是日本沙甸魚配薑汁,平時對沙甸魚無話好大興趣,但今次食都好特別,口感卻清爽不膩

🐟石垣貝:
味道和象拔蚌相似,味道清甜且口感爽脆。配上青檸汁好fresh~

🐟野生大拖羅:
呢條係喺東海嘅野生大吞拿魚,同平時食開嘅拖羅會有少少分別,因為野生既拖羅游水夠多,所以筋位會較多,相對較有點咬口。

一間食過幾次嘅日本餐廳。食物、環境、服務都好好。係價值比較貴啲啲,不過食材真係新鮮,每日日本直送,整體質素都對得住個價錢既。餐廳可以先訂omakase,或者單點食物。食物選擇多,一定唔怕食唔飽。😂食過幾次,試過好多款食物,所有都做得好,冇咩問題。熟食有啲會比較普通。個人比較推薦魚生、壽司,真係好新鮮。😋😋地方好大,又乾淨。仲要有獨立房間,想食飯有多啲私隱,傾野,傾生意,非常好。

We were served a piece of uni sushi that we watched the chef reassemble 3 times because it kept falling over. We asked for it to be replaced and were presented with uni in a bowl. This was odd.
