To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 因為不可訂位所以一開門就進去,營業時間11點半這裡曾經是米芝蓮的星級餐廳,菜色鴨子,但曾經聽說過有狀況所以今天不感覺訂了些點心,和冷盤小籠包48元四個,感覺不是手作的,比上海餐廳還差了1點津白魚腐,看到樣子就沒有胃口,裡面的東西就是家常菜,88元不太值腸粉是沒有彈性,78元有點貴但可以接受,鮑魚燒賣是唯一可以肯定最糟糕是他的服務,一個小時以後就過來買單,Hall告訴我們規定的飲食時間是90分鐘,近來的時候,和在外面的標示從來沒有看到,感覺不舒服,但也因此不想繼續逗留。原來老闆以此方法趕走了不少客人聽到旁邊桌子,客人向待應討論關於燻蹄海蟄頭的問題(據說是裡面有一條毛)但我看到那個侍應講話比客人還兇,老闆站明明看到一旁完全沒有反應。这个餐厅的管理十分有問題很多人吃烤鴨,聽到旁邊客人在投訴(聽不清楚是不新鮮還是不够熱),但是每一個上桌的烤鴨都是一蝶鴨子皮,308元半只,比較起那些正式的每一隻在客人面前片開的方式有莫大的落差。慶幸自己沒有叫鴨子。這種的福,這種的價錢,對不起以後不會再來

最近突然又愛上片皮鴨朋友推介之下嘗試了鴨大哥的確是近來嘗試過幾間之中最高質的一間而且有coupon的情況下超級抵食不過人手似乎不是很夠每次想叫人都要等一下才有人經過雖然只有三個人仍然叫了全隻片皮鴨鴨皮十分香脆 充滿油香而鴨肉部份也不會鞋和硬 咬落去還有肉汁十分推介配料方面比正常多了芝麻醬和紅糖但我認為簡簡單單的蔥絲加青瓜配甜麵醬已經足夠了而他的皮上枱時有蠟燭放蒸籠下面保溫不過其實由於他的皮非常薄在包的時候幾秒就凍了保溫的用處好像不大😂😂不過我十分喜歡他的煙韌口感平時菠蘿咕嚕肉就食得多用荔枝做的真是第一次嘗試味道比想像中好 酸酸甜甜聽人介紹必定要嘗試的海鮮鴨湯泡飯湯底十分鮮甜並且充滿鴨香記得脆米要食之前先加

This is worst resturant in Hong Kong The waiter forgot to take our order for 45 minutes with significant delay in getting the manager to come address the issue. Due to managers nervousness he crushed the can in front of us due to his nervousness. Food was bland and unpleasant I would definitely not recommend this to anyone unless you want bad food and bad service

有個小插曲,隔離坐咗三個女士,我們入座的期間佢已經坐咗喺度,後來聽到有侍應告訴她們説你哋已經坐咗好耐需唔需要埋單,但我見她們桌上還有食物未食完,當時只是八點幾左右,我見他們都即時埋單,快快食完枱上的食物,之後過咗一陣離去。最奇怪係那張枱之後沒有人訂枱的🤔雖然佢門口有寫住會張枱只可以坐90分鐘。但我覺得他們的處事態度比較差
我都明白現時人手唔夠一定有甩流。
總括(食物質素大概可以,服務態度一定要改善)價錢如果有商場優惠券都算抵食

我冇諗過呢一間餐廳會有人蔘烏龍茶飲,人蔘烏龍茶啱晒一啲體質比較寒涼嘅人,品嚐後唇齒留香,回味無窮,可以講係我試過咁多隻茶裏面,係我比較喜歡嘅茶之一🫖🫖
