好少寫食評,但這家餐廳無論在環境、table setting、服務、食物方面都有驚喜。餐廳在The One19樓,有180度環廻觀景臺,可眺望尖沙咀、西九龍、維港及港島一帶美景,心曠神怡;高水准的table setting ;服務賓至如歸,適時在客人右邊refill飲水、上菜;semi buffet的沙律和甜品variety 不多,但無論是外購或home made 都好好味好新鮮,看得出廚師的用心制作,手藝出色,refill也非常及時,清湯牛腩更是點睛之作,甜點正正常常,芒果布甸軟滑可口,回味無窮。主菜我們點了比目魚和油封鴨腿,用心制作,但鴨腿若解凍時間再多一點,皮再焗得焦脆一點會比較合我胃口,比目魚味道再濃一點更好。謝謝店家的堅持用心,希望你們生意滔滔,我們過些日子一定再光顧🤗

12/12足足一星期有多,訂了枱和親友在23/12晚上慶祝生日,怎知今日去到竟然比條柱完全遮著的窗口位我們。我即時要求換枱,當時至少有三張窗口位嘅枱可以選擇,服務員話換唔到,仲話這張是較好的,太過份了。最離譜佢去問好似經理的男人,之後呢個男人走埋黎只喺講句'無呀!' 道歉都無句😡😡 得! 你唔尊重我作為客人,我亦唔會幫襯你間餐廳。我之後去第二間,無booking, 知道我慶祝生日,即刻比張望海景枱我,服務貼心。人哋間餐廳full house, 點解呢間咁吉,喺有原因嘅,無服務,欠尊重,一定唔會幫襯,費事激氣!!

The man in charge was so rule by not allowing me to take the food said it was not yet 12pm. He was impolite when my friend would like to change the seat within the same table. What a pity! The food is alright as usual but I think the quality of services should be improved…

It has been enjoyable to dine here thanks to well-trained servers - thoroughly introducing the menu and dishes, helping selection that demonstrates the chef’s talents.✧ 𝙎𝙠𝙞𝙥𝙟𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙏𝙪𝙣𝙖 (7/10)The tuna was fatty and melt-in-your-mouth, paired beautifully with the onion confit, ginger and creamy uni. A light yet rich start to the meal.✧ 𝙅𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙙 𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙧𝙖𝙗 𝙀𝙜𝙜 𝙁𝙤𝙖𝙢 (7.5/10)The foam was light as air yet packed with flavor. The foam had hints of seafood while the comte cheese flakes and uni added briny pops of flavor in each bite. An innovative dish that was as pleasing to the eyes as it was to the palate.✧ 𝙎𝙢𝙤𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙎𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙍𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝙬/ 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙮 & 𝙍𝙖𝙨𝙥𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙮 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙢é & 𝘾𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙖𝙧 (6.5/10)The consomme was refreshingly light, though balancing the fruits and seafood proved tricky - the strawberry dominated, overpowering the subtle prawn flavor. The rich broth coated the mouth, while chunks of lobster meat could be savored.✧ 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙨𝙪𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢 𝘽𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙝 𝙬/ 𝙇𝙤𝙗𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙍𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙤𝙡𝙞 (7/10)The broth was aromatic and earthy. Within swam plump, pillowy lobster ravioli stuffed with lobster. A nice take on the classic that combined luxurious seafood and woodsy mushroom flavors.✧ 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙑𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙩 (6.5/10)The chicken came with a morel and Comte sauce that, while rich, did little to truly elevate the dish; it was decent rather than impressive compared to other offerings.✧ 𝘼𝟰 𝙒𝙖𝙜𝙮𝙪 𝙎𝙞𝙧𝙡𝙤𝙞𝙣 (7/10)The beef was perfectly prepared, tender and fatty in all the right ways. It paired beautifully with the oyster and potato cake alongside a dollop of smoky eel sauce.
