整體黎講, 呢間日本餐廳既食物同服務質素係新蒲崗都屬於一間唔錯既選擇, 怪不得晚飯時段都愈黎愈旺!

重點推介赤龍卷,聽個名已經好威猛!原來個賣相亦都真係好似成條龍咁!其實呢一個赤龍卷,價錢都係唔貴的($78),但係用料就毫不吝嗇,飯卷之上唔單止有甜蝦作為鮮味的中流砥柱,上面仲有海膽在口感上在味覺上成為濃郁的衝擊,海膽之上又有魚籽作為顏色的點綴,亦都為呢兩款鮮美的材料領先作為一個鮮味的前奏。

比目魚都不錯,呢兩件比目魚好似東歪西倒其貌不揚,其實食落去口感幾特別,唔同其他魚,而且比目魚滲出來魚脂,好香滑,加上呢款醬汁,更加美味。

鰻魚炒飯,我覺得比較特別的地方就係佢哋炒飯之中加了細碎的金菇,令到炒飯之中食到香軟的鰻魚粒之際,亦都食到少少爽口的金菇,口感不錯


整體來講我覺得赤山的菜色各方面都不錯,好值得再來,性價比幾高。

跟住我哋開始食壽司啦,我哋叫咗一份「蟹棒壽司」,一件「海膽壽司」同埋一份「火炙三文魚腩壽司」,基本上一份有兩件壽司,但係海膽就例外,一件一件叫的,三文魚腩壽司好好食,三文魚腩上面有少少沙律醬,而且腩位食落口比較滋味同惹味。另外蟹棒壽司都好正,大大嚿蟹棒,一啖擺落口,正!所以之後我哋再encore。

熟食方面,我哋叫咗一客「雞腎」有兩串,我哋一人一串,聞落去都覺得好香,而且雞腎上面有啲調味料,咬落去好爽口,唔難咬。再叫咗一客「雞肉腸」,望落去雞肉腸燒到外面啲皮金黃色,熱辣辣架!咬落去好似咬緊雞軟骨,好爽口,入面真係有啲一粒粒軟骨架!呢個我哋真係再encore,因為太好食啦!
