從來沒有一間餃子專門店令我感到滿意,不是皮厚,就是硬繃繃,但今天找到了一間我認為值得一去可再去。選了一客10隻三鮮餃子,餡料絕不欺埸,份量多之餘還很新鮮,有韮菜,蝦和豬肉。嚼落有濃濃郁的韮菜香味。每粒餃子𥚃面還有隻晶瑩剔透的蝦,勁鮮味。如喜歡的話加添少許醋和辣醬,味道更上一層樓噢!

Overall, a nice dining places. Nice service, good seats, and appreciate that our dishes came quickly as like most HK people, we lack time (which is actually patient)
Quite a lot of foreigners here, too. Probably attracted by the traditional Chinese decorations and also the above average Chinese food with competitive price ;)

今日,我在華潤大廈放工就搵嘢食。近排唔知點解,好想食餃子。就入左去呢間餐廳。望住個招牌一龍一鳳,好有中國風。望住個餐牌見到餃子有京蔥羊肉就想去試,另外就食埋韮菜豬肉。由落單到上菜大約3分鐘,先上擔擔麵。再之後6至7分鐘就上餃子。感覺等上菜的時間唔太耐。擔擔麵聞到好香的花生味。麵就幼條,但好彈牙又爽口。食落去有小小辣味。仲有肉醬,啲肉醬好多豬肉。餃子可以叫每樣五隻又或者一次過10隻。京蔥羊肉,上菜的時候都熱熱地。一咬就咇哂啲汁。羊肉唔騷,餃子餡份量又滿。羊肉好足料。韮菜豬肉就好多韮菜,韮菜同豬肉填滿哂餃子內面。韮菜好香。豬肉碎又唔乾身。兩隻餃子嘅皮整得好脆。但又唔覺太油。而且餃子皮唔太厚身,又煎到金黃色。令我會食完又再試。

常聽說這裡有一間很好味道的牛肉麵,今天正好逛完書展,可以來到灣仔一試犇麵。犇麵,據職員所說,就只有午餐有在賣,所以我是非常的幸運,來到了時間。犇其實就是牛腩吧。麵湯底非常濃郁,濃濃的牛味配上軟軟的牛腩。牛腩採用了半肥瘦的,因此更為香軟。麵身為上海麵,軟淋得來卻又帶點點的咬頭,更重要的是吸收了麵湯的精華,更為入味。加上19元就可以加配一款小食。而我就選擇了雞絲粉皮。雞肉雖然是雞胸肉,但卻十分嫩滑。麻醬鮮香,杰身而帶有甜味。冰冷的口感更是開胃,入口的感覺非常惹味,吃不停口。最後飲上一杯凍豆漿,豆味重,略甜了一點,只嫌太少一杯。

This plate was definitely exquisitely served and tasted heavenly! The sweet and sour beef dipped in orange flavoured sauce was mouthwatering! Although the portion was relatively small, I very much enjoyed devouring into each succulent bite!

  夏日炎炎,從地鐵站走到店子,只是短短路程,卻教人汗流浹背。唯有點杯凍豆漿 $10消消暑氣,味道沒有什麼特別,也頗甜的。不知道熱豆漿會不會甜度比較低?(之前去過一間餃子店,只有熱豆漿是不加糖的)

  去餃子館,我當然會吃餃子,還要點京蔥羊肉 $48(十隻)。本來想加$5轉煎餃,但最近吃得太盡情太熱氣,還原基本步,嚐嚐原味也不錯。每隻餃子的外形大小均不盡相同,手工的特色,不過依然是皮薄而不爛。略帶韌度的水餃皮沒有變得粉糊,小口咬下,內餡湯汁馬上滲出。羊肉帶點肉香,不腥羶,的份量比較多,但不嗆,入口盡是清新。雖然不是重口味,但確實是合乎不少香港人愛羊又怕羶的口味。

  餃子館不會只有餃子,小炒也是他們的拿手好戲,再來羊味,孜然大蔥羊肉 $99大蔥多,但羊肉也多,不是偷工減料的一碟。非常薄身的羊肉沒有連帶太多脂肪,依然不乏羊肉味,而孜然香氣則為溫和派。聽說店方會以花椒水來辟羶,當然有更多秘技才能煮出香港版的孜然羊肉。不像在內地吃羊肉串的那種油羶味濃,這兒的出品是連鹹度也不高。明顯是不夠坊間的香口惹味,但肯定不用邊吃邊灌水,請自行取捨了。

  最後來的是糖醋里脊 $89,這完全是讓人驚艷的一道菜。本打算來點酸酸甜甜的開開胃,過自己的酸甜口癮。怎料會遇到這內裏稔軟富彈性的里脊肉,雖然不夠脆口,但實屬難得。平時吃的糖醋咕嚕甜酸什麼什麼的,總是撲粉太厚,連內裏的肉也是硬韌得可怕。由六七歲在我爸極力推薦之下,嚐了第一口,迷上了這些酸甜小菜之後。大概只有15%的出品是能保持外帶脆感,內裏依然是正常的肉感嚼勁。就算有點飽,也忍不住要好好吃完這碟十分足料又合心的家常味。
  早前跟友人說過,在經濟不太景氣的時候,打著小店的旗號也許會獲得多點支持。個人認為就算說是什麼老店、小店和街坊生意,重點都要回歸到品質價錢性價比之上。要說得明白,就著小菜而言,這兒的價錢無疑是有點貴,餃子倒是一般價位。而其羊肉菜式的味道很港化,吃著未夠過癮,另一款常見的菜式卻是意外的水準。出品的價位及質素雖非樣樣愜意,但是店方的用心及熱誠值得欣賞。希望日後有機會再嚐的時候,可以改善自身不足,堅持做好,更上一層樓吧。
