已經唔係第一次食,上次食係新開業,幾個月後水準依然越式火車頭湯河粉,有牛牛牛牛同埋牛真係啱哂啲牛魔王生牛,烤牛香,炸牛丸,牛栢葉爽唔un,牛根夠冧,湯濃而不咸,爽口的感覺同埋夠哂大碗火辣蒜椒香脆豬扒撈檬呢碗野不得之了了呀!上面堆鮮紅色嘅醬仲以為佢撈左蕃茄醬,但係食落又食唔到茄味,反而係蒜味,炸蒜脆脆嘅口感配合檬粉好夾之餘,辣醬酸辣程度剛好,成碗都好野味脆豬扒夠乾夠脆但唔會柴皮!食到尾都仲會脆,真心有驚喜等陣!愈食愈辣嘅?!食到尾夾到成埋辣椒出來到底我食左幾多粒落肚神奇之處係又唔會辣到食唔到其他味喎法式芝士蝦多士,又係夠香脆,蝦滑厚厚有咬口,面頭的芝麻冇炸過龍冇燶香噴噴仲要有浪心嘅芝士高質

呢碗野不得之了了呀!上面堆鮮紅色嘅醬仲以為佢撈左蕃茄醬,但係食落又食唔到茄味,反而係蒜味,炸蒜脆脆嘅口感配合檬粉好夾之餘,辣醬酸辣程度剛好,成碗都好野味

其實兩碗粉既味道係唔錯!由湯底到用料都覺得幾有心機!尤其係我碗火車頭…d牛肉幾淋同幾有肉味
!不過就份量細左D,冇火車頭嗰種震撼感!同埋加窩蛋就未聽過…應該見識少!

如果問我會唔會特登返黎又未必…不過行過又想食越南粉既話都係一個唔錯既選擇

見到報紙介紹, 於是特登去試, 我同我老公都叫椰汁酸味雞絲檬, 我加左生牛肉, 佢加左炸豬扒, 我地仲叫左個小食,牛油蒜容雞翼, 個粉質地似米粉, 不太軟不太硬, 開頭飲d 湯時, 我係唔鍾意, 因為太淡, 雞肉太多黑椒, 牛肉一般, 之後食下食下, 可能浸得好耐, 個湯終於夠咸, 無咩椰子味, 不過酸酸地都ok.好味, 而且碗粉好大碗, 雞翼係超好味($15) ,好重牛油同蒜味, 又好脆口, 係我食過甘多間牛油蒜頭雞翼最好味!我亦都看出老闆緊張生意, 走來走去安排座位, 運送食物, 只不過係間鋪太太太細, 座位加埋唔夠15 個, 以香港今日既租金, 座位更少更難做, 老闆問岩唔岩食,之後我問佢有無其他分店, 佢話元朗尖咀分店不過已經無左, 旺角呢間店佢坐陣質素唔差, 只不過坐得唔舒適。。

得知椰汁酸湯是他們的必食,但本人對雞絲沒有特別喜好,所以改了窩蛋生牛肉,個湯底椰汁不夠香,酸味對我来説也不足夠,也可能是窩蛋混淆入湯內,而影響了湯的味道,至於個生牛肉就有點驚喜,牛肉淋身有牛肉味,朋友吃一口就立刻追加一份牛肉$15,但店員提醒,如後期才追加,怕牛肉會不夠熟。
但朋友話牛肉好好味, 生都沒問題窩。

今日同大少搵食,本來想去食個小籠湯包墊吓胃先再諗正餐,點知……去到話賣晒,重要星期日先有貨😭😭😭所以我地唯有盡快搵正餐食,轉角見到有泰國嘢、越南嘢同埋四川嘢,泰國嘢食完無耐,所以當然試吓越南嘢喇鋪仔細細,主要大部份都係Bar枱,枱下面有個鈎,可以掛袋裝修好有cafe風格胡志明市紅蕃茄豬扒拼扎肉湯檬粉 - 呢個蕃茄湯真係可以話係超濃,好香,又多蕃茄,另外豬扒都好淋,一啲都唔韌,重好香,扎肉同我平時食嘅一樣,但係配落個蕃落湯度又有另一番風味招牌椰汁酸湯滑雞湯檬粉 - 嘩……呢個湯真係好酸,但係大少話好味,個雞真係好滑,同埋佢上枱前會用火槍先燒一燒個雞海膽越式春卷 - 雖然春卷皮有少少韌,但係春卷餡好好味,又豐富,而且最正就係上面啲海謄,好香甜,最緊要上碟都好靚~~咸檸七

老婆鐘意食越南粉,但香港難食到又正宗又貼地既店舖。經過廣華街,見到一個裝修似食日式拉麵(吧枱位)既越南菜館,傳統粉麵加小食,價錢略為貴了少少,但都試一試喇。我就點了火車頭河,賣相同份量都滿意,生熟牛肉,牛筋,牛栢葉,牛丸(非一般)再加一隻生雞蛋。以上材料質素甚高,湯底清甜冇味精。老婆點了茄湯豬扒扎肉湯河,湯底濃,超正👍,豬扒鬆輕香口。每人加了各一款小食,分別是春卷和蝦餅。春卷應該係用米紙卷成再炸,所以比硬身,蝦餅ok。另一推介係薑蜜,凍熱都有,雖然要加成25蚊一杯,但呢杯係店舖用心煲出來既飲品,所以都覺得值既。

我嗌左手撕雞扎肉椰汁酸湯檬粉,仲有一杯熱飲,香茅薑蜜。個湯底冇想像中咁怪,椰味唔濃烈再加淡淡的酸味,檬粉比正常的幼少少。至於杯薑蜜就幾有驚喜,雖然都幾辣但好好味。

呢餐飯俾我感覺平平,唔會特別好想再食但唔係難食。
