在黃金買完野之後,喺附近搵嘢食,上網搵到呢間專食牛嘅餐廳,於是行15分鐘過嚟。餐廳設計同日本一樣,門口有個自助落單機,揀咗要食嘅嘢之後俾錢出單,侍應就會將啲食物送上嚟啦,有落單到食物上枱都唔使10分鐘,服務快速晚上九點有效率!沙律、餐湯同白飯都係自助形式,唔夠可以無限添加。佢地亦寫明如果燒嘅時間太耐,石版唔夠熱可以更換。叫咗一個180克嘅牛肩($80),在上枱時只有1成熟,之後自已在石板上燒,想燒到幾多成熟悉隨尊便,我試過由四成熟開始去到八成熟,啲肉依然唔會韌,牛肉味亦濃,配合海鹽食最好,但係加辣醬都唔錯。另外點200克牛柳($110),可能係牛嘅部位唔同,眼見牛柳比牛肩大左都超過兩成,牛柳的肉質比較淋,嫩滑一D,牛肩肉質比較結實,我個人鍾意食牛柳多啲,5-6成熟食係最好。以呢個價錢來講性價比真係高。

叫咗一個180克嘅牛肩($80),在上枱時只有1成熟,之後自已在石板上燒,想燒到幾多成熟悉隨尊便,我試過由四成熟開始去到八成熟,啲肉依然唔會韌,牛肉味亦濃,配合海鹽食最好,但係加辣醬都唔錯。

另外點200克牛柳($110),可能係牛嘅部位唔同,眼見牛柳比牛肩大左都超過兩成,牛柳的肉質比較淋,嫩滑一D,牛肩肉質比較結實,我個人鍾意食牛柳多啲,5-6成熟食係最好。以呢個價錢來講性價比真係高。

深水埗 牛極餐廳主打日式火山石燒牛排,門口設有自助點餐系統操作簡單而且職員亦會從旁介紹基本上180g都已經好大塊,一個人都好夠成。餐廳仲有白飯任裝,羅宋牛𦟌湯任飲,同沙律任食,呢三樣都係自助形式,非常方便。我地就根據自己喜好,用熱石將牛肉繼續燒建議切細,令口感靠自己控制。牛肩肉肉質非常林好容易切開,更容易咬開,完全冇牛筋,好林好味道。牛柳比牛肩肉肉質冇咁林,但就比牛肩肉更有牛味,啱晒我都喜歡重牛味嘅朋友。脂肪相對較少但係肉質幼嫩軟腍而且肉汁豐富,大舊而且肉質柔軟油脂最為豐腴價錢亦合理,所以一定會再食推介⭐️⭐⭐️⭐⭐

肉質非常林好容易切開,更容易咬開,完全冇牛筋,好林好味道。

牛柳
比牛肩肉肉質冇咁林,但就比牛肩肉更有牛味,啱晒我都喜歡重牛味嘅朋友。脂肪相對較少但係肉質幼嫩軟腍而且肉汁豐富,大舊而且肉質柔軟油脂最為豐腴

價錢亦合理,所以一定會再食

今晚同男朋友食飯,我地兩個都好肚餓,上網搵下附近有咩好野食,就搵到呢間食牛既餐廳。今日同男朋友都決定食好d,所以我地一人叫左一份日本和牛。我叫左個日本和牛(赤身) 180g份和牛送到黎只有最外層熟左,之後可以自己切片再調較生熟度,食落入口即溶,完全唔會好韌。男朋友就叫左個日本和牛(富油脂) 180g呢個和牛就比起我個個更重牛味同比較有口感,切片既時候仲見到有少許既油脂流出黎。之後其他野都係自助同任食既,有沙律菜,有兩款醬汁畀你揀:胡麻汁同柚子汁。仲有湯同白飯,湯係日式牛肉湯,入面仲有好多紅蘿蔔、白蘿蔔同洋蔥,我自己就好中意個湯,所以飲左3大碗😋😋😋每一枱仲有岩鹽同黑椒畀你自己調味,整體都好高質,而且唔算好貴👍🏻👍🏻

這裏是近來流行的自助扒房,先從入口的自動販賣機購買所喜愛的肉,然之後服務生會為你遞上,而且有自助形式的沙律,飯和湯供應。我們要了牛柳和牛肩肉,所有牛肉都是以三成熟狀態上枱,由於比較厚關係,所以通常都會在熱石上煎一煎。不得不說這裏的湯不是一般會見到麵豉湯,而是好像羅宋湯般的牛肉湯,味道還是很不錯。牛柳的肉質是平均而不鞋的。肉味就不是太濃,建議不有煎太久,五成熟就已經很好了,太熟的話,牛柳的質地就破壞了。牛肩肉就相反了,肉味香濃,不過會有少許筋,可以先吃一口牛肉,再跟一口清爽的沙律會更滋味。

今晚7點半,一行9人到左青山道分店,點了4款,冇食和牛,最平最貴都麻麻,中間兩隻好少少,但都只係普通,比其他同類型差,配件更差,飯差到肚餓都食唔落,服務就係最最最差,剛坐低見風口,因有老人家,故要求換位,但店員話「唔好增加佢工作量」,即時冇哂心情食嘢,坐唔夠半個鐘,因為飯同沙律都唔好食,所以同未食完的家人說我們去食糖水,出門口時,聽到服務員在身後說「係咯,去食糖水啦」真係好嬲,已經係自助形式,唔知佢有幾大工作量,仲要受佢氣,下次請算請都唔會再去
