酸菜斑片:斑片數量都幾多,湯頭應該加左雞湯,所以幾好飲,重點佢唔係太辣,適合好多人食!

魚香茄子,呢個比想像中辣,但都幾好送飯,鍾意食辣嘅人就啱晒啦!

今日同朋友去銅鑼灣試新菜日喜樓 我們兩個人一起吃叫了三個小菜火燄松子魚外型好特別上枱時店員會加橙酒然後點火試過效果10分精彩孜然羊肉味道尚可牛肉有一點So和菜式10分油膩生煎包味道不錯不過小心會爆汁皮外脆內軟湯汁10分清甜!總結價錢-中上在銅鑼灣的食肆差不多價錢味道-上可;魚不太新鮮:羊肉油太多!環境-10分舒適地方闊落人數不多服務-服務很好👍結論-這一間餐廳適合傾計,安靜食飯嘅地點坐得闊落食物上學地點也不錯。

這個填鴨比較乾身,沒有平時食開嗰種咁油膩。薄餅放在蒸籠內,而蒸籠下面係有個小火爐的,熱住啲薄餅,就唔怕攤凍變硬。慢慢將啲烤鴨、大蔥、青瓜、甜醬放在薄餅上,係咪好有藝術感呢? 食落仲好有滋味感喔!

週末去了時代廣場附近逛街,順道在食肆林立的登龍街晚膳,在V point 見到地庫層有家新的中菜館,新張期間還有85折,一於試試。賽螃蟹 - 經典菜式,蛋白炒得香滑,還混了不少蟹肉絲及瑤柱絲,簡單清淡更能食出食材的鮮味。宮保蝦球 - 蝦球大隻,炒至剛熟的十分彈牙,以乾辣椒,陳醋及糖等爆香,甜酸微辣共冶一爐,惹味之選。醬爆牛肉餅 - 很久沒食牛肉餅,店員溫馨提示小心爆汁。外皮煎得酥脆,咬開不至於爆汁但確實肉味香濃多汁。蕃茄蛋餃 - 蕃茄炒蛋食得多,蕃茄蛋餃還是初次品嚐。餡料調較恰到好處,易出水的蕃茄不會令餃子過濕,充滿著蛋香,家鄉風味令人難忘。豆沙鍋餅 - 即燒鍋餅熱烘烘,豆沙不會過甜,細細件淺嚐幾口很滿足。菜式看似簡單,但食得出在食材及烹調花了不少心思,而且價錢合理,值得再來。

原本食飽就打算埋單走,店員亦會主動詢問要唔要試下呢到既甜品,個心郁郁又想試下,之後係店員介紹下,決定選擇『吾是南瓜』。個名好得意,店員解釋,因為佢真係唔係南瓜黎嫁,賣相同南瓜好相似,但內裹係滿滿既紫薯蓉,老公唔係太食甜食都覺得好食。店員亦有溫馨提示因為要蒸,要等5-10分鐘,清晰既解說令我地都好有信心~對食物亦都好有期待。反正同老公都唔趕時間,坐下傾一計,又快甜品就上檯啦~
