放工同事帶了我去銅鑼灣這間食台灣菜的餐廳食飯,這裏座位寬敞,坐得舒適。薑米水:用了台灣九梗米水,米香濃郁,薑味帶微辣,酒味不算重。蜂蜜白苦瓜汁:苦瓜汁帶點苦味但回甘,蜂蜜正好中和苦味,令整體更清熱解渴。白滷水九孔鮑魚:鮑魚以滷水煮至入味,有淡淡的滷味香味,又不會過咸,而且很爽彈。蟹肉蛋白泡泡脆米金湯:濃郁的蟹肉鮮甜味充斥味蕾,加上香脆的米粒,既鮮甜又有特色,蛋白泡泡十分吸睛。燒香金鑽鳳梨芭樂安格斯牛小排:用了台灣當造的金鑽鳳梨入饌,本身鳳梨味清甜無渣,略燒兩面後鳳梨甜度增加,配上燒至兩面焦香的牛小排,牛小排肉質嫩腍且鬆化,一濃一淡互相輝映。黑松露鮮百合花:入口有淡淡黑松露香,鮮百合煮至爽口微軟,十分creamy。

這間位於銅鑼灣的稻埕飯店,主打台灣菜,另外還加入了很多特色元素,令每道菜都變得更獨特。話梅小山藥淮山爽口之餘,又有淡淡的話梅酸甜,十分開胃的前菜。蟹肉蛋白泡泡脆米金湯湯底是南瓜蓉及蟹肉製成,湯底鮮甜又有南瓜的甜香,加上粒粒炸至金黃的脆米,入口香脆,表面的蛋白泡泡很有特色,非常精緻。鹽酥波士頓龍蝦脆角豆金瓜味道有點似鹽酥雞,但變了是龍蝦,龍蝦肉質爽口彈牙,十分惹味,下面以炸米通及鹽酥蔬菜墊底,香脆又不油膩。八斗子炒飯炒飯裏面有些帶子、蟹肉、蟹子及肉鬆等等炒至金黃色,入口飯粒分明又爽口,表面更以原隻新鮮爽口的虎蝦作裝飾。Tea Flight 以Sake 配上菊花茶、巨峰烏龍、無花果,三者中菊花味最清新,巨峰則較甜,無花果酒最重。寶島濃情有淡淡的白玉苦瓜味,青檸的酸味都幾特出。

個湯以南瓜做底,有好多海鮮,好鮮甜,蛋白泡泡係蛋白黎,配埋一齊食口感幾得意。

🔸鹽酥波士頓龍蝦脆角豆金瓜
龍蝦尾啖啖肉,只係簡單油泡,保留龍蝦鮮味,其他配料南瓜片、秋葵、米通等,好適合的下酒菜。

炒飯配料豐富,飯炒得夠乾身,粒粒分明,內有肉鬆、蝦仁、帶子等海鮮,好豐富🤩

🔸黑糖珍珠舒芙蕾班㦸配抹茶雪糕
雖然食飽咗,但甜品係另一個胃,一定要試吓呢度既人氣甜品,即叫即整,上枱超大份,班㦸鬆軟,再加上抹茶雪糕,黑糖,為飯局畫上完美句號。

餐廳以台灣食材做出新派台菜,食物好食,地方寬敞,價單不貴,CP 值高,而且現時無限時,係銅鑼灣一個同朋友飯聚的好選擇❤️

Randomly walked into this restaurant and turned out to be a pleasant surprise.  It’s nicely decorated and spacious where you won’t be sitting too closely with other customers.Food is not top notch but above average; the beef from the noodle soup was tender and juicy while the chicken was not very meaty (mostly bones…); nonetheless, the staff were polite and friendly which made up for it.There are 2 private rooms for larger groups with karaoke available making it a great hang out spot.
