火山石板的牛肉上菜嘅時候其實只有一至兩成熟,食客可以自行選擇在火山板上煮幾耐,從而要生啲或熟啲的牛肉~  我個人覺得餐廳職員都幾好服務,如果熱石板不夠熱,會主動為客人更換~

話說最近凍凍地好想食肉,朋友見我肉癮起,介紹左我去依間喺長沙灣既牛極。原來係近排好興既石板燒牛嚟~入面主要有六種石燒牛,比一般既石燒牛餐廳既選擇多, 分別係西冷、牛肩、肉眼、牛柳同兩款日本和牛。我地就揀咗牛肩肉(180g)同牛柳(200g) 依度主要係自助形式,自己order完自己拎,有沙律吧,飯同湯都係自助嘅 ~等咗幾分鐘就有得拎喇 所有牛扒上枱時都係一成熟 之後想食幾熟就自己煎 依個就係牛肩排,食落好有牛味,幾有咬口,最吸引既係冇咩肥膏,岩晒我依啲想食肉又怕肥既人另一個就係牛柳,口感淋身啲,易咬啲,而食落就冇牛肩排咁重牛味之前都試過其他石燒牛餐廳,但係環境就一般,而牛極依度除左食物之外,另一個吸引之處就係餐廳夠大,坐得舒服,食都食得舒適啲!

轉眼間已是12月12月的第一日當然要有一個good start晚上去了食燒牛扒知道在深水埗長沙灣有一間由長沙灣A二出口,行三個街口大約數分鐘就到.肩肉眼 $80 180g最平的肉,但質素很不錯,香濃的牛肉味。上菜時是1成熟,幾成熟自己決定。.牛柳 $110 200g肉質更有質感,加點黑椒食更帶出牛的滋味呢!.其他肉類包括:澳洲牛仔肉眼、西冷,連日本和牛都有呢每個牛扒包「食次放題」,包括湯、米飯、前菜沙律任食!湯是日式的麵豉湯,有紫菜、豆腐粒及白蘿蔔,味道與日本餐廳的差不多。

最近香港十分之流行鐵板牛,上枱時牛肉只有一成熟,之後便靠熱石版的熱力把牛整熟,此外也能按自己喜愛的牛肉成數去進行烹調,又有得食又有得玩最重要是熱辣辣保證新鮮.這間食店在我的屋企附近經常大排長龍,於是今日看見人流比較少,於是一於入去試一試.叫一個套餐,沙律,湯,米飯也是自由放題,十分之抵食的,最平的套餐也只不過是$80十分之吸引.牛肉上枱時十分之有鑊氣,熱石鍋也是熱辣辣的牛肉的肉味也比較香濃,水準十分之高.

牛肩肉眼扒比三拍子牛扒爽口,有兩片乾蒜好香,但牛味就嚴重唔夠三拍子。都試左嗰澳洲牛,牛味就比牛肩肉重,貴少少。我去嘅時候係麵豉湯,飲唔出牛味,真係好失望,希望下次可以有濃厚d嘅牛湯。 有檸檬水自助。沙律整理得比較好,醬汁濃,比三拍子好似水一樣嘅沙律醬好好多。自製燒汁好似冇乜味,唯有落多少少鹽。都有辣醬,蒜蓉同黑椒。店鋪裝修和式,環境就好寬敞,座位舒服好多,唔使食到左右逼。員工服務感覺比深水埗三拍子和善,起碼冇好似欠佢錢咁,店鋪未滿人,我哋都可以入去坐住先等齊人。冇專登影相。

熱石上桌時溫度非常高,建議先放開切成小塊再在熱石上把牛肉兩面燒五至十秒👩‍🏫如果熱石不夠熱度,可叫店員更換一塊新的熱石板~
