今晚約了舊同事食飯。舊公司在元朗廣場附近。同事話附近有間雞煲好正。去到一條小街唔算巷仔。以前開工都會係前面幾間茶餐廳食lunch...但從無為意呢間雞煲。 我一睇中就係「特式海滲肥腸雞煲」$178一上桌真是不得了。雞香已經撲鼻而至。睇到的香料有好多。紅蔥頭。蒜頭。薑片。蔥爆。最重要一項就是有幾多舊海滲。數前數後有成10塊而上。並不是寒貨一兩件交課。仲有海滲的硬度。入口有咬口。爽脆甜。雞煲師傅有一手好功夫。另外我要了中辣。個程度屬中上。木人亦食到出晒汗。講回個肥腸亦準備工夫充足。非常入味。吸收左辣味。入口後辣味直充舌頭耳蝸。喜歡的就非常滿足。至於雞肉肉質嫩口鬆化。辣味並無掩蓋雞肉的鮮味。

入到元朗搵食,個個也想起食雞煲

這次上網發現原來呢間圓老爺 唔止有雞煲,仲有多款幾特別小菜,所以同友人來到食晚飯。

裡面的魷魚好爽易嚼,有鮮香味。

原來夏天食雞煲的確有一番風味,我們點了bb辣度。其惹味開胃的微麻微辣汁 倒是十分開胃,雞件有黃油 肉軟滑多肉,加上洋蔥一起爆香,麻香甚是滋味!兩人點了半隻雞,份量剛好 好滿足呢!

呢道是予人驚喜的菜式,
叫得鬼馬原來是有gimmick , 咕嚕肉有兩款不同做法,其中是傳統炸豬排肉。而另一款我要吃到第二件才知裡面原來用了油炸鬼再包墨魚膠,三重口感,同樣外脆內軟,平凡中帶出十分驚喜的一道菜式。

今晚同朋友去左圓老爺這間中式小菜食晚餐,入去見到裝修位置都好舒適。我地點左兩道菜,一道是圓老爺大盆燴海鮮。另一道是得獎金湯海皇南瓜盅。首先燴海鮮是火爐上,一個四方盆放在火爐上,有魚,蝦,蟹,木耳,帶子,青口,蜆同薯粉,湯底微辣,十分惹味。海鮮方面都十分新鮮,帶子好大粒,味道清甜。魚更是煎過的,所以魚皮好香口和有咬口,魚肉都好有鮮味。海鮮中亦配有木耳,元茜,恰到好處,鮮而不膩,值得推薦。第二道是海皇南瓜盅,賣相已相當吸引,是一個日本小南瓜奉上,南瓜開了一個小蓋,上面鋪著燒過既芝士,金金黃黃,用匙羹吃一口,芝士就拉得很長,裏面是濃濃的南瓜加芝士羹,味道甜中帶啲芝士既咸味,意想不到的配合。南瓜羹中亦加入瑤柱,尤魚,蝦和元貝等,十分有口感,充滿幸福既感覺。這兩道菜式都很精美,不但賣相吸引,味道更是恰到點,下次會再去食。

有住在元朗的朋友介紹這間吃雞煲小菜的餐廳不錯,於是,今天特意到這餐廳試一試雞煲和小菜如何。由於是星期日,我與朋友大約八點來到,餐廳內已座無虛席,我地大約等了十五分鐘才可入座,其間不斷有食客來到等候。我與朋友兩人,就點了一個雞煲、一個羹、一個小菜和一枝啤酒。麻辣重慶雞煲:雞煲一上桌,店員就介紹待雞煲煮沸攪勻,較細火煮多三分鐘就可享用。這樣的煮法不會令雞肉煮得太耐而變韌,保持到雞肉嫩滑,醬汁香濃。避風塘蝦球:蝦肉用油炸了一次再炒,蝦肉肉質有彈性,有些辣,好吃。粟米海皇羹:好喝,一大碗我們全部喝光了。

麻辣重慶雞煲雞煲一上桌,店員就介紹待雞煲煮沸攪勻,較細火煮多三分鐘就可享用。這樣的煮法不會令雞肉煮得太耐而變韌,保持到雞肉嫩滑,醬汁香濃。

雞煲叫咗兩個口味 :一個係麻辣,另一個係普通醬汁 唔辣的!

雞煲上咗台之後,需要先煮一陣間先至可以進食,在旁邊等待的時候,也聞到陣陣的香味,尤其是麻辣味 !

雞肉多汁嫩滑 ,而且都幾入味,食完個雞煲仲可以用來打邊爐 。
