餐廳最著名的一定是 燒鵝, 而我也找不到一個理由不試, 我點選的是燒鵝飯, 味道方面, 鹹淡適中, 肉味香濃,份量十足, 新鮮熱辣辣送到枱上, 外皮還帶點香脆,已經十分高興,但最重要的是真正的鵝肉, 不是以其他肉類代替,沒有呃人。

深井的裕記燒鵝馳名中外,可是地點比較偏遠,本來很想找天放假可以乘車去深井的裕記吃晚餐,但朋友推介了這家在尖沙咀的裕鵝莊,即是深井的另一分店,地點方便就腳,於是趁今晚買完東西就過來吃飯。餐廳裝修新穎,富有現代感,座位也很舒適。今晚坐满客人,很受歡迎,等了一會就很快有位子。深井燒鵝 例牌來到裕記不能不嚐一下這個招牌菜燒鵝,賣相已經很吸引。顏色鮮艷有光澤,油脂香味散發,皮脆內滑,外皮燒得香脆惹味,完全不軟稔,咬下多汁香甜,鵝味香濃,肉味軟稔有咬口,不覺油膩。我們還點了一碗米粉,爽脆彈牙,和燒鵝一起吃味道很配搭。鵝莊小炒皇炒得很夠大鑊,香氣撲鼻。材料豐富,韭菜花,銀魚乾,蝦乾,鮮魷魚等,炒得很入味,香濃惹味,還有菜脯等令口感層次豐富。深井椒鹽鮮魷炸粉夠薄身,香脆惹味,即叫即炸,熱騰騰,椒鹽味道入味而香濃。魷魚肉質軟稔香甜,質感彈牙,魚香味道濃郁。

深井燒鵝 例牌
來到裕記不能不嚐一下這個招牌菜燒鵝,賣相已經很吸引。顏色鮮艷有光澤,油脂香味散發,皮脆內滑,外皮燒得香脆惹味,完全不軟稔,咬下多汁香甜,鵝味香濃,肉味軟稔有咬口,不覺油膩。
我們還點了一碗米粉,爽脆彈牙,和燒鵝一起吃味道很配搭。

記得細細個嘅時候爸爸媽媽好鍾意帶我哋去深井食燒鵝,應該係有間叫做裕記,現在唔使去咁遠有得食,去尖沙咀亞士厘道就得啦!話說術來自阿爺嗰代,傳統應該是最好的。入們見到櫥櫃裏面燒鵝及叉燒好靚,只不過一次食唔到兩種肉,當然先食燒鵝。深井燒鵝例牌 $160,下庄$190,諗緊燒鵝胸肉都唔會嚡,例牌就得啦,散咗$30可以叫多款,滷水鵝肝 $68 唔貴。燒鵝肉好香,汁好入味,皮好薄好食,脂肪厚厚地,但就是咁樣先至肥美。粉粉地肉質的鵝肝,出奇的配意大利醋食,效果又非常之好,冇咁膩。我哋點左兩樣菜,求其,即是百合蝦球炒蘆筍 ,因為有蝦貴啲啲,$138客,蝦球又好幾大粒,所以唔係貴,物有所值。仲有蒜蓉蝦干蒸勝瓜,清但味道都好。兩個人食到好飽!

入們見到櫥櫃裏面燒鵝及叉燒好靚,只不過一次食唔到兩種肉,當然先食燒鵝。深井燒鵝例牌 $160,下庄$190,諗緊燒鵝胸肉都唔會嚡,例牌就得啦,散咗$30可以叫多款,滷水鵝肝 $68 唔貴。

甜薯炸香, 口感更甜美.  主角安格斯牛柳粒,  牛味濃, 入口即溶, 好滿意.

整體來説,這裡的食物質素很高,除了最著名的燒鵝之外,其他菜色味道也決不馬虎!

至於呢個香煎蓮藕餅 ($88),外表看起來雖是有點平實,但食落原來好有驚喜,是用手剁豬肉、粗條蓮藕、冬菇粒和蝦米等煎成,絕對係真材實料,吃起來口感挺而不實,鮮爽甘香又不太油膩,用來送飯佐酒皆宜。

另外呢盒柚子青檸骨 ($98)  分量亦唔野少,足足有 6 大件,而且件件都好有睇頭,富光澤又夠厚肉,肉質好鬆化,食落帶柚子嘅清香和青檸嘅微酸,令人胃口大開!

生炒臘味糯米飯 ($108)  好耐無食過糯米飯,呢個真係唔錯,糯米粒粒香甜,夠企身又唔會黏作一團,做得十分對辦。臘肉、臘腸切得頗厚身,有口感而不死鹹,帶淡淡玫瑰露香又不過肥,加上甘香的蝦米、蛋絲同微鹹香脆的花生,夠曬惹味。

其實餐牌仲有好多特色小菜,下次有機會會同屋企人嚟試下堂食。

外勤一整日,心血來潮好想食燒鵝髀,上OpenRice搵了揾,找到這家在附近的裕·鵝莊。它的位置有點不起眼,不過在isquare 行過去都不遠。就在亞士厘道街尾,原來這店就係市區版的深井裕記。看得出是新裝修的,位置闊落坐得也舒服。既然專門食鵝,所以鵝是最大目標。點了4份1隻燒鵝,揀了下莊部份。又點了鵝腸、鵝肝和炒了個菜。燒鵝沒有令人失望,燒得皮脆肉嫩,鵝皮閃閃令,鵝味也重!立馬點了個白飯,因為不能沒有飯!鵝脾配甜酸醬送飯係我的愛,鵝油的甘香,加入了甜酸醬和白飯是絕配! 豉油皇鵝腸份量多,腸也爽,清得好乾淨,沒有半點肥膏,送飯也是一流,但朋友就覺得濕了點,如果炒得乾身一點會更好!鵝肝厚切,本身不太好滷水鵝肝,但朋友大愛也只好陪君子!意外地,這鵝肝完全不膩,這全因伴黑醋!點上濃稠的黑醋令膩感全消,我也食了3件!最後的椒絲腐乳通菜,醬濃菜嫩,那咸香也很好送飯,就這樣簡簡單單又一餐,不用專程到深井真好,食完很滿足。
