To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). 一間大埔嘅隱世扒房,一定要去試吓!!點去就唔記得啦,朋友帶路由大埔墟站行咗10分鐘左右。

今次中午時段去,門面裝修幾特別,入到去坐低員工詳細介紹餐牌嘅食物,有Brunch 有 ALC,最後我地揀咗ALC share食~

最特別係可以去揀扒,鍾意邊件揀邊件,即時磅俾你睇!


我地揀咗 US Black Angus Prime Rib eye、Argentina Black Angus Prime T-Bone Steak、UK Berkshire Pork Chop。全部都係我地親自選擇👍🏻👍🏻 叫主菜仲有兩個Side dish 送👍🏻👍🏻非常好~成班朋友每人都可以試到好多款唔到嘅嘢食!

Mustard 方面有三大款:Dijon, Mustard seed, Horseradish foam,應有盡有。如果海鹽方面有多兩三款就更好!

因為實在太飽~甜品叫咗份Share 都係好出色!

French Yellow Spring Chicken 法國黃油春雞,鳳脂突出,雞皮軟軟包著綿綿白肉,不乾不鞋,調味略單調。US Black Angus Prime Striploin medium 美國黑安格斯西冷 5 成熟,烤得太熟有點乾,牛甜味流失使得淡淡的。Aurora angus prime tenderloin medium 伊利諾州安格斯牛柳 5 成熟,完全過熟乾爭爭硬掘掘,不過牛味十分濃厚。Scottish Dry Aged 21 Days Hanger Steak medium 乾式熟成 21 日牛腹肉 5 成熟,質地略熟一點點,幸好仍然軟綿,最衰咸得出奇,大家都一啖放棄。

Beef Wellington 威靈頓牛柳,裡面蘑菇醬包牛柳可接受,酥皮我不太喜歡。牛柳留有一絲淡粉紅在中間,肉質彈牙帶著微肉汁,蘑菇醬香噴噴配著牛柳生動許多!Black angus prime rib medium 黑安格斯牛肋骨 5 成熟,首次遇上乾到裂開的焗蒜,完全食唔到。厚厚啖啖肉,極有咬口嚼勁,給多少少牙力!陣陣牛脂清甜,整體合格。

Braised ox-tail with rigatoni 燉牛尾長通粉,牛尾粒細到肉鬆一樣,醬汁偏淡,厚粗韌長通粉不喜歡。Classic tomato spaghetti,賣相也不錯,堆滿鮮茄!先將所有配料及 Mozzarella 撈均勻即起動!微溫不熱,茄汁水汪汪淡得出奇,意粉結實一啖起兩啖止,免免強強唔難食。

餐廳裝修走型格工業風,服務殷勤專業(經理對牛扒的描述十分仔細,好似Wiki咁)。雖然Full House,但服務勤快貼心,是一間十分值得推介的高質扒房。

後記:埋單時發覺張單有啲唔妥(俾我哋想像中平),原來這間扒房冇收加一,咁好嘅服務仲要唔收加一,我當然好識做俾多啲貼士啦。

一入到去,店舖好注重細節,不單止顧及食物味道,而且有k11 muse香水氣味,營造氣氛,值錢上雖然不是平價,但食物質素高於價錢,所以cp值高,而且顧及到素食者需要,有素食漢堡包。

第一次寫comments. 為左支持呢間鋪頭。呢度真係大埔飲gin既好同唯一地方,服務好就基本,亦比我呢個大埔人多一個選擇。唔洗岀港島尖沙咀都得.夜媽媽悶悶地揸架車岀去,一個人唔想飲beer而大埔都無咩選擇。加上最近學人飲下gin, 就試一試呢度。先後試左兩杯唔同style既gin tonic, bartender 耐心介紹gin既分別同味道。一隻from UK, 一隻from Japan. 以後有排試。值得支持特式店鋪。

這店真是一間不錯的扒房,扒類的價錢是根據你所選的扒去磅重去決定,我食過兩次,一次$208,另一次就$230左右,叫扒佢會送兩個side dish,佢嘅油飯、薯條同沙律都唔錯,薯蓉就似乎無咁理想。另外佢D Gin都唔錯,難得大埔有一間咁專業嘅Gin Bar。雖然睇落成$2XX一份扒,不過佢嘅質素相當高,我估如果市區食起碼要$3XX。

Pale,手工啤酒多數質地都是較粗糙,不會滑身,味道比樽裝啤酒濃烈多倍。The Wedge,歐陸沙律 Crispy letturce、tomatoes red onions、Blue cheese dressing。最愛藍芝士,更愛藍芝士醬,非常歐美的做法,堅係大大舊生菜鋪底,原汁原味,再係上面灑上各種不同食材加添生氣及活力,味道及口感都非常豐富。


蘋果鵝肝蒸蛋、鵝肝慕絲多士、無花果香煎鵝肝,非常精緻美味的鵝肝三食料理。蘋果鵝肝蒸蛋,滑嘟嘟暖笠笠的蒸水蛋伴著甘甜鵝肝粒及爽甜帶酸的蘋果粒齊齊食,咸甜交錯,撞得出奇地美味。鵝肝慕絲多士,幼滑黏黏的慕絲,溫柔鵝肝味道,不嗆不羶,襯上脆卜卜多士錦上添花。


無花果香煎鵝肝,隻肝太健康,不夠油潤,不夠肥膩,不夠滑溜,煎得兩面金黃焦香,搭塊甜酸無花果,點到即止。如果是特肥肝,如果滴晒油,就更賞心悅目更高興啦﹗


Mozzarella with sliced beef steak tomato extra virgin olive oil balsamic vinegar,軟綿牛扒薄切捲著沙律菜沾上莫札瑞拉乳酪,味道豐富鮮甜,還有黑醋初榨欖油作點綴,醒神開胃香噴噴。Basil & lemongrass compressed watermelon slalad With sous vide 24 hours US prime short rib bonelss,羅勒香茅漬西瓜沙律伴真空慢煮 24 小時無骨美國牛肋肉,淨係聽個名已經知道非常利害﹗牛味特濃的鮮嫩肋肉,併上香茅味西瓜立方或是脆卜卜西瓜仔,同樣有著非常獨特火花,而且西瓜仔味道十足西瓜的白肉皮喎。


Fresh oyster chowder With vanilla croutons 鮮蠔周打湯配云尼拿油炸麵包粒,酒店式程序,可能想食客清楚檢證一下食材,而且不用煲得過熟過腍或過老呢。倒下熱熱而緊緊燙嘴的湯膽便立即起動﹗厚綿湯汁盛著甘筍西芹粒直灌到嘴裡,芳香無比的蠔味散發忌廉牛油的咸香,味道均勻和階,蠔仔肥美鮮味,粒粒爽甜,每樣都恰到好處。European bread rolls and seed loafs with beef fat butter 歐洲麵包卷,用作配湯的包點,我這食肉獸不太好包,都來兩口吧。室溫麵包麥味清新,搽上牛油再濕濕湯,蠻不錯。


beef fat fries 牛脂炸薯條,我又不太食得出有什麼特別過人之處,味道較油膩、濃郁、略感,質地跟普通薯條差不多,不愛食薯條的我敬上。beef fat rice 牛脂燴飯,有資格榮登招牌菜的菜色 ﹗以海南雞飯的做法,用牛脂及香料跟飯一齊炆焗,牛脂溫柔的甘香已完全溶到飯粒中,而且不油不膩,既香濃亦清新,撈著牛肉碎更添味道與質感﹗如果配塊牛柳,配塊鵝肝,真的好食到世界盡頭啊﹗這個堅係沒有地方可以挑剔。


creamy spinach 忌廉汁菠菜,爽甜的菠菜趙到索索聲,每口溢出甜美菜汁,撞上咸香忌廉,反差的味道更加喜歡。steamed jumbo asparagus 蒸焗珍寶蘆筍,粗粗大大碌但一丁點渣也沒有,啖啖爽脆,汁液噴射,甜甜的搶住食。roasted vegetable 烤雜菜,大量貴椒 ﹗早幾年我完唔食波椒、尖椒,幸好口味突然轉變,只要煮得熟透就會覺得非常爽甜好味道,越食越喜愛。車厘茄只要燒得夠透徹,微爆濃縮,酸酸甜甜夠開胃,撈飯一流。連小南瓜都有,不過我不吃南瓜的。西蘭花烤過灑點鹽,脆脆焦香有菜甜味。


beef Wellington 威靈,頓牛柳,外觀絕對精緻滿分,有著吸引花紋的麵包皮在外,聞到陣陣烤麵包香氣,而且還有掩飾不了的牛柳芬芳。切開探究一下,竟然幾乎全熟,似乎火喉太猛熟了一點點,本想要 5 成便夠呢。蘑菇蓉緊緊包著牛柳,雖然全熟,神奇地仍然嫩滑鬆軟彈牙,有肉汁有牛味呢。


charcoal grilled UK Donald Russell bone in Tomahawk steak 碳燒英國乾式熟成 21 日斧頭肉眼扒,主角壓軸登場,超巨形大飽眼福。各食家都非常擁躍不停拍照留倩影,實在太大塊,最後交由主廚處理,手起刀落起肉再戰。大家眼測一下後,難掩失望的神情,除較中間位置免強 7 成熟,但越靠邊就越熟,變得有點乾硬鞋,食落非常膩滯,朋友們只一兩件就停手咯。我主攻中間較嫩較紅的部位,牛味濃的,肉汁有點點的,內裡嫩感有的,外層比較乾硬,落味一般。不幸地有點失水準,可以做得更好,還有很大改善空間。


下欄野等我處理 ﹗最愛損骨頭,黐住骨頭邊肉特別味濃,筋膜勁有咬口,食得過癮。條緊係大大碌,果然成把斧頭並不是浪得虛名。我拿住碌斧頭扒落街,您地唔會拉夠我劈友架?仲有焗蒜喎,莫非係催淚蛋?仲有薯條可以當子彈射您眼添?而且珍寶蘆筍大大碌插您屎眼?極多強大武器勁過激光劍啦!其實還有甜品,但已經太飽應付不了 ﹗

住在大埔,超讚美食不算多,但打冷、上海菜、素食、小吃及甜品都有一些值得一試再試的地方,可惜一直慨嘆沒有一家像樣的西餐廳,幸好,今天發現了一家,而且價錢相宜,以中環同類型扒房作比較,此店的價錢便宜約20-30%,CP值極高。餐廳地方不大,一人光顧坐了Bar檯,店長推介我選蘇格蘭的牛的牛肩位置,送兩個配菜,我選了薯條和牛肉飯(店長說牛肉飯乃他們的招牌菜)。先講牛扒,此店可自己到凍櫃前選肉,選好後以重量收費,可以看清楚肉類的新鮮狀態和脂肪分佈作出挑選。店長對於他們出售的扒類非常熟識,很專業,就連可配的醬汁均有詳細解說,值得一讚,他推介我選一個法國的醬汁,是一冰凍凝固着,然後放在扒上讓它慢慢溶化,滲入牛扒內。配菜我揀薯條同牛肉飯,先講牛肉飯,感覺似海南雞飯的牛肉版,好香;至於薯條則不是普通的炸薯條,應該是廚師有下功夫的出品,兩樣都不錯,唯一缺點是因跟牛扒一齊上,所以有點顧此失彼,因為食物的溫度乃重要一環,不過這只是雞蛋裡挑骨頭。最後,當然是價錢,這一餐合共$233,實在超值,如以同級數食材在中環尖沙咀區,估計要$300-$400,因此絕對推薦這家餐廳予各位。
