預製肉片的粉絲,經常都是吃魚皮餃以及午餐肉,但是我覺得煮完的

雞子算是大大顆,即是煮完之後縮小了,也不會顯得太過細粒。




通常,如果這些材料都比較普通的話,就貫徹始終,點一些
丸類,它就有麻辣火鍋丸、太子包、芝心丸。

感覺上,這家酒樓,很多都是使用比較廉價的代替品,例如沒有可口可樂,就用
百事可樂,沒有鮮榨橙汁,就用
新奇士橙汁汽水。除此之外,就有七喜、道地烏龍茶、錫蘭檸茶、忌廉溝鮮奶,啤酒,免費的就只有
藍冰啤酒。

另外就是快熟麵,因為它的
公仔麵真是公仔麵牌嘅公仔麵,而不是出前一丁,很久都已經沒有吃過公仔麵,基本上係一個出前一定,都很難回頭再吃公仔麵,這次在吃,感覺質地又差,而且本身質地都不夠滑,不好吃。






其後,雖然本網好像標上這間餐廳11時半才關閉,但是接近11時,員工都不停執東西,收拾起的餐具,並且需要大家應該盡早埋單給她。

一家人去完長州玩唔想返屋企煮飯,所以去屋企附近嘅嘉豪酒家食晚飯,一去到就有位坐,而且位置好闊落。我哋一家人帶咗幾個小菜,有蒜蓉芥蘭,蒜蓉芥蘭炒得好有鑊氣,喺屋企食唔到!仲帶咗個乳鴿,乳鴿細細隻,但味道都好好!又叫咗一個鮑魚雞煲,雞煲煮到啱啱好,啲雞好亂嫩會過熟!仲叫咗條清蒸龍躉仔,龍躉嘅肉好嫩,豉油嘅味道配得啱啱好!至於抵唔抵食呢,因為仲係新年期間,所以服務費方面就比較貴,所以唔算好抵食!但我諗平時,就會幾抵!

不經不覺已有一段時間沒有飲茶,所以這天早上特地飲茶吃點心。嘉豪酒家的捧場客不少,十時許仍幾乎座無虛席。我們點了總共六款點心。叉燒腸都幾足料,不過叉燒幾乎無味,而且完全不夠熱。想不到嘉豪酒家也有紅油抄手可以點,面頭的醬看似很濃味,但又是幾乎沒有味,頂多是有少許鹹味。外皮夠薄身,大小也適中,肉餡超大粒,好似吃用免治肉碎搓成的肉丸一樣。潮洲粉粿可算是比較對板的一款,內有很多料,調味也不錯,帶微辣。另外,皮的厚薄度非常好,而且有彈性,夠煙韌。我已不記得這個是什麼名堂,不過脆脆的,又有些杏仁片,加上有沙律醬在裡面,也挺得意的。叉燒包大大個,熱辣辣,叉燒連著些少肥肉,口感不錯,而且餡料亦沒有過鹹。蟹籽燒賣王中規中矩,肉是豬肉,也帶點香菇味,不過賣相有待改進。

潮洲粉粿可算是比較對板的一款,內有很多

今日在九龍灣附近工作,同事介紹嚟嘉豪酒家,仲話之前沙士時代,這是唯一在淘大花園附近,疫症時仍然開門的酒家。我雖然喜歡吃西餐,但我和同事一班人九成都揀酒樓,因為可以多飲水坐一陣,下午再繼續開工。我們點了嘉豪蝦餃皇($24.8)、鴛鴦蒸燒賣($17.8)、羅漢腐皮卷($21.8)、鹹菜胡椒豬肚($47)、腊腸北菰滑雞煲仔飯($50)、沙律明蝦角,各款點心味道OK ,埋單每人$70。星期一至五茗茶一律$8, 小點$12.8, 中點$17.8, 大點$21.8, 特點$24.8。

究竟兩個人係可以食幾多野,一張四人檯都唔夠擺啊!百幾蚊黎講係已經算唔錯,應該有既都有,啲醬料仲多到爆炸❤️我哋食完雞煲,之後眼見黎到啲肥牛都碎濕濕,所以我哋拎左麻辣加沙嗲醬,整左個「自制沙嗲肥牛煲」!超正!大家一定要試😂

中學班聚黎左食任打邊爐,book左七點,但去到其實都唔算多人,環境幾靜啱傾計。我去打邊爐主要都淨係食肥牛、響鈴、芝心丸同生菜,酒樓嘅以上幾款食物都幾新鮮同好味,個人幾滿意。豬肉一般,厚左少少。其他野冇點特別試,同學話餃子唔太好味。野食上得幾快,侍應主動黎加水。飲品方面都算多選擇,有道地冬瓜茶、蕃石榴汁、檸檬茶、忌廉鮮奶、百事、啤酒等等。汽水機有橙汁、夏枯草同菊花茶,雖然全部都好甜。另外雀巢雪糕杯仲有四款味,算幾有誠意。每碟野食都幾多,例如丸一碟十餘粒,一班人食唔錯。

調左假,星期一放假,非假期放假真係好爽!呢日同爸媽去左好耐無去嘅嘉豪酒家飲茶!揾左個靚位,有啲類似partition嘅物體,好似感覺上靜啲咁。三個人叫左乳鴿瀨,釀茄子,沙律盞,潮洲粉果,泰式春卷,雞包仔,蝦米腸!乳鴿瀨個瀨都幾大碗,乳鴿就非常香口,size都啱啱好,好驚食到啲完全一啲肉都無,好似營養不良嘅乳鴿。。。釀茄子,夠曬大蝶,人地一普通都係三件,佢有四件,仲件件都勁大件,不過啲汁唔夠多,顯得味道唔夠!至於雞包仔就相對細個啲。蝦米腸排得幾靚,亦有米香,好香口!沙律盞係一大亮點,超大件不特止,仲好醒胃,上面有沙律醬仲有雜果,好正,酸酸甜甜,中和左炸雲吞嘅油膩感!春卷就相對難食,一入口成舊粉咁,係個酸辣醬救左佢!
