今日嚟咗朋友推介嘅大滾友打邊爐食宵夜,九點後唔駛點等就可以入座。

一坐低,店員就送上九宮格木盒造型既醬介盤,好精緻! 佢呢度得一啲蒜頭䓤芝麻辣椒蒜蓉同埋豉油, 冇嗰啲好濃味嘅沙茶千島醬,睇嚟店加對佢哋嘅食材好有信心。

店長推介伊比利亞橡果豬

油脂分佈平均,入口嫩滑, 好似食緊豬肉入面嘅A5和牛一樣, 肉味濃沃, 唔使點醬都好好食 ,教人回味無窮。嚟到必定要點一份試試。

細牛肉拼盤

牛肉拼盤雖然叫細, 但係個量就幾多下,兩條友絕對夠曬食。 入面有牛頸椎,安格斯牛小排,雪花肥牛,牛黃喉 ,牛肉粒同埋牛舌, 可以一次過試曬牛嘅唔同部位。 牛黃侯食落好脆脆地,幾特別。 美中不足嘅係肥牛卷仲係成舊冰, 味道略嫌比較淡。

雜菜拼盤

有油麥菜,娃娃菜,藕片,蕃茄 ,金菇, 雲耳,粟米。 食肉之前可以煮啲嚟打咗個底先。

竹蔗茅根一揸

竹蔗茅根水用個龍造型嘅黑色壺載住, 幾別緻。 竹蔗水飲落唔會話好甜, 大概倒到五杯左右。入口清清地幾潤喉。

消暑冬瓜瑤柱鍋

湯底煲滾咗建議先飲一啖湯, 飲落消暑解渴,每一啖都帶有鹹鮮味,好鬼正。 鍋正中間擺咗個冬瓜,服務員會走過嚟幫你切件。 當火鍋煮到咁上下,冬瓜淋咗就可以食喇。

手打鵝肝墨汁墨魚丸

墨魚丸一碟四粒,,外貌漆黑色帶有光澤 。餐廳喺整墨魚丸嗰陣加咗一啲鵝肝切粒, 每一口都散八住鵝肝嘅香氣,值得一試。
