To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. We had a steak farewell with two veteran colleagues, and at the same time we welcomed a new colleague back on board. The rich mushroom soup was a very nice starter, it’s like having the authentic purée of a bunch of mushrooms. Then here came our US 60-day dry aged porterhouse T-bone. It’s biggggg and thickkkk. We had it medium rare and it was so tender. The meat tasted all good- not too overwhelming and not too underwhelming. It’s refreshing to touch up with the herb butter and Cafe de Paris red

Then here came our US 60-day dry aged porterhouse T-bone. It’s biggggg and thickkkk. We had it medium rare and it was so tender. The grilled whole garlic and veggies side-dish were sweet, I tried a piece of broccoli and bell pepper. The fries were really crispy and I kind of prefer the fries more. Overall, the restaurant has a very nice interior design and the service was great.

我哋最後亦都有叫咗份甜品,個Jasmine味嘅Cream brûlée反而有驚喜,識落有淡淡茉莉茶嘅香味,值得一試。

MR ok .. but the steak was barely warm .. not a bit of burnt steak smell .. One simple rule .. you really can’t cook any decent steak with medium heat .. burning outside to create a crust and locking the juice inside .. If you can’t fire up the grill to high heat .. you might as well steam the freaking steak .. The only saving grace was that the two side dishes came with it were very good - steak fries and mushroom .. the bad news though .. it was really a lousily cooked steak … one of my worst steak experience ever

好欣賞呢間小店,雖然喺大埔,但係食物質素環境氣氛,甚至係對食物細節嘅處理都拍得上港島扒房嘅級數🤤店內仲有過百款氈酒,無論牛扒定係氈酒都可以喺客人心目中留下深刻印象👍🏻而且價錢合理,仲係一間黃店💛

一個main配 一個sauce,兩份小食
咁我地兩個main,就有4個小食。叫左佢推薦既beef fat fries + mini beef rice。我就覺得薯條鹹左少少,個牛飯d汁幾濃,但都有d鹹,重口味人士必點。
另外仲有mushroom+薯蓉,我比較喜歡呢兩個。Mushroom佢似係焗,又香又多汁,得3塊真係嫌唔夠食;薯蓉味道就正常,但值得讚既係佢好幼滑!

Coffee/tea全部都係熱飲,如果要飲凍飲要當正價(當然亦有酒可以order,都係正價)

成餐飯都係食左$550/2人,你去連鎖店食都唔得/無呢個質素。

*呢間要訂位(最好早一個星期),如果walkin基本上唔洗諗

Among the two steaks we've ordered, I like the Australian M4 & M5 wagyu beef, which is not on the regular menu. Tender and succulent that strike a fantastic balance between flavour and texture. The Scottish steak is equally succulent, with super rich and intense flavour. These are the melt-in-your-mouth steaks that I am looking for in a steakhouse!



Both steaks come with your choice of sauce and two side dishes. We picked chimichurri and Béarnaise. Chimichurri sauce is from Argentine and is mainly made with parsley, garlic, oregano, olive oil and vinegar; whereas Béarnaise (the one that I like) is originated in France and has a taste of Hollandaise which contains tarrago and shallots.

For the sides, we've picked mini beef rice, beef fat fries, mixed green salad and sautéed spinach. Among them, mini beef rice and beef fat fries are their signature side dishes. You wouldn't want to miss them when you come (not even when you're on whatever diet to cut carbs). So get your belly prepared before you come!

The finale was a homemade apple crumble. They remember to put on my friend's name for his birthday even though I made the reservation weeks ago. Finishing off the night with a nice apple crumble is definitely fulfilling!



Limited seats are available, so making reservation is the key to "getting a fat belly"

扒類超好食,好腍好有肉味,伴碟既蒜頭好甜好正,個汁都唔錯。
特別要推介既係佢既Mini Beef Rice,超香超好食,完全係食到停唔到。建議趁熱食,好香,如果擺到涼左既話可能會膩。
薯條好脆好食,不過唔太食得出牛油味。

座位幾舒適,環境幾好。店員好有禮貌,會好詳細咁介紹返菜式,食物質素超高,份量多,價錢合理。
