女朋友轉新工, 為咗同佢慶祝新開始,一於車佢去九龍城食好西,之前聽朋講呢間日式料理出名和牛,今日同女朋友試下法國龍蝦有幾種食法刺身海鮮船睇相都好吸引,同埋A4和牛望到都想食張枱側面有個金色物體,問店員原來係抽風機,食和牛燒肉嘅時候轉過來就可以抽風芥辣軟殼蟹沙律芥辣味不太重,軟殼蟹好脆口,沙律酸酸甜甜令到個人好開胃刺身我自己選擇左帶子、深海池魚同埋劍魚腩刺身都好新鮮劍魚腩清甜爽口有一種入口即溶嘅感覺帶子大大隻真係好鮮甜, 佢肉質肥食落口感好實在深海池魚質感係脆清甜,完全冇腥嘅味道可以唔使用豉油芝士燒法國龍蝦伴飯卷,龍蝦肉爽甜燒芝士又多芝士燒過之後仲好香食過一次番尋味A4燒和牛串,和牛真係超好食佢大大粒而且肉好厚身,師傅技巧真係好好一粒食落口堅入口即溶,怪唔之得我哋order左兩串佢已經冇晒貨原來真係咁正難得女朋友轉新工,用少少錢食好嘢我都覺得值得,因為佢食完之後好開心而且佢都好滿意

上網搵到呢間食日本料理好多好評,所以就同朋友一齊嚟試吓。最近原來主打法國藍龍蝦,見大家都係咁讚,而且價錢好抵咁,我都叫左一set芝士燒法國藍龍蝦及藍龍蝦反卷($228)芝士滿滿的鋪係龍蝦上面,輕輕刮開仲係有拉絲效果的,賣相好討好!藍龍蝦嘅肉質好彈牙,而且有蝦味,芝士又唔會搶左個蝦味。呢度好貼心,俾左把剪刀我,咁我就可以同朋友share呢份龍蝦啦! 另外,反卷都好吸引的,中間的龍蝦肉勁大舊,飯粒又被蟹籽包圍住,口感豐富。大吞拿魚腩刺身 (兩件)咁岩聽到店員話條吞拿魚啱啱返貨好靚好新鮮,所以我就即刻叫咗黎食下啦脂肪花紋分佈真係好平均好細緻,入口即融的口感,加上魚嘅油脂味,真係好想食多幾塊日本伊藤和牛A4 三角胸排呢款燒肉係廚師燒好俾我地的,燒得岩岩好,中間帶點粉紅,食落口感嫩滑,口腔充滿和牛嘅油香,而且帶有一點黑椒味,味道香口。伴碟的什菜都用牛肉的油脂炒,所以都好香!炸紫薯甘栗薯餅紫薯薯餅炸得好脆口,而且外脆內軟,入面d紫薯餡係打得好細好綿滑的。配上店家獨特的醬汁,帶有一點梅酸味,又幾夾,亦中和左炸物嘅油膩感食完之後,店家送左一杯芒果布甸俾我食, 好多芒果肉,好味!

燒肉,是用石燒的,用石燒也是對店家的一個挑戰,若食材稍若不太如意,是不會好吃的
餐廳細意的按排吃肉的次序,一級一級的去吃,是没有問題的,倘若堅持衝紅燈過馬路然後發生意外,都可以說是咎由自取

入得九龍城,當然要吃泰國菜?不一定!其實有其他選擇,就好像串燒跟石燒這類日式餐廳。食物:早有聽聞這餐廳有新的龍蝦吃,我們倆就點了一份藍龍蝦丼飯$220半隻龍蝦配上一大碗丼飯,龍蝦肉很多,整個鉗都有一大片肉!雖然這一碗份量不多,但還是滿足了龍蝦控的慾望。牛石精選盛合$548不便宜,但內容物有五款和牛,兩款豬肉跟一款雞,算是抵吃。1.伊藤和牛西冷煮個5分熟,入口即溶油香很重,很香濃的牛油脂香!2.伊藤和牛背駝鋒肉眼肉質比剛剛那個略瘦,建議煎個3分熟,自然軟糯易入口,牛味比較比較出。3.伊藤和牛肉眼脂香更濃更重,肥美油亮的雪花超級好吃,5分熟最佳。滿咀都感到幸福。4.牛小排,脂肪比較多而且近邊,所以不建議太生,7分熟可以品嚐到其最佳滋味。5.牛舌必需要有巧手廚師才能,否則自煎可能會招致惡果牛舌要好吃,必須不可以太熟,5-7分熟就剛剛好!吃下去一層焦一層軟稔,令人大滿足!最後還送了一份甜品[芒果布丁]給我們,不算很特別,但比糯米滋好吃多了!

不便宜,但內容物有五款和牛,兩款豬肉跟一款雞,算是抵吃。

1.伊藤和牛西冷
煮個5分熟,入口即溶油香很重,很香濃的牛油脂香!

2.伊藤和牛背駝鋒肉眼
肉質比剛剛那個略瘦,建議煎個3分熟,自然軟糯易入口,牛味比較比較出。

3.伊藤和牛肉眼
脂香更濃更重,肥美油亮的雪花超級好吃,5分熟最佳。滿咀都感到幸福。

4.牛小排,脂肪比較多而且近邊,所以不建議太生,7分熟可以品嚐到其最佳滋味。

5.牛舌
必需要有巧手廚師才能,否則自煎可能會招致惡果

牛舌要好吃,必須不可以太熟,5-7分熟就剛剛好!吃下去一層焦一層軟稔,令人大滿足!

食晏時間,周圍都多人,排隊又怕食唔切,後來朋友話我知,呢間好好,如果一早諗到食咩嘅話,早啲打去book枱同埋講定食乜,去到就會有得食。我係11:00佢開門時間打去, book好枱, 1:05去到,經理已經喺門口迎接我,我哋從來冇見過,但係我一落車,佢就好似識我咁,仲問我係咪x小姐👍👍👍,一坐低唔夠2分鐘我哋個飯就到啦。我本身好鍾意食海膽,我見到一大陀海膽,超級無敵興奮。我望落去碗飯好似好少咁,其實一啲都唔小,因為呢度已經有一版海膽咁多,海膽好鮮甜,一啲苦味都冇,配上脆卟卟嘅紫菜,簡直就係人間極品。海膽下面有一層薄薄嘅拖羅蓉,一啖拖羅蓉配合上飯同埋海膽,真係絕配。雖然價錢有少少貴,但係絕對係值得嘅
