約左朋友銅鑼灣行,食到冇野好食諗起天后一帶食肆,呀又比我地撞手神食到間cp值勁高日本野舖頭位處清風街,係港島人都知道的隱世小食街,除左格價比銅鑼灣一帶更親民之外用餐節奏仲冇咁急促入去坐低左,侍應送上餐牌後無猶疑地叫個二人餐share湯同沙律唔洗五分鐘送到,羅宋湯同蟹柳沙律都合格之後帶子海膽刺身好正,成口鮮味,個餐有海膽刺身真係值回票價焗蠔呀!熱辣辣配埋蒜蓉真係冇得輸,食完有少少想追加呀天婦羅大蝦同蕃薯都係水準之作,大大件食完好滿足最欣賞係跟餐八片和牛呀,其實食到呢個時候已經好飽,但可以講點飽都要食埋和牛先,入口即溶好香好好食!二人餐仲特別咁配埋漢堡包仔比我地夾牛肉,加埋洋蔥同蕃茄好爽口;呢個簡直成餐亮點最後仲有個芝士松露西蘭花同甜品...其實已經飽到不行,所以真心抵食兼好食呀

食咁耐炸野,真係未見過會用炸籃黎上菜既,幾有特色,我鍾意

雞軟骨粒粒都好鬆脆,而且份量夠多

然後係我覺得最好食既單骨雞翼
因為佢剪開左做單骨,令到炸既時間縮短左
雞翼入面亦都因為表面面積增加而易熟左
唔會出現炸到外面燶晒入面都未熟透既情況
更令客人可以容易D進食,可以話係一舉多得

天婦羅蝦夠大隻
炸完都保持到蝦本身既爽口彈牙
亦唔會變到太熟而老左

孜然粉可以話係所有肉類既好朋友
因為可以將肉既香味逼出黎
令本身不過不失既金菇牛肉卷連升幾呢
但係餐廳都比較少見會作為調味料放係台上比客人自己加
即使係食燒物既店多數都只會係廚師加埋然後上台
依家可以自己任意加,岩晒我呢D鍾意食濃味野既人

(P.S. 但係都提醒返大家唔可以加太多
因為孜然粉本身好重味
加太多會影響到牛本身既風味)

好老實講,我就唔食魚既,呢到既份量分分鐘係我一年內食魚既總和
但係佢既燒魚令到連我都食到停唔到口
燒魚好難控制到火候,但佢做到燒到入面仲嫩身
如果同我一樣怕魚腥味既
只要點埋隔離個汁,咁就去除丁魚腥味之餘仲保留到魚既風味

呢個鹽燒選筍殼皇,真係要讚一讚師傅嘅工㗎,條魚嘅外皮燒到乾曬,但係魚肉又非常之鮮嫩,新鮮嘅食材唔需要太多醃料,廚房嘅職員只係將一啲南薑,檸檬葉,辣椒材料放喺魚入面,燒完之後已經將魚的味道大大提升,將魚肉再點下啲泰式嘅醬料,非常之惹味。

我最欣賞就係e條鹽烤荀殻魚,外脆內軟,其實我第一次食荀殻魚,味道好鮮,肉質好軟滑(⊙ω⊙),旁邊有d泰式酸辣汁,同魚肉好夾!食食下發現原來魚身包住左幾片香葉香茅,令到成條魚都好香!( ´▽` )ノ

平時去清風街都係食糖水多~ 今日朋友帶路去食一間燒烤叫"海魂燒", 選擇困難症的我睇到個餐牌真係唔知食乜好~ 見佢有兩個套餐, 一個係海鮮2人餐, 五百幾, 一個係和牛2人餐 4百頭, 我地最後係揀咗和牛套餐,叫原先知係有餐酒飲, 咁又幾扺咁喎~ 先黎咗個蕃茄湯, 飲得出係用好多蕃茄+海鮮淆出黎~ 蕃茄酸味重+海鮮鮮味非常開胃~再黎一個蟹子沙律, 蟹子係海量的~ 好大堆蟹子丫~ 好幸福丫~ 之後再上個半熟帶子夾海膽~ 海膽一食就知係靚貨~ 唔係一味得個甜字個D加拿大海膽, 好濃海膽味~ 加分啦~帶子係燒到半熟狀態, 令到口感同味道層次感多咗好多~ 好出色哩一個配答~天婦羅蝦+蕃薯不過不失~ 好吃的, 燒廣島好食到不得之了~ 最後上的燒和牛, 我地要求廚房代燒~ 因為怕油煙, 二來怕自己燒會燒衰咗d牛肉,因為和牛油份好重, 佢附有兩個細漢堡包仔伴食的~ 好貼心~ 但係我要試下佢d牛肉先空口就咁食~ 好有牛肉味, 燒得好香, 無想像中咁林, 但係有咬口既和牛我先仲意~ 哩d先係牛肉嘛~側邊仲有一堆用牛脂燒香咗d 菇菇~ 索咗好多牛脂, 又燒得好香~ 最後我
