食brunch set 既客人可以自己於Pasta station 選擇適合自己口味既意粉,估唔到呢度會有我喜歡既Fileja意粉選擇,佢其實係用籤壓開麵團再卷成粉條,口感煙韌彈牙又掛汁,我就揀左Fileja配黑松露白汁,再放上芝士輪入面用白酒炒拌,意粉黐滿曬芝士同黑松露醬,炒完仲要喺我面前即刨新鮮黑松露片😍好奢侈既食法

而朋友主菜就揀左美國USDA prime牛柳,三成熟既口感咬落軟熟又重肉味,切落無血水,點少少鹽就已經好好味,點埋個紅蔥熬煮既醬汁😎更加特顯到牛肉既味道

當日嘅甜品有兩款,我同朋友決定一人一款試齊佢🤓Smoked matcha lava tart 一上枱已經好靚,服務員喺我地面前掀開個蓋,啲煙燻味即刻出曬黎呀☺️抹茶流心撻好似心太軟咁一切流汁,熱熱既抹茶醬配埋雲尼拿雪糕,冰火交融既感覺十分奇妙💪食落唔算太甜,可以一試呢
