尤其是軟殼龍蝦外層有薄薄嘅脆漿包住 ,龍蝦肉鮮味彈牙,但係外層嘅軟殼炸得金香鬆脆,非常特別。有別於軟殼蟹林滋滋嘅質感, 肉質鮮甜有彈性, 食落好得意。


和牛套餐都好抵食,由前菜、刺身、燒肉、卷物,以至甜品都有。

卷物有三款,分別係三文魚、熟蝦同埋鰻魚,有少少似加州卷嘅做法,但係表面上就覆蓋咗唔同嘅材料,味道都唔錯, 尤其係三文魚,呢度嘅刺身質素真係幾好, 鮮甜肥美。

鍾意食牛嘅朋友就一定要試下呢度嘅伊藤和牛,因為好多雪花同肉汁,食起嚟啖啖牛油化係口,只需要表面輕輕咁烤一陣,加少少 鹽同胡椒,就已經帶出牛肉嘅油香同肉味, 真係食過就返唔到轉頭呀!

呢一個嘅鹽燒 黑豚肉,亦都係必食嘅推介,師傅用咗薄薄嘅海鹽,配上鮮嫩多汁嘅黑豚肉,慢慢咁燒,燒到非常之香脆,但鎖住咗黑豚肉嘅肉汁,食落好似食緊薯片咁,但係就入口爆出咗黑豚肉嘅油香同肉汁,真係好惹味!

最後仲有個布甸甜品,真係食到我哋好飽呀, 臨走仲見到幾台客喺度打邊爐,下次都可以試下。

上網搜尋一下,原來一般龍蝦可食用部分大概只有占全身比率為37.5%,而軟殼龍蝦食用率100%全隻可食😆

用炸的最顯美味因為是連殼下去炸,香氣亦遠遠大勝一般的龍蝦料理,而且連殼都可以吃😋😋😋

手卷的龍蝦炸得香脆,再加上蟹籽,真係色香味俱全。很喜歡它酥酥脆脆的口感,加上整尾都可以食用,方便極了🤩

軟殼龍蝦的肉質也較一般龍蝦水嫩鮮甜,而且包含腳、龍蝦鬚通通都可以食用!以往吃龍蝦只能望殼興嘆的蝦頭,使用軟殼龍蝦,就沒有這種遺憾了!軟殼龍蝦的美味真使我難以忘懷😍

金屬味和海水味不重,更能突顥它的鮮甜,有獨特的甜味,並散發濃濃蠔香,留於齒頰間久久不散,愛蠔的我真想一試再試,限於今天跟客人一起,不敢放肆😜

帶個客食咁好嘅嘢,呢單生意最終亦傾成了。

呢間餐廳真係好趕收工,應該改賣早餐先岩喎。
另一樣侍應好喜歡大叫,送菜大叫「邊個叫左咩咩咩呀?」,你要認領自己碟餸,衰過茶餐廳。
呢度仲有童工玩送餸,個小朋友似老闆既仔仔,同侍應一齊傾計一齊食餸,亂送一通,坐左十分鐘就送甜品比我地。
賣單簽卡都係小學生著住校服送過黎,仲要無人緊住,小朋友又係房大叫侍應姐姐幫手。

2月14日情人節用餐,一早已經用open rice預訂座位,亦標明是慶祝情人節,去到拎位時,要上閣樓,入到房居然要同3對情侶搭檯,全程對著別人既伴侶用餐,此時此刻感到非常尷尬,其他人的對話完全聽到一清二楚。😫😫仲衰過去翠華食飯。另外食物方面不難食,冇特別,冇醬汁供應,只有黑椒,鹽及壽司豉油提供。叫侍應比杯茶都叫3~4次,最後杯茶不是茶,是清水,其實咁既環境下,用膳1小時都冇就埋單走人,侍應仲比錯單我。算吧,一次足夠了。以後不會再去。
