It is hard to find high quality steak in Tai Po so I wanted to try this after spotting it on OpenRice. What a great experience; the chef is really superb and the ingredients are all top quality. The charcoal oven really makes the steak delicious! But my favorite dish of the evening was the King Salmon with Tiger prawn. We went for the normal ribeye (350g) which was also cooked perfectly and had a nice woody flavor. We finished off with the apple crumble which was delicious, not overly sweet and served piping hot (all dishes were served REALLY hot which is important to me). Overall a very refreshing and positive experience. Make sure you book it you want to make sure you get a table, otherwise you might have to sit at the high bar counters. They now serve lunch and a weekend brunch menu which is a great deal!

第五波尾聲啦,可以繼續出嚟啦!今晚和仔仔去大埔搵食。在不起眼的角落找到美食另外此店特色是用炭火燒烤爐,做出來的扒真的很美味看到餐牌上面不多選擇,但牆上另有好介紹。二話不說就叫了非常好味的羊西冷扒(lamp striploin)有骨牛扒(bone-in striploin)另外前菜加了真空低溫烹飪法的無骨牛小排(sous vide short rib boneless)。此外因本店亦是gin house,自然叫了兩杯氈酒。Imperial Garden 是有菊花味。Mixed Race則是帶伯爵茶味的。真的很別緻和清新😋配菜選擇了好好味的薯條,波菜及肉飯。另外加了美味餐湯(忌廉南瓜湯)加分地方就是有口罩套及多款芥辣醬來配合美食。雖然價格略貴,但係味道好到不得了。

今天食LUNCH、選択了BRUNCH MENU,食物水準可以。 WAITER服務尚可,我門有外籍人士、WAITER都主動説英文、以大埔地区来説,算是難得。 女厠放了女士用品,頭髪用橡巾和牙線,算是少見的,覚得OWNER有心做好。 唯一批評是、我地叫左酒類FREE FLOW,但2次飲完了、WAITER都没有主動加酒,有点不太FREE FLOW的感覚,希望是我門誤解了。 如果OWNER有看此評論,希望注意一下。

店舖全部既牛都係用gram黎計。餐廳是走工業風格調,感覺舒服。肥妹仔🐷按店員既推介點左5成熟既dry aged 30日既ribeye 。煎得好香脆,牛味好濃郁,亦好嫩滑,有肉汁🤤🤤值得推介👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻而side dish 簡左beef fat fries同mashed potatoes with cheese。薯條好香口,但肥妹仔食唔到beef fat既味道😅😅。反之cheese potatoes肥妹仔🐷建議唔好點,無驚喜,cheese味唔夠,有啲失望。

Black Angus Prime Rib Eye 345g black Angus 的肉眼就比dry aged 的那塊肉質嫩一點。

Beef Fat Fries with Garlic Spice and Herbs 
這個是薯條,即炸幾好食。如果硬要說用到牛脂肪炸,我又食不到牛脂的香味。

不過有三種不同的芥末醬可選。

Mini Beef Rice
好像是用了切牛時的一些損耗位置,重新煮一個飯出來,是一個牛飯,不過不失。

草就沒什麼好說。

都好明顯係佢店裡的Signature,漢堡係手工做安格斯牛肉,肉味超級香濃,仲要超厚肉!配料仲有芝士、煙肉、洋蔥、蕃茄、酸瓜,配埋特式調配的醬汁,口感同層次都好豐富。
