突然想吃酸辣粉,記得這間之前吃過不錯的,今天跟同事來吃午市套餐~這裏環境依然好有氣氛,吃辣真的好開心!😆前菜涼拌魚皮卷配酸辣水晶粉這款魚皮卷吃起來相當爽口有嚼勁。魚皮的清脆口感與酸辣水晶粉的微辣提味完美融合😍 水晶粉的調味恰到好處,不會蓋過魚皮的麻辣味~同事點了紅燒排骨 配酸辣水晶粉紅燒排骨的醬汁入味十足,骨肉分離,肉質柔軟鮮嫩。水晶粉就選了bb辣另外點了一個小食,酸辣土豆絲bb辣,辣度恰到好處,不會過於刺激,又能充分激發食欲~土豆絲的炒製恰當👍🏻 既保留了原料的脆口感,又充分吸收了調料的香氣,相當出色👏🏻我跟餐加了一杯凍蜜語水果茶十分清涼解渴。裏面有西瓜火龍果橙的果肉😍 將多種水果的甜香和茶葉的清雅完美結合🫶🏻

麻辣是一樣神奇的東西,一係唔食,一係就上癮!早2日食完麻辣,隔日唔食,成個腦都諗住佢!放工就去左麻辣派對過麻辣癮!先叫2杯野飲,凍檸茶大大杯幾抵飲,友人要左冰雪鮮檸C飲,檸香十足!黃燜豬手鍋份量很足,豬手鍋燜得軟糯,很入味,筋位帶點爽口,肥而不膩!友人唔食得辣,我要左走辣都好惹味!古法咕嚕肉酸甜醬汁均勻地包裹每一塊肉,脆漿厚薄適中,十分脆口。川北涼粉味道麻辣酸香,白嫩滑爽,入口極其舒爽,夏天唔想食飯,食呢個一流!
