朋友生日想食餐好,搜尋openrice見到近來甚多好評的蟹仙海鮮蒸氣火鍋,一於試試!我們選了銅鑼灣店,店子裝修十分寬敞,有兩層,坐得舒適闊落店子主打蒸海鮮,我們選了$449的海鮮餐,已包了8款海鮮,十分超值先上日本深海石斑一夜干,原條放進蒸鍋,魚肉鮮甜爽口,與平常一夜干燒的方法不同,原來又有另一番風味 ! 配上特制專用豉油,令魚肉鮮味更加提升之後上白刀貝、鮑魚及赤蝦,肉貿鮮甜而且很濃海水味,細問店員之下知道原店子的海鮮全都是入口野生的,與一般店的養殖海鮮不同,所以味道較濃郁再上龍蝦及奄仔蟹,兩款都爆膏,入口極香,肉質爽口,果然是新鮮貨最後再上蔬菜藍及吸收了海鮮精華的粥底,完美 !無論環境及食物都值得推薦!

之前去過新蒲崗的蟹仙,覺得那邊的海鮮很特別、很新鮮、很划算。於是特地來銅鑼灣再嘗試此餐廳,但卻失望至極。我們兩人都點了700多元的套餐,加上週末需要每人再加幾十元,加了瓶啤酒,加一收費,人均一千多元,卻不知道吃了什麼。他們拿出來的海鮮盤(如圖)與400多元套餐的海鮮盤一模一樣,每款海鮮都小的可憐,也不特別新鮮。餐牌上說好幾樣海鮮可以三選一的,當天都沒有選擇,你必須吃餐廳當天僅有的海鮮款式。短期內應該所有蟹仙的分店都不會再去了。第一次寫食評,因為太氣憤,因為真的太差了。

點了一個七百多塊錢的套餐,但裡面的海鮮與四百多塊錢的海鮮一模一樣。每樣海鮮都小的可憐(附圖),也不怎麼新鮮。奉勸大家千萬不要來。去過新蒲崗的店,這裡完全比不上。第一次寫食評就是這個,太憤怒了。

今晚相約一位老朋友食飯,帶佢去試吓蟹仙專門店,之前食過其他分店覺得好出色,今次就帶朋友黎地點比較就腳既銅鑼灣分店。屬於樓上店,小心行過見吾到,見到佢餐牌午餐有set lunch,夜晚就專食蒸海鮮。性價比最高係尊貴海鮮套餐,$449就食到九款海鮮+個菜,如果有需要仲可以升級蟹/龍蝦/南非鮑魚。海鮮分兩輪上,第一輪食左啲貝殼類既海鮮同埋條石斑,全部都原汁原味,除左條石斑其他海鮮都唔洗沾醬汁。第二輪食琵琶龍蝦同蟹,全部都係新鮮湯出黎。最後會食埋佢個粥底,所有鮮味都係晒碗粥度。

今晚訂位同幾位朋友食蟹仙,地點最方便就係銅鑼灣分店,地鐵站D出口行幾分鐘就到,方便大家。蟹仙一定要book枱,今次安排得好好,我地三人可以坐窗邊梳化位,可以舒舒服服邊傾計邊食海鮮。今晚重頭戲係琵琶龍蝦同奄蟹,琵琶龍蝦個名好特別而且又比較少有,啲肉同龍蝦一樣好鮮甜,我哋食完個殼放返落去個粥底度繼續煮,等個粥煲得更加鮮甜。另外,隻奄蟹啲膏多到流出黎,未食已經流晒口水,由於係用蒸既煮法,蟹既鮮味完全鎖左入啲膏同肉到,無可挑剔。
