又一個令我期待已久的蛋糕卷阿,老闆說是全港最好吃的蛋糕卷,那我就獨吃一份吧。蛋糕卷非常大件,可惜蛋糕體略為實了點,忌廉部份幼滑奶香,抹茶味不是太濃哦。

當天的蛋卷味道有朱古力和抹茶,我選了抹茶味。蛋捲是濃郁抹茶味,抹茶忌廉甜度剛剛好,蛋糕質感香滑鬆軟,與連鎖蛋糕店產品極為不同,果然是親手現做,這個甜品必定要試試嚕

整體黎講食得好開心! 老闆老闆娘最後都有出黎同我地say bye bye, 好nice . 

雖然女神講到佢樣樣都煮到(唔知仲以為係家常便飯),但我並唔相信係到處食到既野。

老闆娘既background 加上細心既 mentality 先可以煮得咁好食,再加埋老闆對酒既熟悉,食完我仲諗佢地先係天生一樣。

Other Info. : Preparing time a little slow, but well compensated by sincere service and lovely character of the manager. Food well cooked, and we recommend people to have a go. Newly re-opened, will definitely go again to see as it gets mature and experienced service. we had a very good wine from old vines, Colinne Saint jean Vacqueyras. very expressive without needed to be aged in oak barrel. a pleasure till the last drop.

The food was still very good but the service + ambience was a huge disappointment.
We later learned that it has recently been taken over by a new owner. We wish them the very best but the service has got to step up!
