星期一即興放工約食雞煲,朋友尖沙嘴翻工,見附近有間個名幾趣緻嘅雞煲就揀左,當時星期一8:30pm都差不多滿座,好彩仲有位就入左去食~環境幾有風味,室內好似大排檔咁,最緊要冷氣夠大 ,waiters都好好招呼👍🏻雞煲店當然首先叫半份雞髀,其他再諗。侍應好好服務即刻遞上一盤調味料,貪心嘅我地梗係咩都落d🤤火鍋d配料都未諗好,雞煲已經上菜,好邪惡啊😈侍應聽到我朋友唔like芫荽仲超貼心幫我地另上🥰一打開超多雞髀肉,已經feel到2個人食唔曬🫢放工超肚餓嘅我地一口氣刷左半盤雞煲,入面啖啖肉🍗之餘仲有豬皮,洋蔥配料。我地揀左小辣,食到有花椒調味,好重口味😋食到一半想忍唔住叫其他配料,侍應都好貼心幫我地裝起d雞,落湯準備打邊爐!由於d雞髀肉真係太多,配料我地淨係叫到幾樣:羊肉,手打四寶丸,百頁冰豆腐,同埋好新奇嘅油鬼墨魚滑。尤其係手打四寶丸,粒粒彈牙,feel到師傅超大力手打出黎👊🏻百頁冰豆腐就層層分明,索曬d湯底。最特別嘅係個鬼馬墨魚,一上菜侍應就提醒我地反轉墨魚滑面漉1分鐘就食得。油炸鬼索一半湯汁外脆內軟,配上鮮味墨魚滑,一試難忘!

之前成日聽朋友推介呢間雞煲,今次終於有機會黎食啦😋雞煲味道果然非常惹味,同平時食開既雞煲好唔同,醬汁非常濃郁且入味。雖然雞煲好好味,但餐廳個冷氣唔係幾夠大,食果陣有d辛苦🥵🥵食完雞煲之後,我地揀左龍蝦湯湯底打邊爐。一開始以為加左湯之後個味道可能會變淡,出奇地龍蝦湯都幾重口味,個龍蝦味道幾突出🦞手切頂級安格斯牛肉牛肉脂肪分佈均勻,而且都幾重牛味。半份牛肉黎講份量都算唔少,已經好夠兩個人食🤔珊瑚蚌拼桂花蚌每次打邊爐都會叫蚌食,就可以知餐廳既海鮮新唔新鮮🫣好好彩呢到既珊瑚蚌同桂花蚌都非常爽口鮮甜,非常推薦!鯇魚腩魚肉嫩滑厚實,而且每塊都幾大舊,食完非常滿足😌

今日去咗尖沙咀食雞煲呢度主打雞煲之後再加湯食火鍋佢哋嘅雞煲最有特色嘅相信係可以自選部位我哋就揀咗無骨雞髀食起上嚟啖啖肉真係好過癮另外呢度嘅雞煲仲有豬皮作為配料啲豬皮已經完全入晒味,好淋非常出色!另一個特色就係加湯係可以自己揀加乜嘢湯!我哋就揀咗瑤柱群翅雞湯佢加嘅湯都非常足料㗎,真係有群翅、金華火腿等等嘅配料。而火鍋配料方面我就推薦大家一定要食佢哋嘅響鈴佢哋嘅響鈴新鮮即炸上枱嘅時候仲係熱辣辣一份份量都幾多我就留咗一半係食雞煲嘅時候食另一半就留咗喺加湯之後食兩種口感都截然不同㗎其他火鍋配料其實都幾有特色而且仲可以半份咁嗌所以我哋都可以試咗好多不同嘅配料好推薦大家一定要嚟試下💛💛💛

呢度主打雞煲之後再加湯食火鍋
佢哋嘅雞煲最有特色嘅相信係可以自選部位
我哋就揀咗無骨雞髀
食起上嚟啖啖肉真係好過癮
另外呢度嘅雞煲仲有豬皮作為配料
啲豬皮已經完全入晒味,好淋
非常出色!


另一個特色就係加湯係可以自己揀加乜嘢湯!
我哋就揀咗瑤柱群翅雞湯

食雞煲一定要揀呢間,好得意嘅貓貓公仔印咗喺牆上面,但係唯獨係呢度冷氣唔太夠 不過嘢食質素夠搭救!一坐底店員就奉上一大碗熱水比食客洗餐具。地上有膠盒比食客擺放個人物品,十分體貼又細心,仲可以邊打邊爐邊睇電視,係爽嘅!由於唔想食太飽,點左個雞煲單鍋,只係食雞半隻,有驚喜!仲想打邊爐嘅可以配埋個湯底,好鍾意個名XD 開心麻辣激動蕃茄湯,出邊大部份嘅湯底,一係蕃茄湯一係麻辣,好少可以兩者加埋一齊食,勁感動呀可以整到個湯底咁好味😋。另外仲加咗個萵筍配埋個湯底煮到好腍呢。食完熱辣辣嘅嘢,當然要飲返杯冰涼嘅竹蔗茅根,果然夠晒真材實料,唔係太甜,仲可以清熱氣,消暑又解渴啊。

今日難得收早,加上又出咗糧就應該要食好東西嘅時候,今次去到佐敦山林道食雞煲打邊爐,呢一樣嘢我一直都好想試,去到店舖裏面好友大排檔嘅風味,我哋點咗半隻小辣嘅雞件,隻雞嚟到好香口啲味道加上秘製辣汁簡直係冇得彈越食越刺激,食完個雞煲之後就開始點打邊爐嘅用了,我哋點咗手切本地肥牛,有我最愛嘅響鈴,墨魚滑,四保貢丸,豬肉水餃,油炸鬼配墨魚,加上雞湯配雞煲嘅醬汁再打邊爐簡直係冇得彈,而肥牛大概30秒都已經好好食,水餃正常發揮,而貢丸方面粒粒都好彈呀加上醬汁個味更加豐富,而響鈴方便佢哋係職場新鮮炸嘅已經好脆口,大概30秒已經好好食,飲品方便我哋點咗王老吉同埋可樂,而家呢度嘅環境好適合大排檔嘅風格,朋友聚首一堂傾偈就最好不過。

今日同朋友去尖沙咀食飯,由於去到時間尚早,不需要等位就可以入座。我們叫了一個小辣半隻雞煲,食完雞煲再加湯打邊爐。配料我們叫了鮮蝦芫茜燒賣,健康什菜籃,牛骨髓,招牌手打四膏丸,手打三色滑和美味三拼餃,再加兩支飲品。雞煲很香濃,而味道辣中帶甜,雞的肉質鮮嫩。而配菜有豬皮,都非常入味。食完雞煲就再加清湯打邊爐,雖然加入清湯,但有都仍然有雞煲湯的味道。燒賣的味道有芫茜但味道不會太濃,對於不太食芫茜的我都能夠接受,另外口感爽口彈牙,比一般魚肉燒賣好食。另外手打四膏丸和三色滑的質素都很好,不會麵粉比材料多。整體來講,味道一流,而且份量足夠,本來以為份量會不夠,但最後食到很飽。

疫情搞咗咁耐,終於都放寬夜晚堂食了,當然同班fd 去打邊爐烚吓烚吓,今次我哋揀咗山林道嘅打邊爐,喺佐敦地鐵站一出就行幾分鐘就到,非常方便,好彩我哋訂咗位,去到已經全場爆滿。首先我哋揀咗個雞煲先,佢呢度好體貼,有得揀全雞髀or全隻雞,可以俾啲唔鍾意食有骨嘅人揀淨雞髀又可以勁滑。我哋揀咗半隻雞,雞嫩滑都係其次,最好味係個汁,個汁非常之惹味,仲有豬皮俾你吸晒啲雞汁嘅味道,又到我最鍾意食嘅芫荽洋蔥做配料,真係不得之了。之後我哋打邊爐,揀咗鬼馬墨魚,職員好貼心咁提我地要淥1分鐘就夠,墨魚嘅彈牙配埋油炸鬼,油炸鬼仲索晒啲湯,真係好有驚喜。另外嗌咗安格斯牛肉,牛肉片非常香牛味,另外着響鈴亦都係啱啱炸起,放落去吸晒啲精華,另外我哋嗌咗個四寶丸,有墨魚丸豬肉丸蝦丸同鯪魚丸,唔知啲丸係咪真係佢哋手打,但粒粒都好大牙,尤其墨魚丸真係有墨魚味,唔係講笑,最後覺得唔夠喉,叫多個韭菜豬肉餃,粒粒都咁大粒,餡料非常豐富,豬肉同韭菜嘅分部得好平均,唔會淨係好似食到勁多肉咁,對於困咗咁耐冇得堂食嚟講,呢餐真係非常之豐富。
