興咗一排既熱石煎牛扒 真係區區都有日式風格為主,即係要自己去自動販賣機點餐俾完錢就可以自助bar 食前菜,有湯同沙津,沙津醬任選 款式都算多 今晚食咗牛柳扒200g 和 牛肩肉眼扒 180g圖為牛柳圖為牛肩肉眼扒一上台已經聞到牛既香味,兩款牛都肉質軟熟,一刀切落去啲血水出哂嚟,内裡全是血紅色,非常鮮。要切到好細嚿,然後靠自己用石板去調較,想熟d 放耐d。 調教自己鍾意嘅熟度,細味品嘗牛肉既滋味。牛肩肉嘅筋部就比較多,所以有咬勁d既同肥美,而牛柳肉就肉汁非常之多,所以就會比較甜。

一上台已經聞到牛既香味,兩款牛都肉質軟熟,一刀切落去啲血水出哂嚟,内裡全是血紅色,非常鮮。要切到好細嚿,然後靠自己用石板去調較,想熟d 放耐d。 調教自己鍾意嘅熟度,細味品嘗牛肉既滋味。牛肩肉嘅筋部就比較多,所以有咬勁d既同肥美,而牛柳肉就肉汁非常之多,所以就會比較甜。

今日同老婆去食牛極,之前見上網推介過,我地係牛魔王黎,點可以錯過呢牛極位於深水埗菴由青山道195A號雅怡居地舖,我地5點半左右到達,未到食飯時間,所以唔多人,餐廳座位寬敞,半自助式,一入門口右邊有部自動售賣機,有5款肉類選擇,不同gram數不同價錢,最平有牛肩排180g($80),最貴亦有和牛亦有一個自助吧,有飯、日式牛肉湯,沙律任食,醬汁亦有3款選擇,有自家製燒肉汁、蒜蓉、辛辣燒汁,日式牛肉湯非常足料,牛肉味好濃,冇味精驚彈到成身油,餐廳有圍裙提供。我地點了牛肩排和牛柳。牛肩排和牛柳非常厚身,上枱時只有一成熟,我地自己煎到大約6-7成熟,如果熱石唔夠熱,可以叫侍應幫忙換,但其實都唔需要換了,個熱力足夠煎到6-7成熟。牛肩排和牛柳肉味濃,牛柳相對會比較多筋,但牛柳比牛肩排軟腍,牛柳既肉汁會比較多D,除了出面既3款醬汁,枱上亦有岩鹽和黑椒。

牛極之前已經經過幾次,今日終於入去食啦。之前係拉麵鋪會見到自動售賣機,今次竟然係牛極見到,肉類選擇有6款,有牛肩排,澳洲牛仔肉眼扒、西冷、牛柳、日本和牛(赤身/富油脂)有不同gram數可選擇。除了自動售賣機,其他野係自助式,飯、湯、沙律任食,牛肩排未黎之前食下沙律,沙律菜都好新鮮,有黑醋汁同沙律汁可選擇牛肩排180g($80)牛肩排放上熱石上面,牛肩排只有一成熟,按個人需要烹調至合適熟成度,我切成一舊舊慢慢係上面燒,牛肩排我燒了7-8成熟,牛肩排煎過左龍都唔會好韌,肉味濃,枱上面有岩鹽同胡椒調味,因為想食到原汁原味,所以只加了岩鹽,已經好好食。

牛肩排放上熱石上面,牛肩排只有一成熟,按個人需要烹調至合適熟成度,我切成一舊舊慢慢係上面燒,牛肩排我燒了7-8成熟,牛肩排煎過左龍都唔會好韌,肉味濃,枱上面有岩鹽同胡椒調味,因為想食到原汁原味,所以只加了岩鹽,已經好好食。

又係diy燒牛扒🐮呢排開左好多呢啲餐廳,之前都試過另一間都覺得唔錯,價錢抵👍👍所以就try下其他先,前排經過牛極勁多人,所以今次好早就黎到,今次呢間都係沙律,白飯,湯都係任食面豉湯要讚😋可能早黎關係,未有太多人,面豉湯竟然用料十足,有好多豆腐蘿白同海帶,正呀,湯底一啲都唔咸,剛剛好,不過飲左幾次後,料好少俾其他人拎曬lu,建議早啲黎我地少試牛刀,揀左200g牛柳同180g牛肩排,牛柳就比較淋,牛肩排就牛味較重,本人愛牛肩排,雖然平啲同無甘淋,但牛味重啲,配飯一流我自己就有個方法點可以唔會over cook,就係食一舊就切一舊,燒一燒2面,熱右好快就令佢變7成熟,剛剛好,因為如果一開始就切曬一片片,熱石會搞到全部變全熟,甘就浪費了🐮🐮

今次去左食牛極食左一個$80既180g牛肩排同一個$110既200g牛柳,肉質相比兩者差不多,甘既價位算係好吾錯,肉味相比牛肩排會比牛柳重。最重要係店鋪可以任食日本珍珠米飯,日式牛肉湯同沙律。日式牛肉湯很重牛味十分滿意。生菜白菜沙律清脆可以配柚子沙拉汁同好濃郁既胡麻醬,配合上好解流。另外,配牛肉嘅醬汁都有好多種,分別係最常見嘅蒜蓉,自家製嘅燒汁同理辛味燒汁,個燒汁辣得來唔會過辣有少少似韓式辣醬都唔錯。枱面上面都有鹽加上個度會變林左。味道方面整體都好唔錯。環境方面,座位很舒適十分寬鬆,鋪面十分整潔乾淨。店內有一些日式布料配合得好美!員工服務態度都很友善對待客人。

今晚在長沙灣食牛扒, 呢間自助式牛扒店一直都想試, 今晚有機會, 就同主子來, 叫左牛肩排同牛柳, 兩樣加埋唔洗200蚊, 牛肉湯, 沙律同紫菜飯自助形式, 一成熟上枱面, 透過石板的熱力加到合格自己的程度, 好方便, 牛柳好滑, 5成熟配自家整燒汁都好正, 但我覺得最簡單的只配佢地提供既喜馬拉雅山鹽, 已經係好完美, 之後就用石板的微溫去整塊牛肩排, 有少少根啦…但都仍不錯, 唔想overcook, 建議一上時就將塊扒裝起, 然後邊切邊燒, 咁就可以有最好的熟度.

今次去咗食石板牛~可以自己煎~一入去就可以喺自助售票機揀牛然後店員就會幫手帶位呢到有個自助區比你攞沙律、飯、醬汁同麵豉湯,全部都任攞任食~個牛同熱石好快就送到,牛肉可以自己加鹽同黑椒調味,肉質唔錯好好食!$80就有呢個質素,推介👍🏻

黎到深水埗梗係要試下佢呢個新式既食牛方法~逐gram計既鐵板牛呀佢d裝修都幾乾淨衛生,枱面寬鬆,放到個扒之餘,仲有位放d碗呀之類。落左單之後,RM咁洗唔洗等好耐就有得拎,d扒之之聲咁,真係好正,見到都胃口大開呀。d扒質素都算唔錯,食得出唔係d鬆肉粉整過既扒,外面亦都無一層白色既野(鬆肉粉既殘留),係原汁原味既肉扒黎,而且逐gram計錢好公道,唔洗出面咁,比左錢,都唔知佢比既份量係幾多,要成日估下估下咁。另外,佢d調味都好充足下,有靚既海鹽,仲有即磨既黑椒粒,個人認為牛扒只需要呢兩種調味就足夠,再多反而食唔到牛原本既味,浪費左隻牛。好似d燒汁呀之類,本人就唔建議落喇。大食既朋友仲可以任食飯同沙律,真係幾唔錯。

It is much cheaper and better quality than pepper lunch .  If I were in a rush for fast food . I would definitely go for this . Way better than regular burger .  But you rather eat fast as the stone grill heat does lasts for a good long time, The pice of steak will turn fairly well done towards the end of it .
