難得朋友喺外國番黎,想帶佢去搵好野食~ 去左銅鑼灣行街,search 下有野好野食嘅時候朋友見到呢間過好想試。我地都喺牛肉控 😂呢間牛禪位於銅鑼灣世貿中心嘅13樓,如果唔係為左美食,都好少會行呢度。黎到一定叫招牌近江和牛盛宴啦!有十種唔同嘅部位,用牛牛樣嘅盤上菜,每款唔同嘅部位放喺相應牛牛盤上面,賣相滿分呀~店員建議我地跟番次序去燒,又較淡味嘅牛舌開始燒,再慢慢順序食啲牛味濃啲嘅咁食。特別推介牛舌,好爽口呀,仲有少量脂肪,咬落juicy~ 另外就喺牛味最濃嘅牛小排同肉啦當然~ 豐富油香但不失牛肉嘅口感! 另外叫左清酒。好特別嘅喺啲啲清酒杯好靚,隻隻唔同款式架~ 勁呃like呀 😍雖然好好味,但四個女仔都唔喺好夠食~ 價錢貴左啲, CP唔太高。

和牛的肉質唔著亦有肉汁口感十足,能食到牛肉中的脂肪,脂肪分佈好平均 ,牛肉沒有很根,燒的時間亦啱啱好, 不會太燶亦不會太熟, 質素好高, 配埋白飯一齊食仲好好味添呀! 極上和牛盛宴 : 包括牛舌、 尾龍扒、 牛臀肉 牛腿上肉、牛外胸腹、牛肩、牛頸脊、 小排、肉眼, 真牛的九個不同部位 ,由淡到濃, 慢慢一個個層次去品嚐, 每一位置帶來的都是不同口感不同味道! 食到中間, 牛味已經慢慢濃郁,肥美!

雜錦天婦羅
有冬菇、 蝦、秋葵、南瓜、蕃薯 全部都外脆內暖 ,鮮甜美味!
日本炒雜菜
食完大餐的肉,晚餐廝殺後 ,當然不能少一碟蔬菜平衡一下啦! 蔬菜新鮮 木魚絲為炒雜菜更添口感!

到五品刺身出場,朋友話比師傅發辦決定比邊款刺身,當中活赤貝同秋刀魚係朋友預先訂位時預訂左,除左依兩款刺身外,仲有深海池魚、帶子刺身同三文魚腩刺身,只係睇賣相都已經滿分,排到滿滿好豐富,厚切深海池魚同三文魚腩入口非常鮮甜帶爽,好肥美,活赤貝入口好爽脆,鮮甜不在話下。

終於到今晚期待已久既近江和牛盛宴上場,共有九個部位,有個燒肉先後次序餐牌,去按順序咁燒黎食,先食無咁油既部位,再食油分高部位,每塊肉的厚薄度適中,燒至5-6成熟就食得,入口啖啖肉 ,油脂分平均又夠香口,牛味好濃郁,係香港真係好少食到咁高質既和牛燒肉,而且份量適中之餘,價錢好合理
