📍Central - Rating: 7/10Price: 💰💰💰💰( around $700 p.p) The beef quality is quite good where it is quite tender 😋 the starters such as Korean fried chicken, seafood pancake and beef tartare are nice but the pork/chicken are so so… recommend u can just order beef if u go visit. The beef marrow rice is not bad and very full, worth a try! Tho overall it’s a bit overpriced for dinner but will come visit for their lunch set which is better value, around $180 for a set!

美國農業部認證嘅頂級熟成肉眼扒,餐廳有自家熟成櫃,經過45日,牛扒風味極全佳,每一啖都係享受。
廚師發板另外兩款,一款係Chuck Eye (Top grade),另一款係US Tenderloin 。
三款牛扒都好淋,好juicy同美味,尤其熟成牛扒真係好正!
最後一款係韓式牛肋骨,預先醃好咗,調味啱啱好,有另一番風味!

燒烤完畢後,跟住嚟個飯

諗咗好耐用邊間餐廳去寫我第100篇食評,最後都係揀咗呢間😋JJJ位於中環老蘭上面, 主要係韓式燒烤, 設計走型格路線, 門面簡約,好容易走漏眼今日就試咗佢哋嘅推介- JJJ Premium Butcher’s Cuts入面主要有四款牛,包括45日熟成美國ribeye, sirloin, tenderloin, 同佢哋嘅house marinated galbi, total大約每人有250grams全程有專人幫你調味同燒烤,完全唔使勞煩自己, 只需要選擇生熟程度即可比較深刻嘅係tenderloin同galbi; tenderloin 真係比較嫩口, 而galbi就調味得剛剛好, 燒到大半熟, 好似食緊叉燒咁配菜方面有洋蔥同蘑菇, 洋蔥煮得比較生, 個人不太喜歡, 蘑菇味道則比較鮮味至於$580一位是否值得就見仁見智, 始終有專人幫你燒,而且位於中環地區; 不過如果份量可以多啲就更加值得

終於試一試這間位於中環的新型格燒肉店看到乾熟成牛肉櫃放著大大份熟成牛肉已很興奮~個人覺得牛肉質素很可以但店員燒肉的技巧尚有進步空間有些燒得偏乾了些,可惜了這麼好的牛肉不過有些則是完美的medium-rare用泡菜夾著吃,確有一番風味又美味~特別喜歡用上封門柳的牛肉他他落滿大量即場刨的巴馬臣芝士加入白松露油和日本雞蛋黃再拌勻入口味道很豐富,肉味濃郁,不錯不錯值得一提的是雞尾酒味道好好!顏色又美會喝酒的記得點一杯試試看~

個人覺得牛肉質素很可以
但店員燒肉的技巧尚有進步空間
有些燒得偏乾了些,可惜了這麼好的牛肉
不過有些則是完美的medium-rare
用泡菜夾著吃,確有一番風味又美味~

主菜係USDA Prime 45 Days Dry Aged Ribeye、2 Chel Selected USDA Prime Cuts同JJJ House Marinated Galbi 呢四款牛肉
服務員會即場用鹽調味,然後用牛油開鑊燒肉,首先食45 Days Dry Aged Ribeye,肉質係自家風乾櫃放置45日,令肉味更濃,肉質更幼嫩,唔係一般餐廳食到😮牛肉經風乾櫃處理後再以快火燒烤,口感外酥裡嫩,肉汁鮮甜而濃,真係超正!鍾意食濃味嘅可以點埋秘製醬汁,我就覺得鹽燒已經好出色👍🏻

韓國菜唔少得米飯,呢個牛骨髓炒飯本身有牛肉、乾蔥、乾蒜同炸蘿蔔絲,後以韓式鐵窩加工煮出飯焦,已經好有心思,估唔到上枱連埋即燒香蒜牛骨髓,即場將牛骨髓趁熱伴入炒飯撈勻!令粒粒飯都吸滿牛骨髓,啖啖都食到甘香油脂,真係好邪惡啊!

最後甜品以Ginseng Ice Cream同Makgeolli Gelato作句號,前者加入人蔘,同雲呢拿味道出奇夾,甜中帶甘;後者有米酒香,絕對係成人級嘅甜品,好啱男士食❤️

One of my favourite Korean Food is cold wheat noddles😍 Made with buckwheat and served with cucumber and beef shank😚 Though it had a rubbery texture that was not present, it’s still a refreshing food🧊

The highlight of the meal was 45 Days Dry Aged Ribeye🥩 The crust on top was crunchy and the meat inside was rich, soft and succulent🥰 Himalayan salt just enriched the flavour🤩

The ice cream here was super duper unique, could you imagine how do the Ginseng and Rice Wine ice cream taste🫣? Loved the fresh and mellow rice wine flavour🍶 while the ginseng paired with caramel crisp was not bad too🤍

經朋友介紹 特登過來吃牛肉見到這間餐廳的第一眼係覺得好特別如果不仔細睇 真係好難發現個大門😂隱蔽性好高入門先見到吧檯我吃的係午餐 中午唔開放(後尾先發現人地原來主打晚市燒肉飲酒)午市套餐都好抵食小菜係入座就有送泡菜同蘿蔔好好吃蘿蔔好爽脆我地兩個人叫左兩個餐🥗野菜沙律睇得出好用心 薄薄的炸蓮藕 又脆又香🍜45日乾然牛肉湯麵 $200(服務員話 牛肉真係醃製45日先攞出來煮)薄薄一片 入口好香滑湯底亦都好濃郁 會想飲多兩啖湯嗰種紅极醬炒湾洲豬肉配白飯 $160佢的牛肉真係冇得輸 肉質柔軟 加上酸酸甜甜的醬汁 真係絕配甜品是人參雪糕上年係少少人嵾碎同脆脆入口有陣淡淡的嵾味 唔係好濃平時唔吃人餐的人都可以接受香港首間獲得Angus Beef 認證的餐廳鍾意吃牛的人真係要過來試一試

賣相比想像中更靚份量更多 熱辣辣嘅炒飯配酒飲實在太正🤤
