象拔蚌刺身係必叫之選,夾起片片厚度都岩岩好,象拔蚌新鮮即整成刺身,話唔鮮都假。胡椒什菌花甲鮮雞鍋打邊爐湯底都好重要,聽個名都夠曬鮮味同補第,果然冇令我地失望,見到差不多有半隻雞係裡面,雞又出乎預料係唔un,仲keep 到肉味。加左胡椒辣辣地,淨係湯底嬴曬😋和牛佢脂肪比例岩岩好,入口就溶,牛肉味重,但唔會好似出面個有陣騷味。手打蝦滑同墨魚滑都係勁彈牙😛值得一試打邊爐好鐘意叫山藥,營養價值又好又好味食到最尾竟然有生果甜品咁sweet 🤤

本地手切肥牛,淨係睇賣相都知道脂肪分布十分平均,同急凍牛完全冇得比。牛味十分濃厚,肉質鮮嫩有彈性,都算幾有驚喜喎!

另外我亦都好推介佢嘅響鈴,呢度嘅響鈴係即叫即炸,所以同平時嘅比較起來真係好食好多,食落會仲保留着好香脆嘅感覺,吸埋湯頭嘅精華,誠意推介。

最近日日都去打邊爐,依日就同同學去左尖沙嘴試新野。一上到去都幾好氣氛,闊落,乾淨,都有個大魚缸係度養任啲海鮮。菜單有兩版,單係湯底都有十幾樣,樣式都好唔同。我地就揀左胡椒雜菌花甲鮮雞鍋,再揀左幾樣活海鮮同火鍋料。未上火鍋之前就比左調味料你先,計計埋都有九種唔同既材料比你落,都算好新鮮,又多選擇,我落左好多蒜同蔥花嗌左個洛神花茶,酸酸甜甜好醒神又清涼之後就上左個象拔蚌刺身,一斤六兩,鮮甜爽口。之後就食打邊爐啦,嗌左腐竹、墨魚滑、蝦滑、手切黃牛、菇拼盤、粟米、豆卜等等配料。墨魚滑同蝦滑打得勁黏,單係勺出黎已經感覺到唔同,大大塊放入去滾,好彈牙又好有味,好抵食。黃牛鮮甜,淥得耐都冇好老既問題,粟米好好食,勁甜又爽口。雞件醃得入味,夠滑。手工豆卜同平時食既唔一樣,一層層腐皮,炸得好香,推介。最中意食菇<3最後仲有果盤送,貼心。海鮮新鮮好食,食材水準以上,個湯底本身已經好甜,越滾越有味。服務好,不過真係要返啲銀兩先食到。

難得嚟尖沙咀就一定要試下新餐廳嘅😂呢間餐廳開左幾個月,一於就試一試啦湯底方面,選擇嘅種類非常多。而店員推介左數蟲草花燉響螺雞湯店員服務非常好,教我地先飲左湯先,咀就可以享受到湯嘅原味果然湯底係用心煲嘅,飲一啖已經非常滋潤,而且非常足料,絕對無欺場!火鍋經常要等水滾,呢個時候就最岩食小食啦!而見到小食有個哪冰火魷魚好似好吸引咁,一於就試下啦!果然真係名不虛傳魷魚食落去非常爽口,而且味道係辣辣地,而且係涼嘅小食。而且每條都好入味,所以好岩餐前小食對我嚟講打邊爐必定要食嘅就係牛啦!點了份本地手切黃牛。每片牛肉都好靚,紋理好清晰,而且每片嘅大小都一樣,可以一塊一口,真係好正呀而且咬落去都好爽口嫩滑,絕對係上等肉質先可以做到除左牛肉,當然都要試下豚肉啦!點了份日本黑豚肉,賣相好靚,擺盤都好吸引呀!所以急不及待就食一塊試下先食一啖非常新鮮,而且每塊嘅色澤都好紅好新鮮。豚肉好多時烚耐左都會好難咀嚼,但呢度就算幾耐都一定好嫩口!另一樣火鍋必食嘅一定就係丸啦由於太多種丸又每樣都想試下,所以就點了份招牌五寶丸啦每粒都係自己手打嘅,而且大細都一樣,粒粒新鮮爽口彈牙!特別係牛肉丸同鯪魚球丸,真係好吸引好正最後

This place is great, relaxed atmosphere, lots on the menu with English as well were all types of appetizers, sashimi and a very healthy drinks list. The staff were really helpful and attentive the whole evening and being told about the 40% off after 9:30pm this place will become a fav after a some after work drinks

呢度既火鍋湯底多達十多款, 更有多款特色滋補湯底供應, 價錢約百幾至四百不等。而我地今次還是先叫比較普遍既鴛鴦湯底打邊爐, 初次黎主要試下呢度既食物質素如何。

雖然呢個湯底比較普遍, 一邊為沙爹湯底, 另一邊為清湯底, 但材料份量幾足, 入面有唔少既布包豆腐、冬瓜片同大豆芽菜, 冬瓜片索左個湯底, 又林又夠清甜!

打邊爐又點少得牛呢...安格斯肥牛切成薄片送上, 每塊肥牛既色澤都鮮紅新鮮, 油脂分佈很平均, 打邊爐時放落湯底煮至六成熟, 入口牛味幾出。

一款與別不同既即炸響鈴。係落order時, 奇怪呢款食物竟被分至前菜小食, 不是火鍋配料之中。響鈴送上時更跟隨一碟泰式酸甜醬。原來呢度既響鈴真係100%即叫即炸, 可以選擇就咁點醬食, 又或者好似平時咁當火鍋食材煮黎食。

每層薄薄的卷成為響鈴, 一咬落去脆得有聲, 完全沒有油益味, 鬆脆可口, 唔係周圍都可以咁即食響鈴, 值得一試!

雲吞即叫即包, 雲吞皮沒有被雪過後既水氣, 雖然雲吞未至於粒粒飽滿, 但入面還是足料, 果然係皮薄餡靚, 隻蝦真係好爽口彈牙!

整餐火鍋最失望的只有呢碟鵝腸, 太多肥油連住, 而且沒有爽口感
食飽後, 呢度仲會送生果同雪糕糯米糍比每位食客, 令整餐晚餐劃上一個完美句號。

順帶一提, 呢間餐廳係每既9:30後火鍋都有6折優惠 (除幾款指定款式), 所以如果夜D黎, 價錢真係抵好多!!
