配酒方面,由淡至濃,頭一款輕輕的,不搶水牛芝士之味。第二款金屬味重了,配肉適合。第三款開始有點複雜。我還是最喜歡第四款的紅酒,與牛扒產生化學作用。最後一款甜美,最易令人受落。


可容一圍的私人貴賓房盡我倆享用,暢所欲言不在話下,疫情期間亦非常安全,服務員進出得宜,不打擾,需要時又會出現需要時又會出現,服務態度友善殷勤,吃飽之後到酒店大堂,轎車已在候用。

La Burrata:
The appearance of the burrata cheese is extremely appealing. The pouch was already halved and let soft and curd-liked cheese flowing out of the skin. Gracefully seasoned by coarse black salt, sun-dried cherry tomatoes and pesto sauce, the taste was so well-balanced and the burrata is very fresh. It entirely fulfilled the purpose of an appetizer. Literally, this dish turns me into a huge fan of burrata cheese.

Tagliolini:
The tagliolini was perfectly handmade and cooked with texture just right, which I believe this is an authentic version of tagliolini. The thin-sliced Norcia black truffle fully topped the pasta paired with the thick, creamy white sauce. One of the best in the town. Luscious!

For sure I will visit Angelini soon again and continue to exploration of its magic!

之後嘅主菜我哋就嗌咗意大利雲吞同埋闊條麵,最主要都係想試下啲手工嘢。簡單講一兩句,份量係夠,味道就好一般,總括嚟講真係好失望。

好老實,意大利餐廳要喺香港立足真係好難:
1.)一來意大利菜對於食材嘅新鮮度同品質要求好高(加上又要叫飛機貨,經營成本一定高)

2.)二來係唔啱食,一般平民百姓或者普羅大眾好多時候根本食唔到手工同訂返嚟嘅分別,而即使你最後煮到 Al Dente,香港嘅食客都只會投訴你,叫你再煮過。(所以點解香港嘅意大利餐廳越行越Fusion )

3.)再者,意大利菜同刁鑽複雜嘅法國菜比係行簡單直接路線,最多係考下你打意粉、搓麵團、整雲吞手工。但去到擺碟、砌碟就更加難同法國嗰種眾取寵,尤如藝術品嘅效果相提並論啦。(簡單啲講,喺呢個時代唔instagrammable,好大鑊 )

總括而言,如果係普通街邊餐廳嚟講都算係唔錯,但係依家係講緊九龍香格里拉一間咁享負盛名酒店嘅餐廳,實在係唔合格啦。服務嚟講,除咗戴眼鏡嗰位男經理之外其他員工都好有禮貌,最後大廚仲出嚟同我哋影幅相,算係補返數啦。
