壽司刺身相對比下去,有點出色就少鮑魚跟帶子都很新鮮,但壽司特別像炸物壽司都已經冷卻了感覺有點可惜,這類壽司只適宜馬上食
另外場內都有很多沙拉選擇,還可以在另一邊自行堆砌 自行調醬。

不夠還可以試試不同風味火腿芝士,有沙樂美腸,巴拿馬火腿,師傅成隻切的西班牙火腿,薄片鹹牛肉和三文魚等配上少少麵包什至鵝肝凍撻真的是高級享受唷~~三文魚還有2隻一種煙一種帶厚得來醃製。怕味種還可以在入口處飲飲不同的果汁(橙,芒果,西柚,西瓜,甘荀)真的很濃唷!

I've had dinner at this restaurant for many times, usually ordered a la carte menu, suckling pig, seafood platter are always my favourite.This was the first time I order dinner sets. Not bad combination, mix of Japanese and Western cuisine. Didn't take pictures of all dishes but presentation was nice. This was the first time I order dinner sets. Not bad combination, mix of Japanese and Western cuisine. Didn't take pictures of all dishes but presentation was nice.

Wagyu beef sushi were very pleasing as appetizer, good quality of marbled texture and tenderness. 3 pcs perfect portion to share with friend.

Followed by lobster bisque, smooth but not too creamy, little black truffle to enhance the favour, just perfect

Angel hair with mixed vegetables, the portion was rather too big, presentation could be better (compared with the other beautiful dishes). The dessert was a wonderful experience, forgot it's name, very delicious.

My friend ordered similar set starting with salad instead, not bad. But I still prefer my wagyu beef sushi.


Service there is always pleasant, tables are not sqeezed.

有睇開小弟食評o既朋友可能會記得XO仔因為怕咸,所以唔係好食火腿。今次肯食原因有二:第一,係比面契爺;第二,見大肥爸爸食完又食,估計味道應該唔錯
。真心講句,小肥從未食過咁正o既火腿!可能係因為塊麵包同黃色醬汁o既關係,火腿入口一啲都唔咸,又唔乾,成個組合好香口,Happy Hour送酒一流!經小弟查証,原來黃色醬汁其實係蕃茄醬加橄欖油,唔怪得知食到大家咁開胃啦!

!仲要好有文化地用個熱鐡板上,真係另小弟印象深刻!Jordi師傅o既燒乳豬一啲都唔講得笑,皮脆肉嫩,腍身又夠香,而且完全冇蘇味,同我地中式煮法有得fight!雖然相睇好似好細舊,不過食完成塊都有少少滯。大家如果有興趣試,小肥建議大家可以兩個人叫一客黎分。

The combination of the king crab and bell peppers was perfect. The herb garlic sauce was just right and complimented the entire dish magnificently. This was my favourite dish of the evening.

Despite the picture making the risotto look over saucy, it was a very lovely dish. The sauce is full of flavour, but not over-seasoned.

I also had a lobster bisque
which was very rich and creamy, but it was not hot enough. The minced lobster meat that came with the soup was of the highest calibre. For dessert, we had green tea ice cream
which was very delectable, and it came with a chocolate brownie crumble.

Overall, another stellar restaurant. I must give special mention to the phenomenal service of the staff at this fine sushi establishment. I highly recommend pay this place a visit in the near future.

龍蝦其實凍食是沒有味道的... 肉質很好, 不會太硬.
長腳蟹十分粗壯, 可惜只是 1st round 如此, 往後已經變回松葉蟹了...

羊架卻做得不錯, 肉質嫩滑, 而且一點也不乾
鱸魚西京燒則是最好的熱盤, 魚肉肥美, 醬汁也配合的很好.

甜品方面, 那天不太想吃甜, 只吃了一個 Haggan Danz 雪糕就算了...

落座后 发现正对着的 是落地窗的景色 虽然没有特别的靓丽外景 但中午的采光很好 对着大气的落地景观吃饭 心情也会舒畅很多

面包 面包棒小小硬身 口感香脆 内里夹杂着些许橄榄叶 配酱是相当滑口的黄油 和自制的番茄蘸酱 前者香滑而入口即化 后者用番茄碎泥配橄榄油调和 色泽亮丽而微微湿润 搭配面包干干的质感 非常好吃

我说:这只猪肯定生前常坐GYM 腿部线条保持的很好 做成菜都这么性感

侍应听着我们的对话 笑着帮忙切分猪腿 看他落刀的样子 皮脆而薄薄的 肉质也很嫩很好切分 分开来 热气从肉腿里腾腾冒出 相当诱人

小小试一口 表皮脆卜卜 而内里肉质软韧 嫩滑不松散 不会有边缘部位烤到过硬的现象 另外伴碟的红酒汁也淡而不失鲜美 不会抢走猪肉本身的香味 再送一粒芒果肉 滑口而清香 恰到好处的减轻了肉的小小油腻 虽然扒房主打菜应该是牛扒 而且多样招牌菜里 也只有一道是与猪肉有关 可这唯一的一份猪肉作品一点也不逊色 实在是上佳而不失水准的高作

火辣引爆后 其实朱古力炸弹不会爆炸的 在侍应的建议下 我们切开了厚身的朱古力外壳 稍一用力 朱古力壳就分裂成平整的两半 欧 原来里面另有乾坤 是小巧的心太软! 冰涼的雲尼拿雪糕慵懒的卧倒在蛋糕上 給朱古力心太软增添不少風情 用叉子小小切开心太软 少许的朱古力熔浆溢出 加上顶上微微滑开的云呢拿雪糕 好似冰雪和火山的碰撞 热情四溢 配上铺底的曲奇碎碎 口感丰富相当精彩 甜腻却舍不得停口 吃完蛋糕还可以慢慢的把朱古力圆壳偏偏解决 饱足到不得了!

Upon arriving the friendly hostess took us to our table (next to the window) right away and took care of our coats. When we sat down the restaurant manager came over to say hello and handed both the menu and wine list to us, very thoughtful.

We decided to start with a Sashimi Platter, which included: Abalone, Amber Jack, Sweet Shrimps, Salmon, Sea Urchin Roe, and Swordfish. The presentation was simple yet elegant.

For main, since we both were craving a good piece of steak, we both ordered a medium rare Australian full blood 'Blackmore' Wagyu steak and decided to 'upgrade' it to a Surf 'n Turf. My boyfriend accompanied his with a grilled tiger prawn and I went ahead with a Boston Lobster. The meat was extremely juicy and almost simply melted in your mouth. Fantstic!

At this point our tummies already started to bulge out big time, but we still wanted to finish our diner by sharing a dessert. The Chocolate Bomb sounded quite interesting and we were told that it will take the kitchen about 15-20 minutes before serving. We were perfectly fine with this, the ambiance was tranquil and we would have our Espresso and Cappuccino in the meanwhile to accompany us along.

以甜點作午餐,真的十分滿足,而且HSBC白金card還有85拆,抵吃了一點。看了很多人吃自助餐的食物都相當豐富,有龍蝦,鵝肝,帶子等等,加上HSBC信用卡 優惠,這也可以是自助餐的其中一個選擇。

For a HKD495 lunch buffet, I expected more variety and higher quality food to choose from. The appetizer buffet table was a disappointment. The seafood table had half lobsters, prawns and clams. They looked great but unfortunately they didn't taste great. Lobster meat was very tough and I ended up only finishing half of it.
The good thing that this buffet also had a menu sheet which you could order other small dishes such as appetizer, seafood, meat, pasta, sushi and sashimi. They were supposedly made to order. The fish or seafood from the sushi and sashimi were of low quality and i seriously doubt that they were made to order and they were on my table 2 mins after I placed the order. The lobster pasta was bland, only 1 small piece of overcooked lobster on the plate.
The food was only so so and I do not believe I was given food worth $495.

4. 香煎羊扒配黑水欖醬 – 自問是可以吃得SO的人, 但也有點怕SO了; 而且肥了點, 普通, 有點韌。

5. XX魚 – 很嫩滑,可惜TOO SALTY。

6. 龍蝦湯 – 一般, 跟我試過的罐頭有D似。

甜品

1. 雪糕球是要落order, "蝦勤帶", 很滑, 吃過的朋友也知道, "它"很甜。

2. 芝士蛋糕味道一般。

總結

主要食物要order, 不太有吃自助餐樂趣, 食物種類不太多 - 如甜品, 中式熱食;
職員說last order是2:30pm, 但結果2:20 staff 已經說last order, 是次我們約12:15到達, order要等, 而且不知食物size, 所以每次ORDER小小, 比較WASTE TIME, 不像自取方便, size數量由自己控制, 以往吃BUFFET, 一定會提早走, 但這次還想吃(甜品, 水果, 小吃沒時間試), 但吃不夠已TIME'S UP, OVERALL, 覺得唔太抵食!
