早說過十二款飛驒牛料理款款不同,喜歡炸物的可以選擇飛驒牛免治吉列棒伴溫泉玉子。免治飛驒牛加入了雞軟骨和洋蔥,咬下去除了外層香脆,內裡也爽口。吃的時候可以蘸點蛋黃,幼滑之餘也增添不同味道。

說到和牛,其中一款最好吃的料理方式必定是炭燒。炭燒一口飛驒牛伴三色鹽,一口一件,真正入口即溶,油花和肉汁在咀裡散開,好吃得沒話說。畫龍點睛,三色鹽能引出牛肉的味道,但個人認為這一口牛原汁原味是最好的。

飛驒牛味噌芝士薄餅是權八招牌和風薄餅的變奏版,類似西式的作法,但卻是以日式餃子皮做成餅底。以味噌代替番茄醬,再放上飛驒牛粒、芝士、番茄等材料製成。和牛味道有點被芝士等材料蓋過,但如果蘸少許另附的特製辣油卻反而會令牛味突出一點,所以別忘了添少許辣油啊。

想品嚐最原汁原味的飛驒牛,蒸籠料理一定是其中一種。先在蒸籠底部以大量蔬菜和南瓜等墊底蒸一會兒,再放上A5級的飛驒和牛片,蓋好直至牛肉蒸熟,和牛油脂慢慢浸進蔬菜裡,讓蔬菜也變得好吃。

最後甜品,是權八名物椰汁南瓜白玉子,這款甜品原是日本店的菜式,現在香港店也有供應。底層是椰汁和熟南瓜蓉,頂部再加上白玉、十勝紅豆和杏仁片,味道清香不過甜,作為中和和牛油脂的甜品,十分稱職。

Yeah!~~ UNAGI DON again! My all time favourite! Yummy, yummy Japanese rice with plump juicy unagi on top; plus an onsen egg on the side! What can be better lunch choice than that? You could either eat the onsen egg just by itself, or mix it in to your rice. I just loved to mix it in my rice and every bite I had, I got the taste of it well mixed with unagi and its sauce. Super satisfying! Gonpachi was one of the restaurants I visited quite often due to its convenient location in Lee Garden One. B

Honestly, I was a bit full at that point already. I still wanted something hot, but not heavy, so skewers were a great choice. Both anago (fresh eel) and torimomo (chicken fillet with soy sauce)  were tasty, and ended my dinner perfectly!

Not much people realized that this is a chain restaurant. It just have different name / brand name but they are all over the places. I think this maybe one of the important reason that it has very very steady quality of food. I been here one time at least every month the menu only change once in  the last. Having a lot of side-dish is definitely one of the biggest enjoyment when going to a jap restaurants. I always wonder how they can manage to cook all the dishes and wash all of them. While a lot of HK local restaurants are struggling when talking about hiring staff to wash dishes. 


Mushrooms in light Japanese  soy sauce (? Awaguchi shoyu) and Mash potato. (Yummy!)

Grilled Halibut set. They use special sauce to grill this fish giving it a heavenly smell. Taste like haven too. the fish meat naturally smooth but tender. The (? pickled) apricot is perfect finishing. We even eat the colored (pink) turnip (?also pickled) The only downside of the dish is that Halibut has a lot of fine bones. You better be careful or go to ER.

聽聞最近有鍋物promotion,而且有我最想試的豆腐鍋,急不及待約了數個朋友品嘗。別以為叫豆腐鍋好唔抵,這個鍋採用嬉野溫泉水(經理就他們真的一包包日本溫泉水空運過來)及豆腐,溫泉水中有分解豆腐的物質,所以豆腐會逐漸溶於鍋中,成為一鍋豆香濃郁的鍋物聽就聽得多,這其實是我第一次吃豆腐鍋,看著豆腐慢慢溶掉,感覺十分治癒鍋中的燒豆腐、菜及隨後追加的豚肉,每樣食物均沾滿豆香。除了鍋物,另外更叫了刺身、串燒、天婦羅及蕎麥麵。每樣都新鮮且賣相精緻,尤其炭火燒的串燒更是別有風味!最後當然要叫甜品—南瓜紅豆白玉丸子!香滑的南瓜蓉下用雲呢拿雪糕墊底,晚局上不嗜甜的男生也吃個清光。還有些鍋物很想試,計劃一下行年宵前再來吃晚飯先!
