Lunch with colleagues here.I ordered curry hambuger set. ($75)The curry was very rich and a bit salty. Haha I used up all the curry sauce to eat with rice. But I'd prefer curry with sweeter taste, rather than spicy. The whole dish had been finished by myself~~~ Ging ar!

三月廿五日(星期二)放假之前的最後一日番工!由中環去到側魚涌先食lunch~我地一行三人黎到唔知係咩好,經過呢度,咁熟面口既個名,好似係好多笑樣既拉麵店wor,又唔係咁好多,咁就試下啦!坐左好高既bar檯...好唔方便,因為真係太高喇!!!可以見到師傅主個湯底,佢係一次主一碗,好似幾新鮮咁叫左個豬骨湯拉麵,真係無mud特別,個湯底都ok,麵質只可以係一般...可能未食之前既expectation太高啦!..而炸雞都ok既~網主都講得好arm,唔試過都真係唔知好唔好食,多笑樣唔代表好味~呢個就係一個例子喇!所以都係要自己親身去試下先知既!又好似上次去上壽司見到咁多唔係好正面既食評,都預左唔好食,但係又點知出黎又幾好wor!...所以話呢,食評只可以作一個參考,大家要努力去試去d唔同既野食...去發掘多d一d鮮為人知\偏僻左d,但係又好好味既食肆....而我地都會周圍去試,再上黎report,大家拭目以待啦!

坐左好高既bar檯...好唔方便,因為真係太高喇!!!可以見到師傅主個湯底,佢係一次主一碗,好似幾新鮮咁

叫左個豬骨湯拉麵,真係無mud特別,個湯底都ok,麵質只可以係一般...可能未食之前既expectation太高啦!..而炸雞都ok既~

網主都講得好arm,唔試過都真係唔知好唔好食,多笑樣唔代表好味~呢個就係一個例子喇!所以都係要自己親身去試下先知既!又好似上次去上壽司見到咁多唔係好正面既食評,都預左唔好食,但係又點知出黎又幾好wor!...所以話呢,食評只可以作一個參考,大家要努力去試去d唔同既野食...去發掘多d一d鮮為人知\偏僻左d,但係又好好味既食肆....而我地都會周圍去試,再上黎report,大家拭目以待啦!

和之前一位食評家一樣,我地都係幫襯過舊舖一次,上一次既經驗實在太好,塩味牛油拉麵,香港黎講,算係好好食﹗換左新舖,路途遠一點也去試。吞拿魚腩飯男友打算試下第二樣,就叫左個吞拿魚腩飯,好難食﹗真係好難食﹗那些魚肉是散收收的,吞拿魚毫無油香,白飯好似茶餐廳d飯,$80加一,真你一d都唔抵﹗炸蝦「粉」?成$60蚊一客炸蝦,得3隻,都已經係咁平,上檯見到個size都ok,幻想隻蝦會幾大,點之原來係「海市蜃樓」,一咬落去,厚厚既粉包住隻蝦deep fried,唔怪得咁大隻啦﹗真係好失望。味噌牛油拉麵至於我就叫左個味噌牛油拉麵,我和男友都覺得已經冇左以前既驚喜,不過都會俾多次機會佢,試多一次佢個拉麵。

在華蘭路舊店的年代,都很愛幫襯,除了因為環境相當日本地道家庭小舖的風味外,不論拉麵的湯底、配料還是湯底均是令人吃過之後恰如身在日本似的,就像以前在日本留學時在宿舍附近的拉麵店的一樣風味。此店搬了之後,從其他朋友口中得知水凖大為下降,自己本來也不太相信,於是抱著"最少都試番一次睇下"的心情去試試看。我點了從前也點過的拉麵套餐,選了濃厚味噌湯底+炸雞。外觀上,沒有太大的分別,我先嚐了一口湯底,有點驚雅,因為很難找到一些毫不濃厚的濃厚湯底,味噌的味道實在說不上是"濃厚"... 再吃麵... 雖然彈牙...但有少許鹼水味,另外配料上沒有太多驚喜。另外炸雞方面,炸起來的外觀不俗,但一咬下去,又是失望。雞肉裡面的味道完全不是一回事,是沒有入味還是調味不同,實在不知道。另外新店的裝修及環境比起以前新簇新多,但卻少了以往那種日本地道拉麵店的風味。對日本食品特別有要求的我,實在是一次重大的失望......

經友人嘅介紹,是晚去到太古坊做一個消費調查,當然有報酬啦!阿K都响太古坊番工,所以我叫佢等埋我一齊去食晚飯。既然咁近城隍廟,我緊係唔會錯過機會,去「函館」試一試久聞嘅拉麵。未入座,我們已經擬定好我地想食嘅嘢。我叫咗一碗豬骨湯拉麵,阿K就情鍾鹽味湯底嘅拉麵,再加一客炸蠔。遺憾本人從未去過日本,未試過當地正宗湯拉麵。不過試過豬骨湯同埋鹽味湯之後,終於明白點解阿K揀後者。咁樣講唔係話呢度嘅豬骨湯唔好飲,而係鹽味湯實在太出色。咸味中帶一點清幽,絕對與坊間經常食到嘅差天共地。相比之下,煮豬骨湯嘅難度冇咁高了。拉麵水準一流,十分彈牙,絕對係滿分之作。配料係簡單嘅幾片叉燒、海帶、筍、蔥等。據阿K所講,千祈唔好睇少呢啲蔥,係貴價嘢,响香港唔係咁容易買得到。炸蠔落炸粉份量恰如其分,薄薄嘅一層炸漿,炸成金黃色,香脆得嚟唔會肥膩,裡面嘅蠔亦唔會炸至乾癟,既能保存鮮味,亦十分多蠔肉汁。食飽飽,喫一口清茶,連一杯少少嘅茶都唔馬虎,有清清的一股茶香,為一頓美味嘅晚餐畫上一個完美嘅句號。是次人均消費八十蚊左右,十分抵食。

Just had lunch there and don't think the noodle is as nice as it used to be...

I am not a noodle person normally i wouldn't go for noodles... but today is freezing i want something really hot...

so... i ordered the set C ($80)

AND THE DUMBLINGS... OMG!! its amazing!!!!!! i don't normally like things wrapped.. but this is a MUST eat item... haha~

and none of us finish our noodles... not even half... haha~~~

I went to the previous shop in Wah Lan Road for lunch, which was a small shop that feels like it's family run, a bit like local dai pai dongs, but the ramen is just superb, perfectly done, the soup base was a bit oily sometimes but other than that it was tasty without making you thirst afterwards... no MSG, guaranteed. For $60-80 a bowl of ramen, it's not the cheapest in town, but definitely the best in quality.The japanese chef came and chatted with us for a while, and said they were moving soo

The japanese chef came and chatted with us for a while, and said they were moving soon and gave us the card for the new address. Haven't tried their curries and cutlets, will do that in the new shop.

搬館之後首次一試,未搬前也只是試過一次。新舖的open kitchen 開揚了,拉麵的誕生過程也看得一清二楚。午飯時間來到,可能因為是星期六,冇乜人,好易搵位。跟男友各要了一碗濃湯味噌和豬朤場底拉麵,不消10 分鐘便端上,先呷一口湯,哇!鹹到暈,麵條雖彈牙,但竟有朕鹼水味!?配料如海帶、春筍、粟米、芽菜和蔥花絕不欺場,但$55 一碗這樣質素的拉麵,又要收加一,有點不值。

拉麵烹調過程一向充滿著神秘感。open kitchen下,從前隔了多重面紗的真相:鹽湯拉麵,原來是將醬料加在易潔鍋中,混入銀芽及滔1.5湯殼高湯以大火加熱,加入山西拉麵,配些豚肉及「事務」用的筍片而成,神秘不再、風味不再。醬料加些減些,味道已有很大出入,高湯感覺上鹹而不鮮,失卻從前鹹而帶鮮的風骨,麵亦未「透夠氣」鹼味較從前來得重手,縱然由從前的大師傅坐鎮,然而新人事、新配套,要拾回從前的風骨仍有待磨練。平心而論,水準較從前下跌,都話換過「架撐」效果可以一天一地,希望fine tune過後會好些吧。

早2日見到有新拉面店開張,看了網上食評後,試左個(味噌牛油拉面)其實味道本來真係唔錯,但是真係太咸,食左半碗成杯茶已經飲晒.其他配料就好豐富,日本師父好用心,不過收費實在太貴一碗面65+6.5(加一)=71.5,(最平一碗55)呢個價錢有太多選擇了,可一不可再,如果價錢親民d會再光顧!

今天晚了放工,太太有約,一支公便到家附近的函館吃喜愛的拉麵,但竟發現店子關了,還貼出招租廣告,即時不知所措,而且有些心有不甘,在招租的店子外懷緬一番後,赫然發現一張A4 Size 的搬遷告示,說明搬了到太古坊的海光街,心想:「唉,又一間太古坊食店了。」因一直以來對太古坊的食店沒有甚麼好感,除了福元湯圓。到了海光街,終於找到新的函館了,門面比舊鋪細得多了,入到鋪內便有局促的感覺,很多人,檯子與檯子之間非常窄,而且一看便知道是繼承了上手的裝修,完全沒有了舊鋪那舒服及充滿日本味的感覺,但概來之,則安之,不竟在太古坊沒有其他的食店想去了。幸好,日本老板還在,雖然已不是舊店開店時那個日本老板,噢,真懷念當時的美味。一如過往,叫了喜歡的鹽味湯麵,還好,麵質及湯底還沒有走樣,清甜的湯底配以爽口的拉麵,閉上眼睛還是未搬的函館似的,但畢竟與隔離檯太近了,週圍的環境直接影響了吃麵的心情。函館一向是我吃拉麵的首選,舊店開店時我還覺得比日本東京任何一間拉麵店還要好。但現在新的函館只可與油麻地的橫崗拉麵同級了。
