我和兩名同行朋友到這間首次光顧的燒肉店。進入座位後我們點了一客燒肉拼盤 $5XX,預期很大份量,但我們被圖片閉眼了!上來的只夠一人份量,即使我們點多一客也不夠食,已經不說飽肚了!所以我們各自再點一客石頭煱飯 $1XX。來到的份量都不足以令人有飽肚感。因此我們三人好似無食過野一樣,當晚回到家後,我們都煮了即食麵才是飽肚,可上床睡覺。我們三人決定拉黑這間食店,CP 值見零啦!我們即使到牛角食燒肉放題也是 $5XX,到 Out Back 扒房食牛扒也是 $5XX。何解今次會食到一肚氣。強烈勸各位到訪之前要三思。而回想肉質和口感只是可以接受水平,每塊肉都太厚,所以令口感強差人意。

今日第2次去完故宮博物館參觀。又到了圓方商場覓食😎因為參觀完出到圓方已經2:30,取票入座時 侍應特別提醒只可用餐至3:30,十分清晰。由於 就到關門時間,所以餐廳人客不多。快速點了5樣牛肉盆♡、6樣牛肉盆♡、牛肉三文治、香辣海鮮烏冬、明太子蛋卷和牛肉石窩飯。6樣牛肉盆配閻王雞蛋,賣相不算很精緻和新鮮,吃下味道還可以,整體牛肉味濃,油脂適中。古法牛肉三文治,份量有4件,熱呼呼上枱,此道菜很新穎,簡單又味美。香辣海鮮鍋,一點都不辣。材料有蝦、蜆、帶子配烏冬,算豐富,填肚之選。燒了一盆牛肉,侍應主動換網👍👍👄明太子卷,不會太多沙律醬,👏👏不會膩,簡單有益。牛肉石窩飯,端來還是熱騰騰,份量大,味道不濃,飯身夠乾爽,但又不會有太焦,又一填肚菜色。整體而言,雖然燒牛肉質素未算太吸引,其他菜色屬合格,而且餐廳座位寬敞,座位坐得舒服,可以一試。

星期日晚上同屋企人去圓方搵食,貪佢容易泊車,而且免費泊車時數夠多可以等餐廳及慢慢食。由於好耐無食過燒肉,所以就去左呢間燒肉火蔵試下,好在雖然係暑假加上星期日,但等左半個鐘就有位。首先當然就叫左個未來牛盛盒,雞腿肉同石鍋拌飯。個雞腿肉非常滑,咬落仲有肉汁,而且唔算貴,石鍋飯有d泡菜同牛肉粒,要黎餸燒肉一齊食,都唔錯。而個重點就係主角未來牛,西冷位置非常好食,又有油香,另外牛柳位置就切左一條條粗條,咬落好淋,點少少鹽就剛剛好,其他未來牛位置都ok,但唔夠呢兩個位置好食。食晒以上各碟之後就再叫左個豬腩肉,另一款石鍋飯同細d既未來牛盛合,豬腩肉得好少,雖然燒完肥肥地好爽幾好食,但唔太抵食,而呢個細既盛合雖然種類同之前重覆左,但3個人得1個盛盒1個飯明顯唔夠食。總結成餐飯,最好食係未來牛西冷、牛柳同雞腿肉,大約食左$1600左右,不過有張8折優惠劵,折成大約$1300到,唔算好抵食,但食物有質素,餐廳又唔會成大陣味,同埋有成7小時免費泊車,值得再來。

平日經過燒肉火蔵,總是有長長的人龍。今天剛巧去圓方睇戲,見到無咩人排隊, 就拎飛去試一試點知道,就食左我人生以來,最難食既燒肉。。。。。。。是日點左特上未來牛燒肉4盛合,肉眼, 蛋花未來牛年糕湯及韓風蛋卷配明太子醬。以上最好食既係韓風蛋卷配明太子醬, 唔係因為佢特別出色, 而係另外個三樣實在係太難食。牛肉超韌冇肉味,韌如檫膠般硬,咁既價錢。。。佢到底俾咩質素既牛我食。。。。。最難得既係,年糕湯e d咁普通既菜式,都煮得好難食,個人相信唔凈係食材既問題, 應該廚師既能力都好有問題。。。。如果時間可以返轉頭,我希望我無入過e間鋪頭。如果未來既牛係咁既質素,人類既未來應該都好黑暗

是日點左特上未來牛燒肉4盛合,肉眼, 蛋花未來牛年糕湯及韓風蛋卷配明太子醬。

野原燒的意思就是薄薄一大片已醃過的西冷,直接用猛火快速燒烤,然後就直接沾蛋汁進食。這道野原燒一般會由店員替客人燒烤,同時會因應客人要求的生熟度來燒。西冷牛肉肉味香濃而不膩,脂肪分佈平均,不會因油脂味道過濃掩蓋牛肉本身的鮮味,味道恰到好處,而且它非常嫩滑,每一口都是人間滋味~ 🤤

雞腿肉很滑溜又多汁,但一份只有4件,份量略嫌太少 😅

💋 十勝玉米炒飯 ($112)

同朋友在圓方行街,見午市套餐幾吸引,又唔使等位,就去試試這間燈光昏暗的餐廳。定食有飯、湯沙律及前菜(泡菜、兩片似是鹵水牛肉)厚切牛舌 - 除咗有口感外,本身一啲味都冇,仲有啲筋五月市豬肉眼及豬腩肉 - 猪肉唔太肥,醃料夠味唔太鹹,燒後香脆好食要叫定食先可以用呢個價錢,又唔可以同用其他優惠,都唔算好抵。幾款肉質都幾好,好淋;A4和牛油脂分布平均,三個人食,每人一片唔會油膩日本烏冬配看似好辣嘅湯底,湯其實唔辣,帶微酸,有幾片牛肉麵、一塊豆腐、洋蔥和蔥,味道ok。個餐亦包埋飯、前菜,如果一個人食會太飽最後仲有一粒雲尼拿雪米糍甜品呢!

上一次來吃午餐,由於趕時間,點了set lunch, 只覺得ok,沒有什麼特別。今次可以慢慢享受晚餐,覺得有點在上野、淺草吃Yakiniku 嘅感覺。 在復活節長假期打電話去book 位 fully booked, 所以5:30 pm 去walk-in 才有位。員工服務態度好,也很積極。坐位的距離也很ok, 不像很多燒肉店很侷促。食物方面,點了一個沙律、一份泡菜三式、一份厚切牛脷、一份四人和牛併盤、一份海鮮煎餅。我們三個人去吃,份量剛好。和牛和牛脷的品質,特別是厚切牛脷,份量雖然不多,但味道和口感真的跟在日本吃的差不多。海鮮煎餅也比傳統韓國店做的好,料很豐富,也不是太油膩。埋單$1100,性價比ok👍🏻。
