近期是奄仔蟹的當造季節,有好友得知位置尖沙咀的喜記蟹將軍推出其特價套餐,就約局聚餐,日子定於復活節假期首日;由於已知餐廳位置(位於彌敦道旁美麗華商場2期2樓),兼且交通方便,所以乘搭巴士在彌敦道落車便很快到達;觀其套餐餐牌,食物的款式也有一定豐富度;當然,套餐以外,選擇就更甚更廣了;人到齊就開席,菜式逐一上場;青瓜伴海螫,標準的開胃小食;海螫彈滑,少許醋汁更提鮮;豉椒炒蜆,鑊氣十足,一上枱那股豉椒香氣夾雜蜆肉鮮味就飄散開來!蜆肉乾淨無沙粒又飽滿,相當不俗!清蒸奄仔蟹,是保留蟹膏蟹肉最鮮甜的原味做法;當遇上一隻爆膏的奄仔蟹,豐腴甜美的蟹膏迅速豐富了味蕾!而蟹肉肉質緊實,初入口點海洋氣息,但咀嚼後透出鮮甜味,口感極佳!牛油鹽燒奄仔蟹,相對清蒸,牛油鹽燒是重口味之選;更多的鹹味與煙燻味滲入到蟹膏蟹肉之中,令其味道更濃郁,尤其蟹肉的甜味更突出!金銀蛋浸時蔬,有蔬菜加湯水作為間場,對味蕾及腸胃都是很好的調和作用!大漠風沙雞(半隻),此味是本人近期食過最出色的燒雞,沒有之一!炸過的蒜蓉酥脆香口,雞皮油滑香脆入味,雞肉帶點肉汁而嫩滑,三種味道口感合而為一,十足的層次感,美味!更加精彩的是壓軸的奄仔蟹
