不經不覺,原來稻香已經25週年了!哈哈 比我還要大稻香旗下品牌均選出兩款最受歡迎的兩道菜式,以$25優惠價回饋食客。不過每枱只限揀選指定小菜一款,最後我點了大澳海山骨,份量也不少啊!海山骨賣相吸引,上桌時更飄來陣陣南乳香氣~外皮炸得金黃香脆,肉質非常嫩滑,而且帶濃烈的南乳味道。這道菜吃下去香口惹味,$25只能說很划算留意優惠推廣至到6月16日(6月10至12日 暫停供應) ,供應時間是晚上6時至9時。

假日跟女朋友的媽媽去酒樓飲茶,老一輩總是喜歡這種中式食物,偶爾我也要接受一下呢今時今日飲茶絕對不是便宜玩意,但這兒的食物卻不算太貴,真是難得吃了不小點心,燒賣蝦蛟,珍珠雞等,味道都不錯但最抵吃的還是這個大澳海山骨,肉質鮮嫩之餘,炸得相當香脆而且用的是上等油,沒有什麼油憶味,吃起來也不油膩,味道不錯$25,比特點便宜,所以十分抵吃吃過飯後,我們便一起逛街,十分高興

早前母親節忘了跟母親大人慶祝,媽媽嬲了差不多一星期,終於在上星期我們一家人補祝了為了補償,今次選擇了一家較好的餐廳,而媽媽只愛吃中菜,所以和她來到了鍾廚點了多樣食物,我們一家人還是最喜歡這個新鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉,因為最有家的味道,吃起來相當有親切感菠羅選用了上等新鮮來貨,所以吃起來多肉多汁,感覺十分fresh咕嚕肉肉質亦非常新鮮,口感嫩滑,醬汁亦相當足夠,不多不小,所以吃起來相當入味整天晚上都是跟母親合照,其實令人感動的時刻,往往是跟親人一起吃飯,明年要再來呢

Reserved a table for 10... got our reservation wrong and squeezed us all on a smaller table. Fine, mistakes do happen.

You'd expect they'd bring us more chairs... no, after waiting, we had to get the chairs ourselves. I can live with that, it's Sunday afterall and the restaurant seemed quite busy.

After requesting on numerous occasions for extra sets of chopsticks, plates and blows... again. We had to get it from the next table, which the staff had just set up. They seem to be more preoccupied with setting up empty tables as opposed to serving customers.

Ordering food... no point raising your arm to get their attention, too busy setting up tables. You have to walk to them.

Removing empty plates... again, no point asking. Do it yourself.

Beware of spillage... we've had the entire decanter of soy sauce emptied onto one of us. After  obligatory apologies, we were provided with 2 wet-wipes.

BTW, on a previous occasion, I had a member of staff hovering the area around where I was having my meal and the hover eventually made its way under my table. This was during a meal service! C'mon! I thought you only see this happen in an episode of Mr Bean.

Message to the management:
Please hire more staff. You are obviously very short staffed. You work them so hard, they are so miserable. No 10% service charge... how do I justify tipping your staff after all the above?

與友人一大清早去買完芝士撻才10點多,所以就去飲早茶慶祝一下輕輕鬆鬆就買到想買的東西 XD見到這間餐廳的名字有點特別又有位子所以就毫不猶豫選擇這間之後看餐牌才知是稻香集團的沒有特別看價錢點了以下的東西腸粉,皮不厚, 材料豐富. 值得一試XO醬炒蘿蔔糕驚喜之作,蘿蔔糕不會炒得太軟身,每一粒蘿蔔糕也沾滿XO 醬稍嫌小碟了一些,與朋友很快就吃清光 (也可能是2人太餓)鮮蝦腐皮卷有水準的一款點心每一條都有兩隻蝦,絕不欺場除此之外還點了蝦蛟(對!又是蝦),燒賣比起一般傳統的酒樓,鍾廚的蝦蛟跟燒賣是可以一粒一粒分開點可以解決到人少又可以多吃一點其他點心的問題

比起一般傳統的酒樓,鍾廚的蝦蛟跟燒賣是可以一粒一粒分開點
可以解決到人少又可以多吃一點其他點心的問題

Other Info. : 這餐2個人吃得飽飽, 沒有加一,也沒有收茶芥, 每人$70 , 在銅鑼灣算是便宜吧? 本人覺得早茶性價比高,下次會於下午茶時段再試

The abalones were very chewy, we needed to use a pair of scissors to cut them down into tiny pieces.The bowl of vegetable was bitter, 難以入口,and was the worse bowl of veg we hv eaten in a while. The worse part was dessert. It was 紅豆豆腐花and they gave us 百福豆腐花which is a cheap brand selled in supermarkets. they gave us the smallest pack as well. We were totally disappointed and will not go again. 
dimsum is very delicious so go at lunchtime rather than dinner time.

鍾廚,以前就是鍾菜,來過多次,每次都很滿意。新裝修之後一直都沒有去過。今天剛好有朋友生日,兩個男人,慶祝生日也不像女朋友或老婆,要去高級西餐廳,反而覺得不聚財;去吃中菜最好。兩個人來到,還有卡位,真是開心。坐下來看看餐牌,看到有一個一人套餐,價錢只是 HKD238.00,而且食材豐富;當下也不用細想就叫了。能夠用這個價錢享受到好吃食物,還要在銅鑼灣的核心地帶時代廣場,而且環境也很舒服,很有物值。這個套餐包飲品,可以叫黑木耳,紅酒或橙汁;我選了黑木耳,很健康:有一個原盅燉湯,是雞腳螺頭茶壺湯,我喝得很開心;湯夠熱,料足,而且份量多:餐前小食是叉燒,感覺就一般,未知鍾菜廚師自己有沒有吃過,也不明白為何會自稱叉燒皇。不過,想想也覺有道理。但凡「雲吞大王」,「牛什專家」,「甜品聖手」,「燒鵝大王」全部都是不好吃的。但這只是小小問題,並未影響今天晚飯的觀感。鮑魚來了,很大隻,味調較得甚好。魚也是上佳之作,魚有魚味,而且很有咬勁;底下的麵筋也是神來之筆,吸收了魚汁,很香很豐富。上湯浸時蔬也是很好,味清,而上面的腐竹也是炒過的。肉餅粒紅米飯也很香,我很喜歡肉餅粒這個配搭。還有杏汁燕窩,很香濃。前計後

魚也是上佳之作,魚有魚味,而且很有咬勁;底下的麵筋也是神來之筆,吸收了魚汁,很香很豐富。

前計後計,沒有茶位沒有加一,每人就只收那 HKD238.00,在時代廣場吃晚飯,還要有上好招呼,地方坐得舒服,再包紅酒,我想在銅鑼灣絕難有一間餐廳做到。

鍾廚入面有唔少卡位,似乎完全放棄酒席而專攻散客。不過有一排卡位對正開放式廚房,想睇住啲餸煮出嚟又唔怕嘈可以考慮吓坐呢啲位嘅。 環境好似唔錯,但質素同一般稻香好似分别不大。炒麵略嫌汁多浸淋咗啲脆麵,蝦就幾大隻嘅,鮮味一般啦。炸奶同蝦多士就略嫌炸得過火,食落偏硬唔香口。 唔叫啲特别嘢,貴啲坐得舒服啲喺銅鑼灣高貴地段食餐家常便飯,都尚算可以嘅。

星期五與一大班朋友出外吃飯可以是難事,但也可以是易事,問題是有否叫的準備及選擇適合的餐廳。這次因為有好的朋友安排,一切都是易事。為省卻用腦的麻煩,選擇了一個套餐。先來的雲耳叉燒很精緻,味道也不錯。雲耳爽脆,叉燒夠軟,也帶甜味,不錯。而那個特色功夫翅算是有點驚喜,所指的不是味道,而是賣相。以茶壺的形端來,真是物如其名,很像功夫茶。而味道也不錯,湯底清得來甜,而魚翅也有一梳,頗滿足的。另一款經貴食材是海參鮑魚這次較特別的不是擺設,而是配搭,除了西蘭花外,配上扁麵,都是第一次這樣的。海參及鮑魚的味道不錯,海參軟,而鮑魚軟硬適中,很好。只是那個扁麵較軟,如果能夠硬身一些口感會更好。再來龍蝦真的是經貴之極了。雖然不是很大隻,但作為一人份量的算是不錯。肉質爽滑,有肉味,而殼夠軟,很容易便可以把肉分出來。不錯。現在少不了的當然是菜。清爽的菜苗浸上濃湯,並配以雜菌,味道很豐富。最後的甜品蛋白杏仁茶絶對能為這一餐畫上了完美的句號,特別喜歡它不太甜之餘,杏仁味又不會過重,易入口,正。

再來龍蝦真的是經貴之極了。雖然不是很大隻,但作為一人份量的算是不錯。肉質爽滑,有肉味,而殼夠軟,很容易便可以把肉分出來。不錯。

現在少不了的當然是菜。

上星期二一家五口到鍾廚食晚飯,還記得上次坐中間近廚房位,好嘈,碗碟聲奏不停!這次要求坐埋邊,好好多!點了個四人歺加一個荷葉飯,湯是響螺㷛鷄,清甜好味,四個餸中的蝦和魚都生鮮,造得唔錯。最值得讚是跟歺的白汁海鮮焗飯和加點的荷葉飯。海鮮飯有很香芝士味,仔仔最愛,荷葉飯有昏芳的荷葉味,媽媽至愛,最重要是夠熱,有好質素海鮮。最後送上的芝麻湖和杏仁露都真材實料。$1,000左右埋單,服務唔錯,食得舒服!媽媽這星期又想再去!希望能改善嘈音問題啦!
