來咗天晉匯新開嘅甜品舖,整體感覺唔錯。雖然舖的面積唔算好大,入面裝飾幾色彩繽紛,燈色亦好光。甜品的款色亦好齊,好多仲好有特色。小弟就點咗個樂糖脆多士,超大份,兩個人一齊食都超飽肚。而呢個脆多士用咗燒菠蘿配雲呢拿雪糕整成,燒菠蘿亦係菲律賓菠蘿,比起一般菠蘿特別甜。好鍾意多士沾上雲呢拿雪糕的味道,而多士好脆口,不過食到尾就唔係好夠雪糕啦,一無咗雪糕就有D乾身。朋友就點咗個桂花味的日式甘酒,幾鍾意甘酒的米軟腍但有嚼勁,再帶桂花香,甜味比較重。水信玄餅係桂花荔枝味,口感好似Jelly,好彈,雖然味道唔太突出,但清清地都唔錯。花茶味道清清地,幾香,配甜品唔錯。

我第一次食水玄信餅 好難比較好唔好食 但佢淡淡既花香味確實令人回味 ( 有d 甜品花味太濃 不是多就一定好)再配一杯花茶作結 首尾呼應

Lavender and Taro Swiss roll with Taro ice cream $42

We cannot come here without trying their dessert so I have ordered their housemate Swiss roll. Instead of picking other floral / fruity flavour, I have ordered a sexy purple one that is made with lavender and taro cream, then served with some Taro ice cream on the side. The rolls are quite moist but the cream can be even smoother and lighter in my opinion. The taro ice cream is same as the one we have in our childhood, probably from Nestle.

勻一匙,內裡流出來的是原汁原味的豆腐,味道與黑芝麻挺匹配,而最欣賞的是,外層可以吃到稍有鬆脆的質感,而內裡的豆腐軟軟的,層次感豐富。順帶一提,除了雪糕及心太軟外,中層亦有一塊饅頭脆片,也以豆腐Mousse製作,香脆可口。

無論吃得有多飽,甜品總是有另一個胃去裝,味道固然重要,但賣相亦不能欠缺,能做到內外兼備,當然有難度。然而,這裡的甜品的確做得不錯,價錢亦是大眾化,將軍澳的朋友仔,今後晚上就有多間甜品店歇腳了。

Popwalk已經開咗接近三個月, 甜品店只有樂糖一間, 平日中午時間經過總係未開門, 今次下午茶時段見到室外已經坐滿人, 只好往室內就坐. 老闆娘見我地好熱心介紹佢地主打甜品流心蛋糕同霧之花卷, 仲話係用有機花茶做, 香味比較自然清新持久. 既然沒有特別喜好, 就依照推介點選.黑芝麻蛋糕內裡係豆腐花流心, 蛋糕黑芝麻味好濃郁, 好似即磨咁, 配上豆腐花的清甜一黑一白顏色上好配合. 中間饅頭脆片配豆腐慕絲口感上同流心蛋糕有強烈對比. 豆腐味雪糕配芝麻餅碎香甜軟滑中又有點口感, 一個甜品有三款食味適合心多多的香港人.另一甜品薰衣草花卷一上枱已經聞到好香薰衣草味, 粒粒薰衣草同蛋卷一齊整食入口滿口芬芳. 香芋忌廉中有海藻珠咬落卜卜趣, 食蛋卷有口感都係第一次.食完甜品再飲有機薰衣草茶十分完滿.樂糖屬自家創作甜品, 誠意可加. 下次可以再試試其他甜品.

《甘酒 (凍)玫瑰配雲呢嗱雪糕 $46 》 -

呢款雖然係日本傳統甜品 ,但改良過甜度之後都有啲唔同 。店主話每一日都要花十二小時嘅時間釀製 ,溫度仲要控制係60-70度之間 ,所以係一款好花心思嘅甜品黎呀 !加上玫瑰汁係淋係雲呢嗱雪糕上面, 玫瑰味好特別 ,但係就可以多返啲 ,但個甘酒實在太好味 ,就咁食已經好正啦!

一入到呢間甜品店已經覺得好靚,成個店面都係我最鐘意既白色雲石!同朋友叫左三樣野,因為見到好多人推介士多啤梨朱古力班戟($55),咁當然都要試下啦!班戟即點即煎,上到黎仲好暖。就咁食左一舊,pancake鬆軟而有朱古力香味。 我最鐘意都係d酸酸甜甜既士多啤梨乾,趁埋一齊食味道好恰當,唔會太甜。但對於我地食tea黎講,份量真係幾大份!開頭望落menu仲好想點綠茶心太軟,但最後都想試個特別少少既-黑芝麻豆腐心太軟($52)。我想像中係好似芝麻湯圓果種流心再加豆腐,但原來入面係豆腐花黎,幾特別。 外層芝麻味夠濃又不會太乾身,但整體黎講我就覺得可以甜少少,畢竟食心太軟都好期待佢有個又甜又濃既流心部份。至於豆腐雪糕就真係有驚喜,撈左芝麻同餅碎一齊食真係好香好好味!最後仲有個甜甜蜜蜜芭菲($52),雖然我就唔係好鐘意食脆米,但呢個甜品特別在夠fresh╴雪梨非常清甜,乳酪酸甜度都好適中。

Purple Sweet Potato Mille Feuille  

法文Mille Feuille,就是千層之意。通常以酥皮做成的千層酥,中間加上水果或CREAM層層疊成的甜品。不同顏色的CREAM/水果/其他材+酥皮,達至梅花間竹,層層相間的效果。

小時候很喜歡這種多層結構的甜品呢!  

 而這紫薯拿破崙,表面的花花CREAM/紫薯蓉+2層酥皮,合共四層。

與印象中的拿破崙呎寸稍有不同。 

幸好早已分件,無需再用餐刀了!

紫薯拿破崙的濶度&厚度,剛好與咀巴濶度相若,可以有儀態地品嚐。 

上層的粉紅色花花CREAM好滑,有少少牛油味,並非超級市場買到的現成唧唧CREAM。

滑溜的紫薯蓉不算太甜,没有蓋過花花CREAM的味道。

如果覺得甜度不夠,可沾上伴碟的<樂糖>糖霜,

實行自行<落糖>。

三角形厚多士粘著融化的棉花糖。

先把棉花糖平均撥開,再細嚐。

就是年輕時去燒烤,總會燒溶棉花糖,再以麵包/餅軟夾著來食。

現在就是那些年的感覺了!

味蕾的回憶真是十分深刻。

消滅了一半的三角形厚多士後,看到底層內部還充滿著棉花糖,好邪惡呀!

海綿蛋糕加入薰衣草粒制成,花香陣陣,薰衣草的香氣令人有種很放鬆的感覺。

曾到訪過澳洲悉尼很著名的那間Pancake On the Rock的朋友,絕不會對這個邪惡的朱古力班戟陌生!

兩位曾在澳洲工作假期的店主,在吃過那個pancake後一直念念不忘,

便參考其概念,研究出這款「魔鬼朱古力班戟」,

好讓喜歡這種甜pancake的朋友,在香港也能品嚐到那種令人懷念的味道!


由於這款甜品是即叫即點,因此需等候約15分鐘的製作時間,完成品熱乎乎的!!

雙層的朱古力班戟是由90%黑朱古力調製,味道不會過甜,

環境舒服裝修得好靚好colourful食都食得開心啲綠茶心太軟都ok真流心個心好熱(有紅豆)本人是綠茶控😋成個甜品最滿意係啲cream 超超超濃!!!另外個花卷都好好味!仲要好抵!有卷蛋、花茶、雪糕花卷好有柚子+花嘅味道😍奶油味都相當重加埋雪糕一齊食個口感更豐富😭❤我同朋友去果陣都好多人(一家大細)點完單都唔係等咗好耐超讚!!!😎overall: 9/10

真流心個心好熱(有紅豆)
本人是綠茶控😋
成個甜品最滿意係啲cream
超超超濃!!!

另外個花卷都好好味!
仲要好抵!有卷蛋、花茶、雪糕
花卷好有柚子+花嘅味道😍
奶油味都相當重
加埋雪糕一齊食個口感更豐富😭❤

我同朋友去果陣都好多人(一家大細)
點完單都唔係等咗好耐
超讚!!!😎
