩個粟米,三塊蘿蔔。

中午未決定到邊度食,見間間都好多人,呢間無咩人唔洗等位就入去試下,叫咗個蕃茄牛肉烏冬同埋紅酒繪牛肋條,個紅酒繪牛好入味,個汁撈飯一流,牛肉亦好淋,值得推介另外個蕃茄烏冬湯都好濃好重蕃茄味,牛肉好滑,只係烏冬麵差少少唔夠爽滑,但整體都不錯,睇得出用心煮理價錢唔太貴,如果可以包飲料就更好啦!

經朋友介紹而去的,雖然真的好久沒去吃火鍋(其實是找不到人)…主打牛的火鍋店在全港有多少我確實不知道,但目前已知的只有這間,看了一下餐牌真的有點大開眼界,因為我真的不知道牛的所有部分是有這麼多的名稱,好多都是第一次聽,好像封門柳什麼的…湯底只有兩種,就要了牛骨,喝得岀味精極少都算濃郁牛滑即是腿肉加脂肪,是我所叫的第一最愛亦是我第一次聽到的東西,通常火鍋都只有魚滑,但沒理由在主打吃牛的火鍋店找魚滑吧…但牛滑岀來效果不比魚滑差就是吧牛肉餃是第二最愛,每一隻餃子都是滿滿的牛,皮又夠薄牛腩心是第三最愛,因為肉質較嫩放久了都不會變韌,跟牛柳和腿肉一樣切得薄薄的,不過這兩種肉跟牛腩心比,我都是比較喜歡牛腩心原本只叫了汽水,後來覺得吃火鍋怎可能不叫啤酒喝,於是叫來asahi,冰凍啤酒配火鍋簡直一絕

牛滑即是腿肉加脂肪,是我所叫的第一最愛亦是我第一次聽到的東西,通常火鍋都只有魚滑,但沒理由在主打吃牛的火鍋店找魚滑吧…但牛滑岀來效果不比魚滑差就是吧

牛肉餃是第二最愛,每一隻餃子都是滿滿的牛,皮又夠薄

牛腩心是第三最愛,因為肉質較嫩放久了都不會變韌,跟牛柳和腿肉一樣切得薄薄的,不過這兩種肉跟牛腩心比,我都是比較喜歡牛腩心

原本只叫了汽水,後來覺得吃火鍋怎可能不叫啤酒喝,於是叫來asahi,冰凍啤酒配火鍋簡直一絕

今日收工就同男朋友去元朗食飯,佢話天氣咁熱梗係去食火鍋啦😰😰。佢話要食我一定會陪佢既☺️。一入到餐廳就已經聞到好濃郁既牛味。呢間餐廳我記得之前都食過一次,果時好特別既有成板牛上有好多個不同牛部位,但今次來已經冇了。點了個牛雜湯底,有牛肚、牛腸、牛肺除左牛雜湯底仲有封門柳、牛朴肉、胸口磅、匙柄、牛心錠、春菜、稻庭烏冬、金菇,我地兩個人食都幾飽😋牛心錠好爽口但冇味道,如果有個麻辣醬點就👍🏻👍🏻胸口磅口感好似食緊脂肪咁滑溜,男朋友話唔係好多地方有得食牛朴肉呢個我最鍾意,只要輕輕淥佢4、5秒就好足夠,牛味又重。

呢到位於元朗專食牛肉的火鍋店絕對夠多牛肉不同部位食,款式多到好多都未聽過,加上價錢大眾化,牛肉部位由$48-$68,份量都算ok出面會有吧檯位置比大家自己混醬,每位加$10今次試咗個牛雜湯底,湯底清晰得嚟都好濃味,入面牛雜都好腍身,仲有鮮甜蘿蔔牛方面有封門柳,牛味極濃又好嫩腍,大愛這款牛朴肉就比較有咬口,但都好夠牛味,邊位仲有少少油脂匙柄就比較深色,好有肉味但都好腍身之後牛心錠行爽脆路線胸口膀其實係牛白肉,都係腍中帶點爽春菜呢到都有,好新鮮喔,個稻庭烏冬都好正,滾一陣就食得,質地幾嫩腍又易吸湯整餐都係400左右好抵食
