留意,餐廳外邊有空間感十足的露天酒吧,可以欣賞一下中環夜景,所以選了AOAO Sangria及Daiquiri在主餐後在酒吧位置Chill 一下。Daiquiri酒味比較濃烈,反而AOAO Sangria以Champagne加上生果,比平時以紅白酒做base更香甜更適合女孩子。👍

Starting with the appetizers, the Akagai and Shredded Celtuce Salad must be refreshing and invigorating, setting the stage for the rest of the meal. Then come the Caramelised Pumpkin and Charcoal Grilled Eel, both dishes exhibiting great depth of flavors - the former being rich and sweetly caramelized, the latter carrying the alluring aroma of charcoal-grilled deliciousness, truly embodying the essence of Eastern cuisine.

For the mains, the A4 Wagyu Cutlet Charcoal Sando looks absolutely exquisite. The thick-cut, charcoal-grilled preparation must render the meat wonderfully tender and juicy.

The desserts are equally enticing - the Double Fromage Cheesecake and Red Bean Daifuku are classic sweets, one being lusciously creamy, the other delightfully soft and mochi-like, catering to diverse palates.
