想吃到深井美味燒鵝,不一定要去到深井那麼遠,在尖沙咀這間裕鵝莊也能嚐到馳名的深井裕記燒鵝。餐廳光猛四正,跟深井的感覺完全不同,比較走向年輕化的路線。深井燒鵝(例牌)想不到例牌的燒鵝,份量也很多,足夠二人吃。馳名中外的深井燒鵝,色澤光鮮,皮脆肉嫩,每一件都口感豐富,油香鮮味,現以特製的酸梅醬更能充分吊出鵝香味。上湯米粉個人最喜歡燒鵝配瀨粉,但可惜瀨粉早已售馨。幸好米粉也不差,爽口彈牙,清清的上湯用來配合香濃燒鵝食,可算是中庸之道啊。豉油皇灼鵝腸這碟鵝腸份量十足,色澤平均,豉油汁煮得非常入味,鵝腸爽脆彈牙,口感豐富。豉汁帶子蒸豆腐還真的是第一次吃這樣的帶子,濃香的豆豉把清甜的帶子的鮮味都提昇了,豆腐還可以提供嫩滑的口感。

另一個是百花炸蝦丸,這個菜我是極為欣賞,因為它是炸物,我本來都已經打算叫得這個外賣,就預了它回到家時已經不會脆的事實,但曾經我朋友有極力推介過我話這個小菜很好吃,所以我都不顧後果都要叫它外賣,但結果是出人以表,估不到由賣它到吃它時已經相差一個半小時,雖然已經不熱,但居然還是脆的,面頭應該是用上麵包碎包蝦肉來炸,很脆口,裡面的蝦肉不是完全狡碎,裡面還有吃得到一粒粒的蝦肉,入味彈牙,黏上甜酸醬一起吃,簡直回味無窮!!

第三個是柚子青檸骨,因為本人頗喜歡吃一些酸酸甜甜的食物,在餐牌見到這個菜用柚子和青檸,所以都二話不說就選了它,它用上的肉排很嫰,不會覺得糙鞋,肉骨滲了柚子的味道,加上面頭淋上一些用青檸汁做芡汁,非常匹配,青檸的香,柚子的酸甜。令到肉骨的味道昇華,我和家人都吃得很津津有味呢!

今天陪友人到尖沙咀英記茶莊買茶葉,之後便到了附近的裕、鵝莊午膳。因近日疫情又再次嚴峻,此食店亦做齊防禦措施,讓食客吃得比較放心。看過餐牌後,我們二人各點了一個午市優惠燒味飯和一個飲品。不用多久,我們的食物已一一送到。~例湯真材實料的青、紅蘿蔔🥕肉湯煲得入味,喝後也不覺口喝。~前菜滷水鵝掌翼腍滑,一點也不會韌。滷水味突出,甘香惹味又不會過鹹。鹹脆花生非常脆口,鹹鹹甜甜,令人吃個不停。~燒味雙拼飯燒鵝燒腩飯:肉厚的燒鵝脾皮脆肉嫰,粉紅肉質賣相討人,祖傳秘方的深井裕記燒鵝果然名不虛傳。一口咬下,鵝油四濺,香溢味濃。燒腩皮薄且脆,肉質白滑,肥瘦分明,配合芥末醬更可提升食慾。燒鵝豉油雞飯:燒鵝沾上酸梅醬來吃,味道變得更多層㳄,鵝肉鮮味即時提升。豉油雞賣相亦不俗,非常入味,肉香豉油味濃。點薑蔥蓉來吃,味道更上一層。~飲品飯後來一杯檸檬茶☕️更是美滿。特別喜歡這店的凍檸茶,茶味突出又不會過濃或過甜,也是夏天解渴之選。此店的燒味套餐十分不錯,主食、前菜和湯飲一應俱全,更重要的是食物的質和量都有高水平。我們現在真是幸福,不用長途跋涉到深井也能享用馳名的燒鵝美食,有機會必定再光顧。

以前每一次行完山入到深井,總係會去裕記食燒鵝,但始終唔係好就腳,終於而家唔使再入深井就可以食到裕記燒鵝啦!餐廳裝修風格走年輕路線,地方寬躺闊落,坐得好舒適,多人食既話仲可以選擇圓枱添,岩晒一家大細,三五知己。深井燒鵝例牌例牌都已經好大份,夠3-4人食。燒鵝色澤赤紅,鵝味濃郁,油脂比例平均。脂肪經明火燒製後逼出油份,皮脆而且味道甘香。一咬落去,有勁多肉汁,點埋個酸梅醬,絕配!椒鹽鮮魷外出食飯我好鍾意揀啲係屋企好難煮得好食既餸,呢度既椒鹽魷魚絕對無令我失望,選用新鮮魷魚,外層香脆,內𥚃肉質彈牙,口感煙韌。但係食落一啲都唔油膩,可以見到唔會有多餘嘅油份。椒絲腐乳通菜通菜爽脆嫩綠,食落乾而爽,翠綠又惹味,每一啖都有清脆的「滋滋」聲,可見廚師炒得好夠鑊氣!腐乳嘅份量拿捏得好好,太少會唔夠味,過多又會太鹹,呢個係啱啱好。椰香鮮奶桃膠最後食返個甜品中和一下,好足料,碗甜品入面有好多桃膠,而且椰奶香氣撲鼻,香滑清甜又不會過膩,大滿足!

我點了下庄部分的深井燒鵝、滷水鵝腸衣、叉燒和菠蘿咕嚕肉4款菜,
可惜店員說鵝肝不能外賣,因爲要維持品質,唯有下次過來堂食。
所有菜大約等了十分鐘左右便拿齊了。


回家後好好擺碟一番,頓時多了家的感覺!
先是深井燒鵝,下庄是脾位,限量發售,燒鵝不會太肥,
食起來燒鵝皮真的很香脆,而且脾位很滑又多肉,加上酸梅醬酸酸甜甜,不會太油膩!

想試裕記燒鵝好耐,奈何深井位置不方便,一直未有機會。今次朋友介紹尖沙嘴開了分支店,就帶我來吃燒鵝。深井燒鵝(例)燒鵝皮已經夠邪惡,我們怕肥就冇特別選較肥美的下庄。燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,較瘦的上庄肉質都軟,最鍾意食燒鵝皮,油脂豐沃,好滋味。味菜豉椒鵝腸大大碟,鵝腸爽脆,豉椒惹味,味菜咸咸酸酸醒胃。懷舊炸鮮奶已經好少地方有得食,炸粉薄,好脆,裏面是嫩滑的鮮奶奶凍,又香又滑。鵝莊小炒皇有韮菜花、魷魚鬚、蝦乾、小銀魚、腰果、海蜇、榨菜,炒得有鑊氣,惹味香口,適合餸啤酒。裕.鵝莊位置方便,除左燒鵝正,仲有好多小菜選擇,以後朋友家人聚餐多一個選擇。
