早前午餐約埋同事一齊去Hugo食餐好。店內環境舒適,坐下來開了一支Sparkling Water,侍應有禮貌地送上麵包和牛油,麵包非常好食尤其係蒜蓉包特別出色。我們選擇了前菜餐車,內裏的龍蝦沙律非常可口。去到主菜,我們選擇了牛扒, medium Ware的牛扒外脆內軟,嗰邊燒得啱啱好口感一流,牛肉味豐富,配上焗薯,份量適中。主菜後,侍應送上甜品餐車,多種甜品可供選擇,我特別喜歡開心果蛋糕,是非常值得的一餐。 continue reading

not too delicious as people said, the manager is rude, no reason for the male customers to wear long pants but not casual smart short pants during lunchtime, especially not many customers, cannot be flexible to deal with customers, the management level should review the dress code policy. continue reading

入去坐低成10分鐘,無人拎Menu,舉手示意三四次,咁多侍應無個望你自己做自己嘢,期間有個戴眼鏡綁馬尾的女侍應係身邊行過幾次,佢係專登全程望地下唔理你,係面前直行直過。好不容易有侍應見到終於可以嗌嘢食,跟住到嗌嘢食個陣,話個扒會係你面前燒,後尾係直接上菜無呢個步驟,但係其他檯客人又有⋯而且個扒係唔會問你幾成熟。生蠔瘦成咁都拎得出手。開開心心咁入黎黑住面咁走,如果想慶祝生日千祈唔好黎。質素真係有待提升 continue reading

💰人均 800HKD (晚市)趁女朋友生日🎂一於帶佢去一直都想試嘅高級西餐廳《希戈餐廳 》(Hugo’s),相信唔少好西師都聽過呢間餐廳,尤其係佢嘅Roasted Prime Rib😋Hugo’s 由1969年開業,佢嘅歷史可以追溯到以前喺彌敦道嘅香港凱悅酒店,之後搬咗去現時位於河內道嘅香港尖沙咀凱悅酒店。Hugo’s 至今仍然保留咗部分原有嘅裝潢同餐具,包括係餐廳門口迎接各位食客嘅希戈盔甲、天花吊燈、長槍、盾牌同埋傳統銀器餐具,令餐廳更加經典有型。作為一間五星酒店內嘅高級西餐廳,除左食物之外,服務水平都十分重要,Hugo’s就無令我地失望。無論喺上菜,點餐,用膳嘅時候,侍應們有留意住食客嘅需要去即時作出反應,令到我地整晚都食得好愉快。~🤩餐前麵包 呢到嘅餐前麵包真係超好食🤤上檯嘅時候仲熱辣辣,麵包咬落鬆軟,附送嘅牛油香而不膩,未開始正式上菜我都已經差唔多食曬啲麵包🤣🤩凱撒沙律 (HKD225)食親西餐我都習慣先食份沙律,呢到嘅Caesar Salad係會席前處理,廚師會推住架車仔來到你檯前即席製作。羅馬生菜十分新鮮爽口,醬汁亦非常開胃。🤩布根地式焗田螺 (HKD140/ 6pcs)跟住我要求想試下焗田螺🐌,但女朋友話唔太喜歡,所以我地就叫左一份六隻去share,待應都幫我地分開左兩份咁上,同時亦千叮萬囑我地唔好掂個銀盤,因為好熱😂非常細心👍上菜時我地已經聞到香噴噴嘅牛油香,餐廳會附上一套工具方便食客去享用。田螺咬落會有啖啖嘅香草牛油香,但亦無蓋過田螺肉嘅鮮甜,不過田螺肉示必個個都接受到😂大家第一次來可以先叫一份share試下🤩燒美國頂級牛肋肉 (HKD810/ 450g)來到今晚嘅主角 Roasted Prime Rib🥩 (提提大家⚠️Hugo’s brunch 嘅燒牛肋肉同a la carte嘅燒牛肋肉份量係唔同,a la carte嘅份量係大啲,所以order時要注意)因為壽星女係細食之人,所以我地叫左一份(medium rare)去share,餐廳好細心地幫我地整左兩份。佢嘅上菜都係較特別,師傅會推住一架放住一舊prime rib嘅車仔到你面前切,再煮埋個醬汁,然後擺盤上菜。每份除左prime rib之外,仲會附上一個yorkshire pudding作伴碟。牛肉嘅生熟程度剛好,肉質粉嫩,醬汁嘅調味恰好,唔會搶走本身牛肉嘅味道,pudding外脆內軟,用來點個醬汁簡直一流👍🤩火焰焗雪山 (HKD300/ for 2 persons) & 朱古力脆皮球 (free)來到最後嘅甜品環節,如果大家鐘意打卡(好似我咁😂),我會推薦大家叫呢個火焰焗雪山。因為上菜前,餐廳職員會即席用酒去烹煮出『火焰』🔥然後倒上甜品上造火焰雪山效果。呢款甜品係用蛋白霜作外層包裹住內層嘅桑莓雪糕🫐🍓,食落去蛋白霜嘅甜味剛好中和到桑莓嘅酸,十分之夾,份量亦夠兩人share。餐廳職員知道呢餐係慶祝生日特意送上一份朱古力脆皮球俾我地(十分sweet🥰),脆皮球用銀製雪糕杯載住,內面附上乾冰,能夠防止溶化同時亦增加左儀式感🤣佢係用朱古力🍫包住雲呢拿雪糕🍦嘅一款甜品。兩款甜品入面,簡單嘅朱古力脆皮球隊更加合我口味。~💵價錢中上但合理🤵‍服務非常好👨‍🍳食物有水準🥂慶祝之選 continue reading
